Let's start buy saying lunch started at 1pm, and we left at 4.30pm. Why? Slow service. Now if the food was good, that would be ok, but 4 mains were poor, 2 of them were the entrecote. Both dishes were disappointing. Mine had one section that was nice, surrounded by sinu and tough chewy meat. The other entrecote was sliced badly, so the tender section was thin and the chewy bits were thick and raw!. The pork main was over cooked and dry. Only the Rissotto was ok, although a bit over cooked.
When I showed the waiter and explained our disappointment, I was told there was nothing he could do as there were no managers around. Really. We had to wait 30 minutes for a coffee they forgot to make, but was on the bill and they offered no compensation. Terrible.
