The workers there are the epitome of immaturity. Like other reviews said, they’re gossipy and rude. They’ll likely laugh at any criticism you give them because they’re too absorbed in their own heads to grow up. I feel bad for them, being a mean girl in 2026 is just pathetic. Typical brandy employee though 🤷‍♀️

Brandy is so nice the service is very good. Their clothing is great so is the jewelry. It does get crowded on Fridays. It's so coquette, cute, and soft vibes. Prices are amazing 👏.

I had the worst experience with this store. On September 17, I took my daughters shopping. They stopped one of my daughters and said" no purses in the fitting room". Yet another girl had just stepped out of a fitting room with a personal tote. If this store has a policy I think it should apply to all, not just to Hispanics. The girls working that morning are very unprofessional and rude.

Clothes not worth the experience at Brandy Hellville. It’s so packed and crammed in there with clothes and people. It’s also so hard to find certain things because of the chaotic organization technique. The employees are also so rude and will not help you at all. With one even cussing at me when asking for help when I interrupted her gossip fest with other coworkers. I wish I could give this review a 0 stars but I can’t.

I visited this store around 11 am, walked in was the only person in the store. 3 girls were all sitting in the back not one “hello!” Or a “hi!” I walked around for probably 5-10 mins saw a few shirts I liked, walked towards the front the girls all saw me went into the back one girl walked next to me to hang something up sill no greeting. I then saw the fitting rooms were closed. I had to greet the girl myself by saying hi, she looked shocked I spoke to her and asked if the fitting rooms were all closed she said yeah?… I walked right out. What kind of stuck up nonexistent customer service is this? Terrible and will not be back. I can see why this store has 3.1 stars.

Their stock is alright but the staff is not helpful at all, I heard them making fun of a large girl (maybe 14 years old) who came in

Typical brandy employee behavior. Nice clothes but I would rather buy online at pacsun plus free shipping. 2/10 wouldn't recommend 😜

College age kid shops here religiously. The styles and cost are pretty good. Dont bother walking in the door unless you are a size 4 or less

I loved this location! It was well stocked and even had quite a few items that I'd never seen on the Brandy website before. The store was really nicely organized as well. The employees were really sweet. However, if you plan on going to any Brandy Melville location, try to avoid going on the weekends/outside of school hours if you can! I went on a Sunday and it was pretty crowded

The MUSIC IS SO FILTHY. In a matter of minutes I heard F***, P***y, Lick, Suck, Nigga, just to name a few. I don't care if the music is popular it's porn. There's young kids and older people in the store. It's a shame
