We loved the 2-bedroom, lakeside apartment we stayed in as it was quite spacious, the bed was very comfortable and the views across the lake were magnificent. The only downside was that the glass sliding doors and glass panels on the balcony were in need of a good cleaning. There were a number of cobwebs on the outside walls and glass doors/panels that also needed to be cleared away.

The Location of the property is excellent. But, the apartment was very dirty. The carpet is very old & smelled very mouldy. I could also see few bugs in the. carpet. The balcony was completely dirty as if it wasn't cleaned for years. There were moulds, spider webs & insects all over. It was very unhygienic. The common areas were decently clean. The problem is with the apartment itself.

I was initially impressed by the size of the room when I arrived, but unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. The room was not well-maintained: the dryer was dusty, the bathroom was outdated, and the fan was covered in oil. The cooler also had dust. Additionally, there were only three tissues left in the box. Overall, it felt like the room had been neglected, and it impacted my experience. The receptionist didn't try to help us with our heavy luggage. I hope the hotel addresses these issues for future guests.

Our family had a great stay. The apartment was very spacious, the beds were comfy, the kids loved the pool and the location was nice and close to the city and nearby suburbs we visited. We would definitely stay here again.

Ok, while spacious, the dining table and chairs weren't clean, one chair was broken, as is the ottoman. The spa doesn't work and the plate on the iron was falling off (with the replacement one leaking). And while the bottle of red wine was a nice gesture, I don't drink red wine.

The experience my family had at the Breakfree was lovely, spacious and very conveniently located near Floriade. The apartment was clean and ready, stains were noticed on the grey couch and 2 of the bedroom balcony doors were left unlocked when we arrived. One of the lifts at Breakfree was also out of service, which delayed our movement ...along with many other people holidaying or residents. I feel I need to point out about the ensuite bathroom shower tiles as they need a good scrub down as there was mold building up on them. The breakfast wasn't really worth the price at the Pepper's restaurant across the road. The spread was minimal and very cheap looking. Coffee we had to pay extra for a latte or cappuccino. Not the standards I expected when paying $37 per person. Dinner at Pepper's was lovely. Concierge service was wonderful, kind and very accommodating.

I booked this place for an overnight stay because it seemed incredibly spacious. In that it did not disappoint. The lady at checkin was friendly and efficient. However room 206, a 2 bedroom unit was very tired and could have been a lot cleaner. The furniture in the dining area was old and tired. On the other hand, the sofa and lounge chairs were new and clean. Kitchen was fairly dated but functional although it was annoying having only 2 mugs and 1 cup in a 2 bedroom plus sofabed unit. Please can someone clean the splashes from the window behind the sink? The bathroom was the most dissatisfying room. As we were only staying the one night, we all decided to not shower in the unit but to wait until we got home. The bath was cracked. Lots of mould in the grouting. Black hairs remained from previous guests. If someone was staying longer they might benefit from the washing machine and separate dryer. The bedrooms were functional but had no AC (just fans) as the AC was only in the living area. The master had a KS bed which was appreciated. Balcony furniture could do with a clean. On the plus side, the carpet was relatively new and clean.

The apartment I booked was spacious and clean. Service was nice. Only feedback is the showers had no pressure and it was not enjoyable using it. Overall a pleasant experience.
