Mango bingsu here is amazing! Always very crowded and sometimes too noisy.

Unique flavor combinations, but always amazing. Most memorable was a garlic and sweet cream pull-apart bun. Amazing! Please come to the USA. They did not allow photos, so these are rare. We visited every morning and some late evenings. Everything I tried was delicious. The frozen snow desserts (pictured) were light. They look like a heartattack, but the toppings were fresh ingredients a top a mountain of snow that I believe was made from shaved frozen glutinous rice. Very light and pefect for sharing.

D’capital branch is better than the branch in My Dinh. But egg sandwich is still too much. I do not understand why put strawberry jam inside. And drinks is still bad. Breadfactory need to improve drinks quality. It seems the owner is not focusing in expending businesses rather than focusing on their core values.

Good bakery, but it always run short on Olive Cianbata. It’s been years since I started loving it but I rarely get one because they always run out before I can have a catch of it, whether it’s 8 a.m, 10 a.m, lunchtime or 3 to 5 in the afternoon. Everytime a staff told me “that one runs out real quick”, I frowned as I said “then you guys should think of making more for the day”. Not everyone is so idle or has a work that is flexible enough to wait for a bread. I could have given a 5 star after all, but not having a chance to get what I want no matter how many times I’ve tried is not a thing I appreciate in such a pricy bakery - though it is lovely, admittedly.

Feeling very satisfied! The closest to the French bakery that we’ve found here in Hanoi. Some bun choices are even cheaper than Tous Les Jour, birthday cakes definitely better. The Wi-Fi could be faster though

Amazing ambience and food! The service was very friendly and the mango bingsu + bac xiu was especially delicious!

Mango Bingsu not good, has some inside cakes that taste really weird.

I have tried so many and they are all so nice. I love the croquettes and macarons so much, even though they are expensive
