We visited Brasserie Rosie on our first night in Paris, and it was a lovely experience. Our French wasn’t the best, but the staff was incredibly patient, friendly, and willing to use Google Translate, which we really appreciated. I can't have gluten and they were very accommodating in ensuring my meal was safe, which I truly valued. The atmosphere was warm and cozy, and the drinks were fantastic! Overall, it was a great spot to kick off our trip, and we really enjoyed the welcoming service and charming ambiance.

I decided to try Bistro Rosie after hearing so many people rave about it. As soon as I walked in, I could tell the place was trendy and lively, with a great atmosphere. The service was excellent—friendly and attentive. We chose to share most of the dishes and ended up trying almost all the starters. They were all quite good, but the artichoke stood out as the best. When it came to the main dishes, I was a bit disappointed with the confit de canard. It was far too greasy, leaving very little actual meat to enjoy. However, that was just one dish, and the rest of the meal, including the desserts, was definitely above average. Overall, it’s a fun spot for dinner with a good vibe!

Very crowded and hip. Had decent food here with room to improve. We did not feel particularly welcome here. The waiters tried to get the tiny table on a corridor cleared fast and e.g. brought the bill without us asking.

a cute restaurant but for me, it was a little disappointing. i think the interior is lovely and the servers are great, but generally the food was average and the service was slow. the white wine was okay but very standard, wish it was a bit more poignant. also took quite a while to get it. it was a busy restaurant so I understand, but there were plenty of people on shift. the magret de canard à l’orange to share was plump and perfectly cooked, however it was served a bit cold. i also thought the lentils lacked flavour and the whole dish needed a lot more salt and pepper. the potatoes were really nice and crispy though, and the roasted carrots had a good earthy sweetness. the best part of the dish was probably the gravy, although I wish there was a stronger flavour of orange. the dessert took a very long time to be served and it was not really worth it, the riz au lait was one-noted and just tasted of sweet milk. undeniably this is an enjoyable flavour but it lacked depth, like a dash of vanilla or cinnamon or a jam. the moulleaux promised more than it gave, it was quite dry even with the custard on top, and it lacked in cocoa. quite bland, to be honest. sorry, but i believe you can get a much better experience for a similar price somewhere else. that being said, i am happy they welcomed us quite late on a sunday night, and the restaurant was very busy so i think many people enjoyed it. it was fine but not great, that’s all :)

Brasserie Rosie in Paris is a charming spot near Bastille, offering classic French brasserie dishes in a beautifully designed 1950s-inspired setting. Their onion soup, steak tartare, and truffle macaroni are must-tries, along with the indulgent Paris-Brest for dessert. With a warm ambiance and great service, it’s a fantastic place for an authentic Parisian dining experience!

The place is nicely decorated. The service was excellent. However, the cocktail are overprice and not good, you get some rhum with sirup with a big ice cube. The piece of beef was excellent but the French fries were not good and overcooked. Big disappointment for the dessert as well.

Yelp
Solid dinner spot - great truffle pasta and steak frites! Enjoyable ambiance and vibe for a date night! Instagram I knew you were TRUFFLE when you walked in!!

Yelp
A good choice for excellent straight-ahead brassiere fare with a creative menu and competent execution. My wife and daughter were very pleased with their meal of shallot tart, duck breast, catch of the day, and dessert. Quite happy with the service and value, kind to tourists without being "touristy." Can't wait to go back with them some day.

Yelp
Just a bad restaurant which definitely doesn't deserve anything above one star. Cheap food, cheap ingredients, many items are missing from their menu, " the kitchen is out of this, the kitchen is out of that..., which forces you to eat what they want you to. If you are around the Place de La Bastille in Paris, don't get mislead by the stars on Yelp. This is just a bad place in a town that the choice of good restaurants is unlimited.

Yelp
Friendly service and excellent French food! Despite the fact that it is in a touristy area, the quality of both service and the food was great.

Yelp
Amazing across the board!! Staff was extremely friendly, ambiance was great, and food was even better. We made a reservation for 7pm, and we were seated right away with a choice of a table in the front or back. Staff was very welcoming, and our waiter was very nice. The menus are accessible via a QR code on your table, but they have paper ones available as well. Ordered a spritz to drink, and for dinner we split the fish of the day and the coquillettes du jambon...both AMAZING and beautiful! Too full for dessert, but the options looked great as well. Highly highly recommend!
