Brann's Steakhouse & Grille

I have never seen cheaper Sysco food at any other restaurant. The fish basket looks more like school lunch fish sticks. $18 and it wasn't edible! The fish, im sure you can imagine what it tastes like just by looking at it. If you're going to charge ungodly prices, at least have decent food and not order the cheapest items on the Sysco menu. I returned my uneaten meal and received a $10 credit.. the fries would haven been decent except they dumped sooo much Cajun seasoning on them, it made the fries too salty to eat. My husband said his 8 piece wings and fries were good, but not worth $16 I give this place a try about once every yr or two and I can say with absolute confidence, that the quality of the food gets less and less and the prices keep going up. This is definitely the last time I visit this joint.

2 of us dined in for lunch. Never greeted at the door even though sign said please wait to be seated. So after few minutes sat ourselves. Had burger and prime rib dip both with onion rings. Server brought rolls out after our meals got there. Asked for ketchup and received empty (completely empty) bottle. Never asked about drink refills. Food was fine. The French dip was very small for the price. Waitress was very nice, just seemed to be busy. Had whole half of restaurant to herself.

Front of the house cleanliness was disgusting. Trash all over the floor. The changing station in the bathroom was grimey. This was on a night of less than 50% occupancy. Food was barely edible. To have steak in your name and serve a tough, flavorless steak is misleading. Service was okay but tables sat dirty while the waitresses sat at a booth in the back. No redeeming qualities to justify returning.

Just wife and me. Got 2 rolls, used to be 4. Slow service, got salad and meal at same time. Salad way smaller, bowl, not a plate. Then the corker: 3% “surcharge”. Asked server, said was to offset cost of reprinting menus. That’s what she said! Asked to speak w/ mgr. Within 30 sec, another server came. Same quest, said offset rising costs. Asked if cash, not card, would eliminate, said no. Not much money, but I dislike sneaky. We’re done,

It had beena while since I had eaten here, so I didn't know what to expect. First thing I noticed, not going to lie, was that the entire staff looked extremely young. I found out quickly this didn't matter in the least. We were greeted and seated promptly. Our waitress took our drink and appetizer order right away. The homemade chips and queso was absolutely amazing, and the margaritas ($3.99!) were tasty too. We both ordered burgers for our entrees, and we also both substituted for pretzel buns. Definitely recommend doing so! We got our food quickly and it was hot and fresh. My husband had onion rings and I had fries- they were both so delicious. We will be back... probably somewhat regularly. Keep it up!

Just got out of church and asked someone where to eat and this was the suggestion. Wow, very happy we followed her recommendation. Food was fabulous, ambiance amazing, and Zoe whom took care of us was absolutely phenomenal. Definitely worth the stop and if you need to drive a couple of miles, definitely worth the trip.

One of our favorite places to grab takeout, my kids beg to come here at least once a week. They are always incredibly kind, and always go above and beyond for my family. Highly recommend

Food is nothing to write home about. Brevarian pretzel sticks were microwaved because they have to be eaten really fast or they get extremely chewy.we have been there two times and have tried to overcharge on the bill both times. Will not return,
