Bravo Pousada Design

We stayed at the Bravo Pousada design for 3 nights during our brazil holiday. We booked a double room which on the ground floor was quite small, not much room for suitcases to be laid out on the floor we had to do this on the bed, although the room had a wardrobe. The hotel itself was decorated lovely and clean. Breakfast was amazing with the restaurant patio having views of the small harbour. It was a short walk to bars and restaurants. When we arrived the saturday night, the streets were a bustling with many people around, however the sunday/monday was much quieter in the evenings. The hotel had plenty of loungers and beds around the small pool. Overall lovely hotel.

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for 2 nights and wished we could stay more! The whole vibe of the place is very relaxing, serene and really invites you to just lounge on their many spots, catching sun on in the shade. We usually always go out to eat, but after smelling the food that was being cooked, and seeing very affordable prices, we decided to stay for dinner and enjoyed it so much that we also had lunch there the following day, even after check-out. I would recommend this place 100%, it was one of the best hotel experiences I've had!

The hotel has friendly staff and is in a good location but it is far from a good value. First of all, it took 3 days to have my booking completed; their system is outdated, and they still want you to send your credit card details on paper via WhatsApp which means 0 security and not reasonable at all. Then your signature has to match your ID. Well anyone can fake a signature. So it makes no sense! It is very unsafe and any one can use the companies WhatsApp so where is the safety? I talked to at least 3 different people on their WhatsApp number. It is 2024 and I can not believe they don't have an online payment system for international tourists. We chose this hotel for its location and appealing design. The outdoor area is really nice but our room had mold and a bad smell coming out of the toilet. We believe the mold had a quick fix with painting but they haven't addressed the issue. The room is very noisy and they might reply to this message saying it is not but believe me it is very noisy. Your shower window will be to the kitchen and you can hear everything they say and they start working very early and if you can hear them they can hear you. So no privacy. Also there is a gentleman who probably works collecting tins very early. At about 4-5 am he comes by the lateral gate to grab them. We understand that it might be his main job but hearing someone crashing cans at that time very near your hotel rooms is not pleasant and other people come to check a large bin outside of the hotel’s wall. We also experienced a very unpleasant renovation time. That went on for 3 days. Yes, they gave us dinner to apologise for the inconvenience but salmon was undercooked and filet mignon overcooked. This was a shame as we saw that the staff/cook put great effort into making us feel good during dinner. They might offer you a 10% discount voucher for a Japanese restaurant called Iconiko. It is worth it and the food there is good. At our check out there were a few mistakes but quickly fixed. If you don't speak Portuguese you might find it difficult to interact with staff. I hope management puts some effort into investing in its team of very friendly people and improving the payment system and hotel logistics and please fix the mould issue properly.

Hidden gem, so nicely designed, lots of attention to details, the service is impeccable, every staff makes strives to provide the best experience from Diego at the reception to Felipe at the pool bar delivering outstanding cocktails. The food at the pool is freshly prepared, nicely presented and very tasty. The room is spacious and nicely decorated. The pool is very nice too with temperature controlled water. Cannot fault this place, we will definitely come back and stay longer.

Amazing stay ! 100% recommend ! & beautiful location with view of water and boats passing by. Also Juan was amazing with the food and drinks definitely ask for him !

Bravo Pousada offers an incredible staying experience. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The rooms were incredibly clean and confortable. We enjoyed the delicate food and drinks offered to our heart content. The only negative point was the internet connection which wasn't always stable. I would recommend and come back here anytime!

The rooms were quaint, clean. The view from the waterfront room was amazing! The location is fantastic! Great restaurants within 3 minutes walking distance. The service from Stephanie and the team was top notch! She accommodated our desire to switch rooms during our stay. We had a maintenance problem with our AC. Stephanie stepped in, escalated the problem and got it sorted. She also comped us with a thoughtful gesture for our inconvenience.

Spent 2 days. Overall great experience. Great chill at the pool. Chef at poolside Makes some delicious food If it’s the pasta or the meat. He knows what’s up. Solid food. Great friendly bartender. The thing is. My room was full with ants. On the desk. Couch. Chair. They were all over. Eeewwe
