On the Grid : Bree'Osh

"Bree’Osh is a new French bakery located on Coast Village Road in downtown Montecito. They’re named for their signature brioches, but they’ve got a slew of other brilliant french pastries on their menu that offer just the right amount of sweetness. The owners, who relocated from Paris, picked Montecito for it’s small town charm, and because it reminded them of where they came from in France. Open from 7am to 3pm, they serve the local roaster’s coffee (Handlebar Coffee Roasters) and offer a variety of savory breakfast and lunch items to choose from in addition to their pastries." - Amanda Proudfit

It was a really busy morning and the staff worked efficiently to get the orders out. With so many people present, the patio area was overcrowded. Many of the pastries were sold out so I tried something I don’t normally get, a chocolate croissant. It was good enough. So after being in line and eating my food while I waited, how was the coffee? Extra hot like I ordered it, but bland…

Google
The yellow store frount with their kind staff will welcome you with a very nice smile! There is a wonderful breakfast menu and beautiful pastries. There are about 4 to 5 tables outside so if you are looking to dine in with a larger group I would make sure to have plenty of time or plan a picnic near the beach! Perfect place to have morning coffee with a friend.

Google
I eat here often. I usually get their Brioche Breakfast Sandwich, which is delicious, but today I mixed it up and ordered their Croissant Sandwich, but I ordered mine with two fried eggs, sauteed mushrooms, cheese and bechamel on a brioche bun - it was HEAVEN!! Knife and fork for this one. So good!!

Google
We tried their breakfast sandwich and it was amazing! Lattes were perfect. The ladies working there are so sweet and attentive. Will come back next time we are in the area.

I was on a trip to Santa Barbara with my sister and was staying next door at wonderful hotel. We noticed they had coffee so decided to try. Wow do they have the BEST coffee and tea. We decided to try breakfast and it was EXCELLENT. The pastries are beautiful European, rich in flavor without being really sweet. We went there a few times and sat outside. True European experience without having to get a plane ticket! Look forward to coming back...service was excellent also....gluten free options excellent to!

Lovely French style bakery with amazing pastries, breads, sandwiches and salads. Low-key, Main Street vibes with adequate seating and good customer service. Must-visit anytime we pass through this part of town!

Google
Good, but i thought it was a bit pricey for what it was. A lot of it just felt like fancy avacado toast. That being said, I did enjoy almost everything I had, although I thought the breakfast sandwich was a little one-dimensional. I would probably go back for the loaded tartine though!

Google
This place is amazing! I love their Croque Madame and all of their pastries. I do wish that the Monicito location served on plates instead of in togo boxes. That is my only complaint. Otherwise, the staff & food are over the top fabulous!

Yelp
Amazing service and food! We got the ham and cheese croissant and breakfast sandwich. There were tons of ham and cheese in this warm and flaky croissant. I forgot there was an egg inside and it exploded all over my sleeve but no complaints! It was the perfect runny texture. This was enough of a breakfast to fuel me on a hike. The breakfast sandwich had the best salty and crispy bacon, and the egg was extremely fluffy. While we were waiting for our food, we saw their truck pull up and they brought In lots of fresh bread.

Yelp
My visit this morning was a little challenged but I would probably try it again here's what it was; it's a cute little casual dining spot there is little interior seating it's mostly all outside on the patio and it seems like the type of place where a lot of regulars who live in the area come down and get something to eat right quick. Once I *finally* got it and got it prepared the way I wanted it to be prepared - my breakfast sandwich was absolutely delicious. The brioche was fresh and soft and the eggs were nicely seasoned and cooked the way I asked etc. etc. But my visit was not without challenge. I got my latte right away and I was pleasantly surprised at how good it was so that was delightful. But then I had a very long wait to get my breakfast sandwich. People who came in after me were getting their own before me which is never a good thing. My wait was so long and I was just standing there that eventually the young lady who had helped me at the counter came out and asked me what I was waiting for. But then when I got the sandwich, the eggs weren't prepared properly. I was wondering if there was an issue when I placed my order because I kept saying scrambled hard - as opposed to the scrambled soft the way the sandwich is described in the menu - and she kept saying over hard. And I repeated myself again scrambled hard because I don't like any yolk I need that egg dry dry dry I don't want any wet or any yolk. Of course it came over hard which is disgusting (for me). So they had to remake it and so I had to wait some more and then finally get my sandwich. But then like I said once they finally got everything together it was delicious. I'd be willing to try it again but first of all let's prepare things with the way people actually ask and then second and really more importantly they need to just take people first come first serve. Having people get their stuff before me who arrived well after me is just not cool.

