We were a family of five staying at Capital for three days, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The apartment was poorly maintained — the rooms, kitchen, dining area, and bathrooms were all unclean and had an unpleasant smell. Towels were insufficient, and the blankets, pillows, and mattresses were stained. The kitchen and toilets were particularly dirty, making the entire stay uncomfortable.
We also paid $35 per person for the buffet breakfast, which turned out to be a complete letdown. The setup looked more like a kids' party, with food served in tiny bowls, no hot coffee, tea, or milk available, and a very limited selection of cereals, fruit, and bread — no hot food at all. You could easily find a far better breakfast for the same price elsewhere. Choosing to have breakfast at Capital Tower was a poor decision.
Overall rating: 2 out of 5. I do not recommend this place, especially considering the price we paid.
