The decor,the Dj,our server Izzy was so fun and amazing and professional! My only complaint is the temperature in the room. It was freezing. But I’m coming back!

I had an amazing dining experience at Brass Eye! The entire staff provided exceptional service, but my server Violet truly stood out. She was attentive, friendly, and made the evening even more enjoyable. The view was amazing, and the food was absolutely delicious. I had a glass of Moscato along with the Brassy Crab Cake—both were excellent!

Violet Dolce elevated this experience for us, the view was amazing and we got fondue. So much fun here is a picture! This angle does the girl in blue no favors, she is actually stunning.

The atmosphere was dope. Food was awesome, more than I could finish. Beignets 10 out of 10. Izzy however, is AMAZING....He was hospitable, knowledgable of the city and gave great suggestions!!!! Awesome server.

Came here for brunch from out of town for a friend reunion. The food was incredible, the service was wonderful and the atmosphere was unmatched. Our server Izzy was the best!!

Julia was an amazing server!! Had such an amazing time at brunch. We ordered the donuts and were shocked with how large it was, as well as the bourbon bacon breakfast sandwich. It was delicious and would definitely come back!

Wow! Definitely found my go to spot for drinks now! Our server Chelsea was great! Very attentive. I got two drinks, the pineapple aperol spritz, and the espresso martini. Probably one of the best espresso martinis Ive had! You also cant beat the view

The bar staff was great and the omelette + bottle of Moscato were amazing—some of the best wine we’ve had. But we were told there was a patio event at 1:11pm, which was a lie. That’s the whole reason we chose the place. Instead, we were asked to sit in direct sun with no shade while the actual patio stayed empty. My brother was really disappointed about being misled. We ended up sitting at the bar. Great food, but the dishonesty ruined the vibe.

My fiancé and I came here for a date night and the vibes here are amazing! Izzy took great care of us and we had a blast! Definitely will be returning again!

Izzy and Alyssa took care of me throughout the evening. They both have excellent knowledge of mixology and were able to custom-make several cocktails that I thoroughly enjoyed. They were both very mindful energetic and attentive throughout my experience here.

Love the vibes at this place. It's a beautiful rooftop space with views of CBus. We wanted to sit outside but it was super windy so we sat at the bar. Our server was super helpful. The shrimp appetizer was delicious but the cavatappi primavera was very lemony. Highly recommend the bourbon butter cake!

I have been wanting to come here for a while now and haven't had the chance, but me and a group of my friends booked a reservation a month out for our table 6. When they first sat us down they sat us in a living room style seating, which was a great spot but since we were ordering food we asked to move since it would be hard to eat in that setup. I would HIGHLY reco to ensure when you place a resy and you are planning to eat let them you want table. We started with the biscuit tower and that was AMAZING! I would come again for that. The housemade whipped cream and the jam they had won me over! When we ordered our entrees it took longer than expected. They were out of few things when I was there too, out of cold brew and rosé. I ordered the Cinnamon Bourbon French Toast and Thick-Cut Bacon, underwhelming and overlooked/pretty burnt (as you can see in my pic). The service was pretty good and since its really spacious it was really quiet, that was really nice. I don't think I would come here again though - there are so many great places in Columbus.

Dropped in a few weeks back for restaurant week and was relatively underwhelmed. Food was very average and would have been over-priced had it not been for restaurant week. Certainly good but nothing special. The crispy Brussels were good not great. Same for dessert. Food also took about 45 minutes to come out. Our server Owen was friendly but inattentive. He only stopped by a few times, and we had to get water refills from the bar more than once. We did go to the bar for drinks after and that was awesome. Drinks were delicious and the bartender was super helpful. Views are killer too of downtown, there's both a larger uncovered and a covered patio. Overall want to come back here but only for drinks. Would go somewhere else for food.

ambiance was amazing. We were so excited to try this place out. sadly disappointed. Service was terrible. after being seated we waited 22 min for a waiter which we had to ask for. another 25 min for drinks and then they were out of multiple drinks we ordered. Food was just okay. Nothing exciting. Wont be back.

