Standing outside of the venue, doors are locked and nobody answers the phone. Lights on inside, hours online show the business as being open. Tried calling and visiting 3 times in person over the course of 3 hours and there was no one there to assist. Had to pay a fee to cancel since there was no one available to help us reschedule, and we were officially 3 minutes beyond the 24 hour cancellation period. Would have loved to rate the actual experience but unfortunately didn't get the chance due to lack of service.

I tried calling multiple times to get a hold of you, and left my name and a callback number, but never received a call back. I waited before writing a review to give you the opportunity to call back or reach out so we could sort things out. A paper in the door with your preferred contact info (Messenger, Email) letting customers like me know nobody was in that day, or a callback on one of the following days would have prevented this completely. We reached out through a valid contact method listed on google and your website and didn't receive a response.
There was no intention to be malicious or damage your reputation here, this review reflects my actual experience.
