Friendly and helpful staff. We did have an issue with our first room (odour coming from the kitchen). To rectify the issue, we were offered a different room by the Night Auditor who was very polite, helpful and apologetic. The new room did have issues as well (the clothes dryer kept on tripping the power and the hair dryer stopped working after a few seconds). I reported clothes dryer issue to the Front Desk staff who was equally polite and helpful. I did appreciate apology card, chocolates and water in a box from the Front Office Manager. Overall, it was a pleasant stay (great location, the shower water pressure in the bathroom is the best I must say, the rooms are clean, reasonably priced carpark fee). Thank you for the great service.

Staff, friendly and helpful. Room, very well appointed. Kitchen with stove/oven, microwave, toaster, kettle. and full 'fridge. Most units have washing machine and tumble dryer. Excellent for a few days, or even weeks, stay. Building layout feels very private and "at home" air about it.|Location, 15 to 20 minute walk to Rundle Mall, and lovely buildings make the time fly. 5 to 10 minute walk to free tram to and from the Mall. OTR, McDonalds and numerous food shops within easy walking distances. Trams and busses make it easy to see Adelaide without a car.

Our apartment was very clean, was cleaned every day. Very comfortable apartment. It was in a great location in the city. Had everything that we needed and wanted in the apartment such as a washing machine, dryer, and cooking facilities. People working at the hotel were friendly and helpful.

no complaints and extremely impressed. didnt know they did breakfast until i did breakfrees review/ all in all one of the best places i have stayed at/ want to stay there again/ i will definitely blook there again. the rooms are near new. so so clean

Nice staff Comfy beds, spacious room, free laundry and dryer in the room, plus free access to UniSA gym facilities for the fair price! And the locations are close to airport busstop, can’t complain for the service and what’s the hotel can offer! The only downside was our room was bit noisy outside , there was an engine or machine right below our room, and also our room was on the roadside. Be sure to prepare earplug for sleep, otherwise would be hard to sleep.

Cost conscious rates. 2 bedroom apartment was snug but ideal for shorter stays. Some of the amenities are a bit dated (no smart TV, no complimentary wifi, stereo system rocking the old iPod/iPhone 16 pin connector), but served their purpose. On site parking was a handy add-on for those with car/rental cars.

We were bumped off a flight and needed to find a hotel at short notice and Breakfree was close. Gary, in Reception was exceptional in assisting us and made sure I booked through the All app to moximise our overall experience. His informative, friendly and helpful assistance made a bad day into a great time for our family. He is a star and the hotel is great too. Well done Gary, and well done Breakfree Adelaide.

Positive : - Near city. - Exactly beside University, so its very safe area. - Clean room. - Kitchen is fully equipped. - Airport bus stop can be reached by 3-5 minutes by walking. - Free city tram can be reach around 5 minutes by walking. - They provide washer and dryer inside room including detergent. - They provide Rice Cooker. Negative : - No lift for the whole 2 weeks we stayed .So better call them first before make a booking. - If you choose room with no cleaning , it means no cleaning AT ALL , even you stay for 2 weeks. - Receptionist are hit and miss, some of them are nice , some of them are not.
