Breathless Punta Cana Resort & Spa

My wife and I are just finishing 6 days here and we had a fantastic time. We had an Xhale club swim up. The room was great easy access to the pool and the beach. Xhale club had great cocktails, Murphy is an incredible mixologist. The swim up was nice after a day at the beach. But the big difference from other places we have been is the level of service and the friendlyness of the staff. Glenny our butler was incredible, any thing we needed he could take care of it. Juan the restaurant manager did great extras for us just because we asked. Daniel and Tairon at the pool bar, Yenny at the beach to Marty the towel lady. Hilary at the Xhale restaurant check in. Just a great experience!

We had a blast here. We we're very spoiled with Jaime our butler was the best I've ever had. I would 100% recommend you ask for Jaime. Alejandro checked us in and gave us a gift package with coupons for the spa services and money off for bottles of wine on the beach. He was very nice and professional. Felix and Luis in the preferred bar were great. Then at the pool we loved Jorddy, Juan and Edward at the preferred pool bar. Coral and Maria were great around the pool. I think Raphael the young man with a smile at the food truck area was my 2nd favorite he was just always so nice and always had a smile on his face. Emmanuel was great on the late shift in the preferred reception. He got me special pillows. Although my favorite the man the myth the legend was Francisco in the Sports bar. He is a tiny older man with a bald head who stole my heart. He was trying to teach me more Spanish and I never had an empty drink. He would bring me another one. I absolutely loved him. He mad my heart smile. Loved him. Alejandro I can say upgraded us to one of the nicest rooms we've ever been in. Look at my videos. The resort was the second nicest resort we've stayed at next to Secrets Moxche in Mexico. The trees, the beach, the pools. Everything. I can say if you want a medium steak ask for it as rare. That's the only thing I would change was the cooking of the steaks.

This was such an amazing experience. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Manager, Gregory always made sure we were enjoying our stay and asked if we needed anything. Lucie accommodated us at check in when we weren't totally satisfied with our room. Jacob took care of us several times at breakfast and dinner and knew exactly how we liked how drinks. Andrea was such a friendly soul during our time on the beach. Her smile was so infectious and she made us feel like she enjoyed taking care of us. Hands down, one of my best experiences in the Caribbean! My only cons were that our face clothes didn't get replenished daily. We always had to call for them. Some of our food would come out cold or luke warm, but they always corrected it. They had this amazing chicken sausage, but only served it once during our 5 day stay.

My wife, Joanne, and I just returned from a fantastic week at Breathless Punta Cana Resort and Spa and couldn't be happier with our experience.||||We highly recommend upgrading to the xhale club! The private check-in, exclusive lounge access, and especially our Swim Up King Suite made the trip truly feel luxurious and worth every penny.||||The resort perfectly balances relaxation with a lively atmosphere. We spent our mornings relaxing on the beautiful beach and our afternoons at the party pool enjoying the music and energy. A big highlight was our Saona Island excursion, a must-do for anyone visiting Punta Cana!||||The Service was Outstanding! Every staff member was friendly and attentive, but the xhale Club Butler/Concierge, Gliny, service was next level. He handled everything for us and truly made us feel special.||||Thank you, Breathless, for an unforgettable trip. We will definitely be back!

You will love your stay! Very clean and beautiful resort. The staff is super friendly, helpful, personable and fun! Upgrade to Exhale for your personal concierge. Jesus was ours and he checked in with us every day and booked all our services and made sure we were aware of all the amenities! We all loved him! He even gave us rides to dinner in golf carts. The exhale bartenders were also amazing! Murphy and Yarina remembered our drink orders and took awesome care of us! The experience was excellent and I’m beyond impressed with all of the staff.

