We had an excellent evening at Brdr. Price restaurant in the old town in Copenhagen. The restaurant is situated in an old historic building and this really adds to the atmosphere. The staff is friendly and welcoming and the atmosphere is relaxed. The cuisine is a mixture of traditional Danish dishes and French bistro. The sauce bordelaise based on smoked marrow was a real treat. The wine card has a broad selection of wines from around the globe with a focus on French wines and at a wide range of prices. I highly recommend this place.

Beautiful venue! It was a very calm day which was very nice! The chicken confit was very dry and the mash potato needed a lot of extra salt. Missed some small toppings (mushroom etc) with the dish. It felt very plain. 70DKK for normal water is outrageous. The service was good but I cannot recommend it due to the food.

Easily one of the worst dining experiences I've had. My partner and I had booked their dining week menu and were really looking forward to trying the restaurant. The starter was a potato and leek soup that tasted like the salt had been mistaken for sugar. It was weirdly sweet and extremely fatty. It left my entire mouth coated in fat after a few bites. It seemed unseasoned, the texture was off and the soup was not warm. The main was a cut of very tough and fatty pork that we were meant to cut with knives duller than the edge of a spoon. On top of the meat a poor, single balsamic onion was lain trying to bring any sort of balance to the fat overload that both the meat, sauce and unseasoned-over-buttered mashed potatoes offered. My partner almost had his pork slide of the plate in an attempt to cut it, as the mash was greasing the plate and making it too slippery to cut anything. By this time we both started having stomach issues and my partner went to the bathroom multiple times, while we debated in between leaving before the dessert. We ended up staying and was "rewarded" with plain vanilla ice cream with a hit of caramel sauce and something that tasted like a blended stale brownie. We canceled the rest of our plans and went straight home, as we were both quite poorly. All in all, every single dish was unseasoned, unbalanced and depended only on dairy fat to save it - unsuccessfully. I would not eat here again, even if I was paid to do it.

Very nice atmosphere. Great selection of wine. Food was okay, considering the price it could have been a bit better. Staff is very friendly.

Lucky to get a reservation through a friend, wonderful experience from start to finish - warm, welcoming staff, outstanding drink selection including custom schnapps, extremely creative and flavorful dishes. Highly recommend this outstanding restaurant!

It's worth it. You've probably heard a lot of the hype surrounding this place and the owners. You might think it's overrated. Having been there twice, let me tell you - it's worth every krona. Great surrounding, phenomenal food, really nice staff. It also feels comfortable to spend a few hours in your company without too much noise from other tables. Try this place, it's worth your while.

Fantastic food, I absolutely loved the burger! The service was nothing short of outstanding, the personnel was super friendly and knowledgeable. Loved the atmosphere on their outside patio, and really looking forward to visit another time and sit in their beautiful dining hall.

Cozy place in the cellar where wine bottles covered the wall. We had the 3 course Christmas menu starting with Green Olives salted roasted Almonds, fried pig and chicken skin with a kind of mayo dressing as appetizers. The smoked salmon from Island was really good served with a sweet and sour cream dressing and crispy Rye bread crumbles and blanched cale. This was followed by a fall apart soft canard confit with two types of red cabage and a reduced red wine sauce. The dessert was the classic danish ris a la mande dessert with Home made Cherry sauce and roasted Almonds. A good selection of wine was served with this menu. A good place to have dinner in a cozy Atmosphere with good ingredients. However the presentation and taste could be more accurate and balanced in my opinion.

Yelp
Brdr. Price was very warm and cozy inside with a pretty decor, and the service was very good - as was the food that we ordered. We had the ox, fettuccini bolognese, mackerel, pepperonata, and the green salad. They were all delicious (the salads were as delicious as a salad can ever be). The ox was probably my favourite - it was served with some kind of gravy and was very tender. The meal also came with a fresh loaf of sourdough and house-whipped butter, which was also a highlight. We loved this place and would definitely come back again.

Yelp
I visited the place in connection with the Dinning Week CPH. We were welcomed with a smile and the service all night was very pleasant. We had the wine menu which came with a boring white wine, decent red and a great cocktail. The food we had was very enjoyable and tasted great - especially the desert "citronmåne" - was amazing. The sad part about was that when finished I was not close to being full, which is a bit of a shame. Simply just adding more e.g. potato mos would have done the trick. Thanks for a good experience anyway.

Yelp
I went to this restaurant during the dinning week, when they had a fixed 3-courses menu at a discounted price. I have to admit that the experience was by far better that Brdr. Price in Tivoli! But still, I was not impressed so much that I could return and pay the full-price menu. First course was Adam's salad with confit de canard, which was crispy duck, bitterness from frisée lettuce, walnuts and pomegranate. Amazing ingredients, OK combination. Maybe with some acidity, the result would be different. Main courses was Braised pork bellies of gourmet pig from Svendborg (!!!), served with a puree of white beans and sage-lemon sauce. That was really nice. Perfectly cooked and excellent combination with the siders. The desert was a twist of a lemon-pie. Nice, but nothing special. After that, I was still feeling a small void in my stomach, but I shouldn't complain when having dinner with 60% discount! The dinning area was quite nice and the staff were very kind, super helpful and always had a smile! And I think that during the summer, having lunch at the patio will be beautiful, but you should probably book a table before going!
