Brilliant, clean, modern, well priced accommodation just a short drive from Derby. There's a great trail just meters from the accommodation plus bike washing facilities, fire pit, TV with internet etc. Matt and Sam are great hosts and have put a lot of effort into making a wonderful spot to recharge your batteries after a day's riding! 🙌

Clean, perfect setup for groups of MTB riders, you'll even find chain lube, maps, and other handy stuff around the place. Just make sure you have very warm clothes for the dash to the bathrooms.

Great place to stay within an hour or so to scenic spots in the north east area. The owners are friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The accommodation is spacious comfortable and clean will recommend to our friends and other travelers.