The highlight of this was definitely the ambiance and view. The people were friendly and accommodating. I chose to try this after coming to the junto for a conference. The food was tasty at that event. So, I wanted to give Brass Eye a shot. We ordered a few things. I got the burger. It was a 2 star smash burger. Not a lot of flavor at all and pretty small. I tried some of my cousins steak and wings. For the price of these items the portions and flavor were quite disappointing. The steak was tiny and not the best quality. The wings sauce was good but the texture was kind of rubbery like the chicken was frozen or something. The free birthday dessert was greatly appreciated. However they should seriously consider pairing that delicious gooey butter ice cream with very warm and gooey butter cake. The current cake option is like overpowering with some kind of flavor. Ultimately, I would go back for the vibe but wouldn't really return for the food. Left hungry, unsatisfied, and slightly disappointed. You know it's bad when your party says "you can't choose the food place again" I apologized for taking the risk without having experienced it myself before suggesting.

Alyssa and Izzy made the most beautiful, mindful, and custom gin cocktails for me and it was lovely. They were both energetic, inquisitive, creative and unrelenting in their pursuit for giving the customer (me!) the best unique experience possible. True artists and lovely advocates behind the bar, well done Brass Eye.

Had dinner downstairs at Little West Tavern. Felt guilty about staying at our table for so long so we decided to go upstairs to the Brass Eye, their roof top bar. Before you head up be sure to ask the hotel desk which elevator to use. They all go to the 8th floor but only one will access it without a card. We chose poorly. Luckily the cute couple going to the sixth floor scanned their card for us, so our journey continued without a glitch. Finally, upstairs you turn left and at the end of the hall is a door. Go thru it and you will suddenly be in a dimly lit, somewhat moder retro styled bar that also has outside balconies that have a very nice view of the Columbus skyline. The balcony seating has plenty of space heaters so even on a chilly night it's comfortable. The bar is fully stocked. They have signature drinks, a seasonally jello shot (October is pumpkin spice) They have small plates for nibbling. The staff is excellent. Its a fun spot. Will return gladly.

We had an exquisite time! I was really impressed by the food and the old fashion was perfect (not too sweet). Our server Chelsea was exactly the right fit for our girls night. She took impeccable care of us. I can't wait to visit again soon.

Love the rooftop & they have a great view of downtown. I've been here a few times and the service and food have been spectacular. Highly recommend the smash burger and brussel sprouts! Prices are higher than typical, but you're paying for the rooftop ambiance. This past time I went, service was awful. The waitress didn't even check in on us and we sat around for 30 minutes before she even took our orders. We'd even make eye contact and she would walk past our table. We waited a while post dinner to even get our checks. I'm not sure if she knew she was getting 20% from our party regardless so she just didn't care, but we waited around for so long that we got up to go try to find her.

The Brass Eye is a rooftop bar at the junto. It's a great way to kickback to get some drinks and foods. Featuring great views of the city they have both indoor and outdoor seating. Seating was fast and efficient and they were great with my dog while we stayed at the hotel.

First time I went to brass eye last summer I loved it. Went again this summer and was disappointed. They no longer have the biscuit tower (although it's still listed on the website). The beignets had minimal flavor. The breakfast plate was standard but definitely not worth the price. Also service was slow and it took forever to get jelly for the toast. I felt like the restaurant was less clean than the first time I went.

Went to this very cool spot last night. The atmosphere of the Brass Eye and the hotel is great and it's beautiful. Our part of 5 were seated outside with an amazing view of downtown. We ordered cocktails (which were delicious) apps (wings - no so great and bruschetta- good) and entrees. 3 of us got the steak tacos (beef was tough and probably overcooked), chicken and Brussels. The food was just ok. Mentioned the tacos to the manager and got 2 desserts on the house. I would have prefers the tacos be taken off the bill but that wasn't offered up. They did offer to replace them or order something else, but by that time we didn't want to reorder. With so many options downtown, I'd eat somewhat else and come for drinks only. Service was great and our server was attentive.

