Receptionists assisted us with booking and late check in. The apartment was very spacious, we stayed a week and enjoyed staying inside to rest. Location was perfect for us yet if you wanted to be closer to shops you go other side of roundabout, distance wise you only 5 - 15mins to anything even to parliament side, easy to go in any directions, yet google maps was very helpful. Secure parking was great, lifts were quick and not overly noisy. One toilet roll for each guest isn't enough for a week especially when it's really thin paper and then get charged if you want more. Two garbage bags also not enough to keep kitchen cleaned. Instructions would be good for how to use oven, no oven tray was provided. We used up all dishes within 2 days so had to wash by hand instead of dishwasher as there was only enough powder for one cycle. Saucers aren't plates, they aren't entree plates at all, this was a huge let down, you were using non matching cutlery or dinner sets they were all bits of multiple sets and lots and lots of saucers. Suggested to Receptionist to leave notes in rooms on the heating/cooling Location and how to use would have been helpful as we didn't find separate heating control until last night hidden around a corner you wouldn't walk past due to placement of furniture and behind a huge lamp. It really just needed a bit of TLC that wouldn't had cost, like re hanging curtains so not half hanging off, curtains that actually fit and move would be good. Changing light switches so you don't have dangerous things sticking out of them would bemore appealing. I would come back to this hotel. There was a notice in lifts of refurbishments will commence yet not sure how long that was there for. Basic maintenance can go long way.

Stayed 4 nights with family to explore Canberra / Snowy Mountains. Excellent location close to everything you need and visit. Full kitchen amenities made it close to home away from home. Very spacious 2-Bed 2-Bath room. Very comfy and warm during peak winter. Very helpful reception team.

The location is amazing with view but the hotel 1803 is so dusty and not properly cleaned. They need to hire a cleaners that know how to clean properly. I will confront the cleaner/s and let them know we pay properly do their jobs properly.

A friend and I booked into a two bedroom apartment here for our 2 night weekend stay in Canberra. It is well located, with lots of places to eat near by and everywhere else in Canberra that most people would go to is really only a short drive away.||The apartment is very spacious, with two separate bedrooms: one main with an ensuite, the second smaller but still comfortable. Both with balcony access and gorgeous views of Lake Burley Griffin. The main bathroom also has a separate bathtub next to the large shower. The dining and living room also has beautiful views and balcony access with lots of lovely daylight streaming in and there is a fully equipped kitchen if you want to prepare your own food. There is also a full laundry room with washer and dryer in the apartment. There is parking available downstairs at a nominal charge.||We actually found this a very comfortable and convenient place to stay. Please note though that this is not a hotel, it is more like a serviced apartment. There appears to be no housekeeping for a short stay, or an onsite restaurant and this did not bother us.||This is a good hotel alternative if traveling with a friend and you both would like separate rooms like we did or for a family traveling with kids. The main couch in the living room appears to be a fold out bed too, making the apartment ideal for larger families.

Very disappointing check-in experience I booked this hotel expecting a smooth and timely check-in at 2:00 PM, as advertised. Instead, I was kept waiting with vague excuses. First, they said the room would be ready in 1 hour. After waiting that hour, they told me it would be another 45 minutes. No proper communication, no apology, just delay after delay. This is completely unacceptable for any hotel claiming to offer good service. If you value your time and want reliability, look elsewhere.

We were a family of five staying at Capital for three days, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The apartment was poorly maintained — the rooms, kitchen, dining area, and bathrooms were all unclean and had an unpleasant smell. Towels were insufficient, and the blankets, pillows, and mattresses were stained. The kitchen and toilets were particularly dirty, making the entire stay uncomfortable. We also paid $35 per person for the buffet breakfast, which turned out to be a complete letdown. The setup looked more like a kids' party, with food served in tiny bowls, no hot coffee, tea, or milk available, and a very limited selection of cereals, fruit, and bread — no hot food at all. You could easily find a far better breakfast for the same price elsewhere. Choosing to have breakfast at Capital Tower was a poor decision. Overall rating: 2 out of 5. I do not recommend this place, especially considering the price we paid.

Believe the reviews. I wasn’t expecting much but it was so dirty, stains all over the bed, dust everywhere. We were given no bath towels and found some pool towels in the bathroom. They were filthy like someone had used them to clean up mess. When I asked for towels I got no apology and when they brought them up they wanted to see the stains and again no apology. Lucky we were there for only one night but sheesh it was disgusting. As we drove out could see all the dirty sheets in the car park literally on the carpark floor. Understand these get washed but on the filthy floor??? Go somewhere else!

Location was outstanding, amazing heated pool and unit extremely roomy. Main bed was comfortable. Bonus cooking area. However the unit was extremely tied and is in need of a major make over. Living area bathroom shower taps were broken. But able to use as a bath.
