Breathless Montego Bay Resort & Spa

Xhale club ocean view suite. Our butlers Calvine and Melloni were great and attentive. Very fun and attentive wait staff and bartenders. Melisa at the omelet station in Spoon was very friendly. Spent a lot of time on the Secrets facilities where there was more people. It was a great stay and I would definitely go again.

Great resort, would be 5 stars were it not for the string mold smell up on entering rooms. There has to be a way to remedy this as the resort is newer. I definitely enjoyed the access to Secrets restaurants and beaches and was treated like Secrets royalty. Would come again but would love for them to do something about mold smell. JANICE in the spa was awesome, special about Shout to her, such a pleasure. We enjoyed the stay and pool parties and drinks..staff very friendly and attentive. Fun trip.

Alistair is the the Best bartender on the whole resort! He’s promptness and his personality is so refreshing!! We hung out with him our whole vacation upstairs at Altitudes! We had so much fun meeting him and invited him to come to our home in Florida! He’s a good man and we wish him a very prosperous life! He definitely deserves the best life can offer him! We’ve been here 3 times in the past 7 years! He’s the Best! Make sure to look for him as your Best Bartender on the Resort!!

If you’re coming to Jamaica this is the place to stay. I am shocked by how friendly the staff is. 24 hour room service endless vibes and delicious food. Connected to secrets resort and offering more dinning options there as well. Pool parties and daily activities are available. This place is so amazing we did not even have to leave the resort because there is so much to do here. Would give 10 stars if possible

Reception & Main Desk Staff: Amazing service from the team including bar staff, providing us with all information needed and making our stay easy and pleasant. ||Entertainment staff really livened up the experience. Big shout out to Reika, Nas, Fendi & Twiggy especially. I recognise they probably do this week in and week out and it can be socially and physically tiring but they managed to keep the energy high at all times, made sure all guests were involved and made us feel comfortable and full of laughs. They really helped with the experience.||Amazing views and decor kept in good standing order. Very good with the cleanliness.|I expected a bigger crowd of guest to socialise with on the resort however maybe the time we came it was a quiet time frame.||All in all my experience at secrets was a great one was recommended to by a friend and didn’t disappoint.

We received excellent service at this resort. The customer service is outstanding 10 out of 10. We had the butler service and we also ran into some really great waiters. One of the best was Donatello at altitude restaurant and at breathless breakfast buffet so awesome. We will be back just for Donatello and our great Butler service Raynard and Craig also so caring! We are grateful we booked here…. The blue Mountain restaurant has authentic Jamaican food, and it was amazing as well

We just returned from an incredible stay at Breathless Montego Bay, and the highlight of our trip was without a doubt our amazing butler, Olivia. She went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect.||Olivia was extremely attentive, always one step ahead of our needs, whether it was setting up our beach chairs, arranging dinner reservations, or surprising us with little thoughtful touches throughout the day. She was warm, professional, and genuinely caring, making us feel truly pampered and relaxed.||If you’re heading to Breathless, ask for Olivia, she will elevate your experience in every way. We can’t thank her enough for making our vacation and my husband’s birthday so special!

Amazing food and vibes !!! Would recommend Breathless anytime, but beware the party is never ending. Staff is honestly the best I’ve ever experienced……& get the XHALE CLUB room, it is ALL the way worth it for the butler. Overall great resort that gives you access to 2 other resorts for FREE !!