Really beautiful rooftop bar. Bar seating was great, service was great, and caught the most stunning sunset. Highly recommend!

First off, I'm giving 4 stars because I did not have food and I don't feel it's fair to give 5 without at least tasting a few items. But, the food I did see coming out looked very good. We went on a rainy Saturday night around 7:30 with no reservation (we were only going for drinks). The hostess was very kind and showed us to the "outside" bar and created space for our party of 11 to order drinks and put down our things. Very classy. Even with the rain, the place is very cool looking. The outside is beautiful and inviting. I can only imagine how cool it is when the weather is right. The seating inside and out is unique. They offer a range of options from bar stools to benches to standard chairs to overstuffed chairs. I look forward to coming back when the weather is better and we have time for dinner!

The Brass Eye is the perfect spot for a date night. The hotel where it's located, The Junto, is stunning itself and this rooftop bar is not one to miss. I had a really well made dirty gin martini there. Their burger is really good too. It's a big pricey, however I think you're getting your moneys worth given the view and all of the space the place has. It's awesome and would recommend giving it a try if you haven't been yet!

Brass Eye has a nice view of the west side of cbus from the rooftop and all of the apartments right next door. Seriously, from the rooftop you're literally looking into everyone's living rooms of the adjacent buildings. So, if you enjoy people watching this place is for you. But, the main reason I am giving three stars is because of the weak, overpriced drinks. I understand they can charge more because of the ambiance, but do the drinks all have to be half pours? With so many other roof top bars in Columbus this one comes in las place for me.

I enjoyed this rooftop bar! Nice decor and servers were terrific! Knowledgeable about menu and made good cocktail suggestions. I had an orange twist on a gin and tonic which worked well and a smoked old fashioned with nocino. Dinner menu was small but tasty - we had burrata as an appetizer and I had steak frites. Well made, attractively served, and delicious!

Great atmosphere and great food. Our group ordered the smaller biscuit tower, which had four biscuits and several toppings. Majority of our group ordered the frittata which comes with potatoes (a good gluten free option). The Power Bowl (gluten free option) came with a runny egg (substituted with egg whites) and was filling and delicious. Others had the brass breakfast and smash burger. We all thought the food was delicious and the rooftop views were beautiful.

Sunday Funday done right! We were looking for cool spots and came across the Brass Eye! Omg. I'm so happy we found it! There is a door but it was locked. We walked all over and finally figured out that it's located inside a hotel. This hotel by the way looked spectacular! This was an upscale spot with beautiful views of the city. They have some weird hours and gets really busy. If you want a rooftop spot, you'll want to make reservations. We had just eaten brunch so we were just here for some drinks. There was no coffee in our air BNB so we knew right away that we were getting espresso martinis. May as well get a flight right? Haha. We enjoyed our cocktails. We had great service. We would absolutely come back!

First time in Columbus Miami gave us the best recommendations and took care of us better than I could have asked. Highly recommend 10/10.

The vibe alone is reason enough to check this place out. Definitely a place to see and be seen. The bartenders are top notch and make great drinks. The outdoor area is very cool, not sure the view of Mt Carmel is awe inspiring but cool nonetheless.

We came for dessert and a night cap. We were seated at two outdoor chairs by a fireplace that were dirty. Cocktails came - the butter pecan old fashioned had no flavor and was watered down, perhaps because we waited 20 minutes for it to arrive. The pineaperol spritz was also underwhelming. The server was super busy and we hardly saw her. It wasn't worth complaining and sending it back. On the upside the butter cake was great! This spot has great views but that isn't enough to make up for lack luster over priced drinks.

Really fun atmosphere. Beautiful rooftop views. Great drinks and service. Food was fine, but nothing that stood out. Seemed more of a bar than a restaurant.