We really loved our week at Breathless! Everything is beautiful and well kept from the grounds to the rooms and the beaches and pools. We stayed in the exhale club on the first floor and loved our room and location. Room is very spacious, we especially enjoyed the jetted tub on the patio, super comfortable bed and bathroom layout. Housekeeping did a great job keeping room clean daily and returned in the evening to check if we needed anything extra and take out used linens||We really enjoyed the xhale experience. Jesus our butler checked in daily, kept us up to date on events and made sure we had everything we needed and wanted to have a fantastic stay. We enjoyed use of the exhale beach, exhale restaurant as a sit down option to the buffet for breakfast and lunch and most of all the exhale bar. Farleny the exhale bartender made our stay . She is an exceptional person who quickly got to know our drink preferences and made the most amazing drinks with top shelf liquors. She even shared her talent as a poet with us reading us a few of her beautiful poems.||Most mornings were spent on the beach, the beach is long And you can walk in either direction. While sitting on the beach staff is always around for anything you need. We especially enjoyed Edwardo and Andrea who were always extra friendly and helpful. We also stopped to see Francsa at the water sports hut daily, he helped us set up a well priced excursion and was always funny and great to talk to. There are a lot of vendors on the beach, they are not pushy, will walk away if you say no. We did take the time to shop with and talk to a few and were very happy we did, learning more about each person And the culture made us appreciate the experience even more. If you see Elisoe who makes hats And bowls out of palms, talk to him, he a beautiful person!||Most afternoons were spent at the pool parties but if you prefer a more laid back time the quite pool is also great or one of the many hot tubs around the property. Again friendly staff all around to keep your drinks full. There is also a beach hut where you can get snacks from 11-6.||We really enjoyed all the restaurants. We enjoyed the buffet for breakfast, everything and anything you could want. We preferred a sit down lunch in the exhale restaurant but did try the buffet a few times which was very good, again endless options. All of the restaurants in the evening were good with lots of options for all different tastes. We did not go over to Dreams at all as we were happy with the offerings at Breathless but looks like they have a lot of good options as well.||Evening entertainment was fun, they have different programs each night and options for dancing we enjoyed. The lobby bar and entertainment area is beautiful with lots of seating and easy to get a drink and enjoy any time of day. We also really liked the Nook cafe for a coffee or snack anytime, especially a Bailey's coffee after dinner.||Breathless really is what you make of it, with tons of offerings you can do as much or as little as you like. We anticipated having a good time based on other reviews but what we could not have anticipated was the beauty of the staff. They freely share the beauty of the Dominican culture, go out of their way to make sure you have an amazing time and have such open and beautiful hearts they truly take the experience here to another level. Thank you all for sharing the beauty of Dominican culture with us and for making this such a memorable experience, we cannot wait to return!

Had a great experience at this resort !! The staff are all very friendly and willing to help. The food was very good especially Hibachi and even had some great room service like the breakfast and ceviche. We did the Xhale club experience, not sure I felt there was a significant difference at this resort but I would probably do it again. Housekeeping was quick and did a great job cleaning up ! Mini fridge restock was not the best, we called several times and still no one came but there is water available all over the resort. The A/C functioning only if the balcony is closed and the sensor often malfunctions is very inconvenient on hot days. The club plays a good variety of music and has the friendliest and best hardworking bar tenders 🫶🏾 Our concierge Elis was amazing, she is so sweet and was always making sure our expectations were met, checking in and quick responses, we will be back again :)

This place was a blast! It was so gorgeous! If you do it, upgrade to the Xhale VIP! Worth the money!! The Xhale bar and pool are amazing. Yarina, Murphy and Yenny were the best servers and bartenders we had during the trip! Not to mention the extremely cold AC in this bar! Our concierge Miguel was amazing!!! He text everyday to see what we needed! He always made a point to come see us during the day! He helped with all the planning of events! Everyone was so nice! The housekeepers were amazing as well! Everyday came back to a spotless room, clean towels and typically came back at night with the bed turned down with rose petals. The food….we were a little skeptical before we arrived wondering how well an all inclusive can do with food. This was hands down the best food!! We had beef tenderloin more than once because it was so good! Did the Lobster dinner on the beach and it was the best!!! It was all so good! Highly recommend Breathless!!
