Very nice and practical location. If you use public transport there is a bus stop just out of the camping grounds, and if you use a private vehicle there is free parking on camping grounds. The host was kind and helpful. I enjoyed my stay at the camping place.

Good location and accessibility to Bergen via bus and tram. Clean facilities however showers are chargeable and have limited pressure and temperature. Black waste, grey dump and fresh water good location and easy to access. The campervans are put into the concrete jungle terrace which is tight and unappealing. Served a purpose for us but couldn't recommend.

We are an agency in Brazil specializing in group trips in 12 motorhomes. Three years ago we stayed at this campsite to spend the night and visit the charming city of Bergen. I can say that the service provided by everyone is spectacular, from the reservation by email to our reception at the campsite. There is always a place where the whole group stays together, the bathroom is magnificent, the facilities are wonderful. The place is very charming and peaceful. The 4-minute shower costs 15kr but is worth every penny. The kitchen is perfect and at the reception you can find bread and a mini market. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this campsite.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Neide - Brazil Travel agent

Bit small on motorhome spaces. Road noise but Ok. Great location for getting into Bergen. Easy public transport. Great showers, worth 15NRK.

This camping in Bergen has space for campers and tents, and is situated outside of Bergen. With public transport you are in Bergen centre in 50-60 minutes (a bit more late at night), and the bus stop is right outside the camping entrance. It is located near a pond and a road. The road is busy and noisy at night. The staff members were very nice and we could drop in without a booking. I would recommend booking in the high season as the camping is not very big. Showers are extra at a cost of 15 NOK. The sanitary facilities are very clean and modern. You can also buy a physical Bergen pass here.

We camped there for a night after we went up to the Ulrike and you can actually follow a path from the mountain down to the camping which is an interesting hike. The staff was really friendly and helpful, the see is nice. It is close to a street but this didn’t bothers us much. Actually it’s quite useful because there is a bus stopp direct in from of the entrance. The showers are a bit uncomfortable because you cannot adjust the temperature but is was warm enough and they have a nice kitchen with something like a living room.

Located quite a distance from Bergin this campsite was very crowded and busy when we were there. The bus stop is located just outside but tye bus only brings you part of the way, you must then get an electric tram so the total journey is nearly an hour. The camp site is located besides two nice lakes and has some lovely rural walks back into the country. The site was clean with Good clean facilities, quiet at night but very busy during the day.

Stayed there one night with my tent. Service was very professional and quick when checking in. Lots of space to choose from - at least as long as there is availability. Kitchen was well-equipped and washing-machine and dryer were working. Negative aspects: my tent space strongly smelled of (human) urine in the back corner, there were round grass spots with dead grass in the center of my spot (typical result of dogs urine), it was very loud (I heard the street but the people were much louder and that was more annoying than what previous reviews noted about the street). The most disgusting thing were the toilets in the morning. In total, there are only 3 toilets for the whole campsite. They do not provide paper when cleaning hands, so it is either necessary to use the toilet paper or bring a towel (be aware that you cannot hang anything in the toilet - you either put things on the toilet or on the floor. I went for the bathroom at 6am (campsite was still sleeping). Unfortunately, the trash hadn't been emptied during the night, resulting in full bins. For a campsite that at least for me looked pretty full, I would have expected a better maintenance