We found this on Instagram and decided to try it. It was difficult to find. There is art work on windows to an empty building, and then there was a sign above a door to doors that were locked. We walked around the building and asked a valet where to go. He was very nice but the directions were a little confusing. We ending up going up the wrong elevator and went through a back door. We finally found the restaurant and got a beautiful seat right beside the window overlooking COSI. The drink menu has some tasty drinks. I tried one of the mocktails. It was very good but on the expensive side at $14. I tried the eggplant dish, it was tasty. We also got the ribs and it was a small plate of ribs. We ended up getting fries too just to get some food. They are very small plates at steep prices. Overall the views are beautiful but not really a place I would go for a meal. It is definitely a bar cocktail type establishment.

Such an amazing experience. It was such a busy night but Izzy still managed to make sure we were taken care of.

My wife and I went up for a cocktail and dessert tonight after her birthday dinner. Izzy took care of us at the bar. It was a great experience, the atmosphere is great, good music, great outdoor seating with beautiful fireplaces. My wife loved amaretto sours and Izzy suggested a twist on that with some whiskey. She absolutely loved it and it was beautifully made. We had the key lime pie and butter cake and both were very good. We will definitely be returning next time we are in Columbus. ​

The rooftop experience and service are superb. Would def recommend for all types of occasions. Food was better the first time I visited but still tasty. Drinks amazing!!

Brunch at the brass eye was fantastic. I highly recommend! The view is beautiful, and there's lot of room for bigger groups. It looks like there were a few little groups of 10 scattered throughout on a Sunday morning. We started with the biscuit tower which was awesome. Such a fun dish to split with the group and loved the sweet and savory aspects. I had the breakfast sandwich and loved it. The aoili was great, but definitely very mayo tasting so if you are not a huge mayo person (even though that's what aoili is) get it on the side. The potatoes it came with were fine, but would've been great with some rosemary or seasonings. My boyfriend had the chicken wings which were very juicy and cooked well. Their drinks are delicious and come out beautifully. We had let them know we were celebrating my boyfriend's birthday so they brought out a gooey butter cake with Jenis gooey butter cake ice cream on top and WOW. Delicious. I will be coming back soon with a girls group or something. Such a good experience!

Even the response that I received from having two very poor experiences at the brass eye is reflective of how they just have lip service saying that they pass it on to Management but nothing is ever resolved. What difference does it make if you pass on to management if your service does not change .

AMAZING BRUNCH!! Ambiance - 10/10 - being a rooftop bar, it is expected to be great but omg is is GREAT! The view made me feel like I wasn't in Ohio?? It is just perfect. Service - amazing, the staff was so friendly. Food- we went for brunch and everything was amazing. I wasn't expecting to have a boozy brunch but once I saw an espresso martini tower on the menu I knew I had to try it. The French toast is AMAZING & would def recommend.

The hotel is amazing and the rooftop bar is a great late night location. We had a great time chatting with our bartender Andi and the Serrano Margaritas were yummy!

Great view with an even better aesthetic. A bar like this makes me feel like I'm in Chicago. High end cocktail bar so the prices accurately reflect the exclusive setting it's going for. The deviled eggs were amazing. I also tried the espresso martini Jell-O shot and i gotta say it didn't win me over. Cool and unique concept though so worth a try!

Mimi was very personable and informative. Great outdoor rooftop seating area. Haloumi&Fig and Peach/Burrata salad was fab.

Can't help but be convinced there's a perpetual scam going on with this place. Numerous friends, including myself, have had issues with servers adding unordered drinks to bills, not giving itemized receipts to disguise the extra charges, and attempting to add additional tips to the total. It's always AFTER they run the cards, so if you have a dispute, it's now on the customer to follow up 5 days later with the bank, or the restaurant, which when you call, usually goes to a full voicemail. I believe they hope you give up on it and make the extra $15-$20 off of you. And if this happens to enough people, that really adds up. If this happened, once or twice, we get it. But the fact it's happened so many times to so many people, I have to either call it what it feels like, a scam, or that the staff and owners just have no idea how to properly ring in items correctly, over and over again. Which either way, is an awful way of doing business. I'll be avoiding this place going forward.

Very comfortable clean and near 360 rooftop view on top the Junto. Good food kind of pricy for drinks and food but good to come here at least once! Slower service kind host.
