Bravissimo Cool Apartments

I’m extremely disappointed with our experience renting an apartment from this agency. Unfortunately, there were several issues that made our stay far from enjoyable. This has been our 7th time booking and we haven't had any problems like this before.. Firstly, the access to the property was not at all clear on the website. My husband is a cyclist, and we also have a baby, so the numerous stairs to the building and up to the apartment were a huge challenge. Nowhere on the website was it mentioned that the access would be so difficult. This is definitely not a family-friendly or bike-friendly property, and it should be stated upfront. We were told when we reported it that it said no lift...but it should have actually stated how inaccessible the access is. Secondly, the cleanliness of the apartment was absolutely unacceptable. When we arrived, we had to brush the floors ourselves, and to our horror, we discovered fresh stains on the walls. Upon closer inspection, we realised they were vomit stains. The apartment was filthy, and it was shocking that it had been left in such a condition. To make matters worse, on our first night, we were left without heating. It was freezing, especially with a 2-year-old child in the apartment. This is something that should have been checked before our arrival. Especially considering we arrived late after a delayed flight and the office was closed so we couldn't report anything. When we contacted the agency, their response was less than satisfactory. They offered to arrange for cleaners and a 15% discount on our first night—equating to a mere 15 euros, which felt like an insult given the poor condition of the apartment. We’ve never had issues with this agency before and have always been good tenants, but this experience has completely changed our perspective. I was also told today that they offer different types of apartments at different price points, and it turns out we paid for one that wasn’t even properly cleaned. Very disappointing. We will definitely think twice before booking with this agency again.

Dear Bravissimo team, I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart. I was in Girona in October with my boys on a racing bike vacation. I must say that everything went perfectly, from the booking to the handing over of the keys to the apartment, which was sensational. On the day of departure I realized that I had left my AirPods in the apartment and you sent them to my home in Switzerland without hesitation. If I could give 6 stars I would! Top Bravissimo very gladly again

Great selection of apartments beautifully designed and furnished. All amenities you can ever need. Attentive and responsive staff. A pleasure to deal with.

Great location in the centre of the old town. Clean rooms with lots of equipment, would have been nice to have coffee or tea available.The apartment is very modern but needs full size mirrors.

Great location in the centre of the old town. Clean rooms with lots of equipment in the kitchen, including a dishwasher tablet. Would have been nice to have 4 coffee pods on arrival. The entrance stairway needs a refurb but the apartment is very modern. As its in the old town it is very noisy.

Fantastic apartment, clean and spacious for a family of 5. From booking the staff at Bravissimo were very helpful and great communication. Very centrally located, just off the main street. Yes it was noisy on the Saturday night and you get the bin men at 3am, but that's everywhere in Spain. Mornings were peaceful and quiet. Defo stay here again when visiting Girona!🙂

Superb service. I stayed in Girona in June in two of the Bravissimo apartments. Both places were fabulous, very clean and brilliant locations in the old city. I couldn't recommend them enough. Having a bike is no problem. The staff were so helpful and friendly, they helped me move my bike and luggage between apartments and also due to a luggage collection mix up on my last day, also helped me out. Thank you so much. Beautiful, clean and comfortable apartments and perfectly located in the old city center. Ideal for cyclists who want to enjoy the area, that has a lot to offer. Staff is happy to help you if you have any questions. They can also provide nice routes for road or gravel bikes
