Bread + Butter, oh, you glorious carb-slingers! Let's just say, my tastebuds have officially moved in. This bakery is a slice of heaven on earth, churning out freshly baked bread that's so good, it should be illegal. Apparently, this is the mothership, the source of all that deliciousness that graces their other two coffee shops in the city. And let me tell you, they're doing a fantastic job. Every pastry, every loaf, every savoury treat is crafted with love and care. You can taste it. The crew? Absolute legends. They're friendly, passionate, and clearly experts in the art of baking. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, like walking into a hug.

Stopped in for a quick early morning coffee before heading to the airport… SO GLAD we did. Not only was the coffee top notch, the barista was a cool dude and best of all… the baked goods were amazing. I’m a bit of a donut snob, mmmmm donuts 🤤. I almost didn’t order a the glazed, but I’ll tell you what… they know how to make a good donut!! Also, their croissant was delicious. It was flaky, but flaked into itself and it wasn’t too rich… it was a bit denser than I expected, but again these guys are pros! Not easy to make a croissant that good. Finally… I figured why not give their cookies/biscuits a try… hmmm. Very, very rare to find a good cookie outside of the States. We ordered an oatmeal raisin and an ANZAC biscuit and dude… both were exceptional. Do yourself a favor and visit this place!

Had some amazing bread and coffee, the space was pretty cool and would really recommend it! However being served in take away cups and containers when dining in really ruins the experience and surely a more conscious effort for the environment can be made 🌎 music selection was quite off too tbh.

We grabbed coffees, and some rhubarb & ginger pastries to try and we were not disappointed. We also got the full run down from the barista in regards to the point of difference for each of the three bread + butter Launceston locations and a notable mention for the LA spot too.

Nice bakery with full of fresh and tasty pastries both sweet and savory. Can’t love the Walnut Croissant more even better after reheating with the air fryer just so crunchy. Also love the Morning Bun! Will definitely try others next time.

small cafe serving varieties of pastries, savoury and sweet, sandwiches and good coffees. simple seating indoor and outdoor, many came for takeaways. there are books about coffee, read on pour-over, good to know the correct method. long black and savoury danish was my breakfast.

Used to be amazing, now it’s still good/ok but not great. Had quite dry flakey croissants and a watery coffee served by pretty blase staff who were more interested in chatting to each other than communicating with customers. Feels like with all their expansion outlets they’ve lost sight of the quality of their food, coffee and service. Hope they can turn it around.

I’ve been to many different bakeries around the world and this place was one of the best. Amazing Croissants and coffee.
