Breathless Punta Cana Resort & Spa

We had an amazing stay at Breathless Punta Cana! The service was truly exceptional — there were always plenty of staff around, and everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful. The property is extremely clean and very well maintained, which really stood out throughout our stay. The landscaping alone is lush and beautiful, creating such a relaxing and tropical atmosphere. We loved that the resort, offers a great balance — adults-only areas for relaxation, while still being family-friendly with a lazy river and fun water slides. The entertainment was enjoyable and added to the overall experience. We would highly recommend Breathless Punta Cana and would absolutely return again!

I just got back from breathless punta cana and it was my first time there. The resort is beautiful, clean and well maintained. The service is really good and the staff are super sweet. Shout out to Juan and Roberto at the buffet for making my stay enjoyable and taking care of me. The entertainment was really good too. They usually have shows every night and the staff are just phenomenal. The drinks were really really good, no complaints really. The room was spacious and beautiful. Double sinks, huge shower, led lights. When I checked in, it looked like the toilet had been used. They have lots to do during the day around the pool and at the beach, I would definitely come back!

Just got back to Canada from Breathless Punta Cana and I miss it! I wanna go again, haha. Breathless was absolutely amazing. I also went over to Dreams a few times and it was wonderful there as well. The food, the swim up bars, the beach, the weather, the other great guests, the hotel itself.. all incredible. But what makes the whole experience stand out from other countries that have all inclusives is the service and the employees. So genuine, warm hearted and kind hearted people that want the best for their guests. A few names .. Anthony in the lobby bar, Alberto in the Deep swim up bar, Daniel in the same swim up bar, Valentin at the Spoons breakfast Buffett, and too many more names to mention. Thank you for an incredible experience. It was my first time in the Dominican and it won’t be my last, see you again Breathless! “It’s a pleasure!”

My wife and I had an incredible stay at Breathless Punta Cana. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed with their warmth, kindness, and genuine hospitality. Everyone went above and beyond, but I want to give a special mention to Benito, one of the servers who consistently provided outstanding service. He was friendly, attentive, and made every interaction feel personal—we truly appreciated him. The pools and daily entertainment were fantastic and kept the energy high throughout our stay. The beach was beautiful, clean, and perfect for relaxing. We also really enjoyed the food options, which offered great variety and quality, making every meal enjoyable. Overall, Breathless Punta Cana exceeded our expectations. If you’re looking for a fun, relaxing, and memorable vacation with amazing service, this is the place to be. Highly recommended!

My best friend and I recently stayed here for a week and I know when I’m looking to travel I always rely on reviews. We upgraded to the xhale so I can only speak about the xhale rooms and service. Everyone was very friendly and was always willing to help. Our room was large and the beds were very comfortable. Loved how big the washroom and shower was. Only thing I would add is dressers or extra storage for clothing would be nice. The food was usually good at the sit down restaurants but the buffet was a hit or miss. We had no luck with room services and it was always undercooked and not good. I did mention this and we got surprised with a bottle of wine and plate of fruits which was very nice of them. The pools and beach was very nice but I will say you are bugged by venders trying to sell you things on the beach. Regardless of where you are on the resort or beach there was always a server offering to get us a drink which was nice. We got most of our drinking from the xhale club and wow I had some of the most amazing drinks there. Shoot out to Yarina, zulenny and Murphy for the exceptional service and always making amazing drinks. One of the best perks of upgrading to Xhale besides having our own pool, beach access and top of the line alcohol was having our own concierge. We got Willy and he was absolutely amazing. Willy went above and beyond to make sure we were always having an amazing vaccination. Any questions or things we needed he was right there ready to help.

Breathless Puntacana , is very good all inclusive resort, and the fact that you can use all the amenities, restaurants and water park in dream Onyx resort is very useful and make experience grand. No reservation required in most of the restaurants. We had many vegetarian options in Italian, Japanese, Mediterranean restaurants. Buffet in lunch was okay for veg options. But they have a burger place in dreams which was very good for veg burgers. Pools are good, bar tenders are very friendly. I would definitely recommend staying in breathless for adult only resort and get benefit of both resort. Value for money.

Absolutely must go! Amazing stuff, food is good, only if you are into a quiet it may be not for you. There is a loud music at the main pouring the day and a lot of pool activities. So if you into that this resort is perfect. That being said, we had our room at the very end of the hotel by the beach, so loud music didn’t bother us. If you can upgrade your room to a club level, definitely worth it. It gives you better check in and check out and more restaurant options. Shout out to front dest Wonder, our butler Joel and our waitress Yelitza! Those guys are the best!

We had an incredible time at Breathless Punta Cana. The food, resort, and all the staff were exceptional. The beach was simply breathtaking. Our beach waitress, Arelis, was the highlight of our stay. If you’re lucky enough to meet her, you’ll be hooked. Arelis lifted everyone’s spirits with her singing, dancing, and constant attention. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful time, especially on my birthday. She truly made it unforgettable. I can’t stress enough how much Arelis contributed to our holiday. If anyone sees this and can reach out to her boss, she deserves a raise. Thank you so much, Breathless Punta Cana, for making my birthday one I’ll never forget. ❤️❤️
