Good rooms, really friendly staff, clean, well stocked with good amenities. I would give it four stars but they made a real chore of getting WiFi. It is free but you need to get a code from reception and sign up for membership of some loyalty scheme and then the whole thing is capped and seems to download interminably slowly. But the gym is free and great and it's a really nice, big room. Although the bed is on wheels.

It's a fair place to stay for a night or two. Would have been better if they served breakfast. You really need one when you wake up early morning. The best thing is you have food market or what they call restaurant lane close by at a walking distance! You have different food options- Chinese, Thai, Mexican, Malaysian, Indian, etc. The room was quite clean and the room service was really good. They also provided free wifi service but the speed was terrible so I had to use my own device.

Excellent value for money especially being so close to CBD, about 15min walk. The rooms are spacious, clean with modern fittings. Looks like the place has been renovated, bit of a rush job so don't look too closely and be picky, this is great value and worth the stay. The cafe' next door makes excellent long blacks and egg bacon sandwiches.

Not bad in terms of value for money. Good location and 15 min walk to China town. The rooms are a little bit old but have everything you need. However it noise isolation is not fantastic and you can hear people in the room next door talking.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Allowed me to check in early free of charge, which was much appreciated. The room was clean, tidy and spacious for my needs. Location wise, it is a 5 minutes walk away from Chinatown, where you get a good choice of eateries. It is also a 15 minutes walk from Rundle Mall, the main shopping street.

The location right near a plethora of Asian eateries was fine. What was NOT fine was the loud and incessant noise until 3am from the nearby karaoke rooms and from my low-class and crass fellow guests who were screaming and yelling through the paper thin walls. Don't get me wrong, the staff were fine and pleasant and I don't think it's their fault personally that they attract in general a lower class of guest; however, it's just too damn noisy and I didn't sleep a wink.

It was OK, walls are thin, loud guests coming and going all hours of the morning, there is a Karaoke bar next door that was pumping all night and kept me awake all night, it isn't sound proofed really well. Pillows were too hard but the bed was okay. Staff here are lovely tho.

Let's start with the good. It was fairly clean and it's a good location if you like Asian food. Now the not so good. Building itself is pretty old and ran down . My room was so small I could barely walk around the bed. There was no windows to the outside, just a window looking at the inside of the hallway , through which the hallway's light kept me awake part of the night. Carpet is old and air in the room stuffy, I could hear my neighbour coughing, taking phone calls and watching TV until late in the evening. Would not stay there again.
