Breakfast at Rosewood was such a pleasant experience, all thanks to Ms. Thavy. She’s very attentive and pays close attention to every detail. She remembered our food preferences and allergies, and even offered us a ginger boost, which was such a thoughtful touch. I was honestly amazed by her service, she’s so lovely, friendly, and makes sure both guests feel equally looked after. Exceptional hospitality!

We dined at Brasserie Louis on two separate occasions for breakfast, and both times we were wonderfully taken care of by Thavy. Her attentiveness is truly exceptional, we never had to ask for anything. She simply knew what we needed and what we liked, and she delivered it with warmth and sincerity. I was especially impressed at how she remembered my friend’s honey allergy. On our second visit, before we even mentioned it, Thavy thoughtfully informed us which menu items were suitable and which were not. That level of care is rare and deeply appreciated. Experiencing genuine, heartfelt service like this in Phnom Penh is not always easy to find, but you can absolutely find it here. As for the food: • The dimsum platter was delicious. • The pancakes, waffles, and French toast were all excellent, warm, fluffy, and perfectly made. • I did have high expectations for the wonton noodle, and while the ingredients were good, the broth could be more flavourful. It would be wonderful if the chef could review and refine the broth for a richer taste. Overall, Brasserie Louis offers a lovely breakfast experience, and Thavy truly made our mornings memorable. We will definitely return.

A fancy and romantic restaurant in Phnom Penh, located on the 35th floor of Vattanac Capital with access through Rosewood Hotel. It’s the perfect spot for enjoying stunning fireworks views from above. The service is absolutely brilliant 10/10. I’d rate the food 8/10, and the view is an easy 10/10. A must visit if you’re looking for a special dining experience in the city.

- Food & Drinks: Good. I went there for the experience, atmosphere, services, and views so I ended up not focusing much on what I ate. - Price: I went there for breakfast and coffee and the price was ok. Of course the price is higher than the usual restaurant but it's not untouchable either. And of course it's a high end place so that's totally the price you should expect to pay for. Also I had a great time, good atmosphere, great views and services so I think it is worth the money that I paid. - Hygiene: Of course, yes. - Location: go to the Vattanac building's lobby and tell the reception the restaurant's name and they will lead you there. - Atmosphere: Awesome. I'm not gonna say more.

Yesterday evening, my daughter and I have been in this wonderful restaurant, located in Vattanak Capital Tower, in floor 35, to celebrate her academic results. The view is amazing. It is possible to enjoy all the senses just sitting in a table. The food was well prepared. The beef carpaccio needed a few more minutes before being served to don't be so freeze; the canard a l'orange and the salmon were perfect cooked; by side dishes the ratatouille was having a delicious home made taste. A variety of well-sounding desserts close the menu a la carte, we choose crunched chocolate and the room director invited us with a delicious ice cream made of coconut and raspberry. The staff service is excellent, since arrival till departure, they are taking care of the details and making you feel very well.

From the lady on ground floor guiding you to the way up, to the welcoming staff and the breathtaking views, the affordable lunch set menu (20$ 2 courses / 24$ 3 courses) the delicious food, the attention to details, the homemade minute made vinaigrette, it was so good and a good way to visit the hotel in the most affordable manner… you can go then to the art gallery, and sit in the living room for coffee and drinks, with the 360• views. We are coming back tomorrow so much we liked it.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Brasserie Louis and I must say, it was an exquisite experience. The ambiance was charming, and the attention to detail was impeccable. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Sokaeang and the team of professional butlers who ensured that my breakfast was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and attended to with care. The service was prompt, courteous, and executed with precision. Each dish was a delightful symphony of flavors, beautifully presented and expertly prepared.

A restaurant on the 35th floor that aside from providing great french food, it also had a wide menu of Cambodia favourites. It’s definitely a wonderful place for special celebration or remembering a great occasion for the special ones with a beautiful skyline view in the evening or after dusk. Not to forget to try the full malt Vattanac premium beer.