Yelp
Food - really good quality food. I didn't take a photo but I got the brioche breakfast sandwich with eggs and bacon. Eggs are so fluffy and the bun is perfect. Service - great service, friendly people, food came out at a reasonable time. Ambiance - located in a cute little town, clean, and quaint.

Yelp
Obsessed with this place for like a year. Their salmon tartine toast was to die for. Amazing flavor and cute little place in Montecito. Vibe was very cute & yellow, there is mainly outside seating.

Yelp
We stopped here for quick bite before heading out to Santa Ynez for a day of wine tasting. Amazing food! It's a cute little café located in downtown Montecito. No indoor dining, but there's a few tables in front patio for you to sit and eat. Parking is street only. Their pastries and baked items are all so inviting, but their brioche sandwiches are something else. We ordered a couple of bree'osh eggs sandwiches, mine with smoked salmon ($5 extra). Everything about the sandwich was perfect and we killed it. Brioche is silky soft, eggs perfectly scrambled and fluffy. Carmelized onions and arugula works nicely. Love the smoke/salty flavor of salmon. Good coffee and latte too. Definitely will come back again.

Yelp
What a cute little stop on my way through town. I got the eggs on brioche with bacon and it was yummy! The scramble on the eggs was perfection and the bacon was a generous thick cut! The service was friendly and quick. I would stop here again while in Montecito!

Yelp
Great customer service the moment I walked in at the time of opening. Variety of savory and sweet pastries. Place is small but the colors of the wall and lighting made it feel more open and larger including when I was waiting for my order and ppl were entering and leaving with their orders. Great breakfast croissant sandwich and husband had his with ham. Cannot wait to try the pastries we purchased including the chocolate croissant to the cheddar scone. Wish I would have came to this place on day one instead of our last day because I would have tried other food items from both breakfast and lunch menu.

Yelp
On our way to Los Olivos we took a short coffee break and ended up here at Bree'osh. I had been here once before very quickly to grab a cup of coffee but on this stop I took my time to look around and pick delicious baked goods to enjoy with my cold brew. The location is convenient, the coffee shop is cute with some indoor and mostly outdoor seating. My husband and I bought ham and cheese croissant, a brioche almond tart, a cinnamon and sugar brioche morning bun. So many yummy options so hard to choose. We also got coffee and enjoyed a few minute break on their patio. Everything was fresh and delicious. They also have sandwiches, toasts and more. It's a great spot to have breakfast or lunch. Customer service was amazing. Very friendly and helpful staff. Can't wait to come back again and try other things.

Yelp
Came here Friday 05/13 Reuben and the cashier was so kind and provided the best customer service! They made my mom and I's day and trip to SB this weekend. Thank you so much

Yelp
I stopped by here with my BFF for brunch on our way to Santa Barbara. They have an amazing selection of pastries and the food there is fantastic! We ordered the Brioche Breakfast Sandwich, the Avocado Tartine, and a selection of pastries to try. The bread they used for the entrees were so good, the ingredients of everything just went together well, and the pastries were devine! The croissants were buttery and flaky, the almond filling of the croissant was perfect. The matcha cream in the donut was tasty and not too sweet. The lavender latte was also very good. I have no complaints about the food. The service we had was the only thing that could be improved. The cashier was less than friendly and seemed annoyed that I asked what kind of pastries they had in the window. I mean, if there were signs for them, then I won't have to ask. But they don't, so please don't be mad at me. I also asked if she had any recommendations on their coffee drinks, and she said that she didn't drink coffee so she didn't. OK, at least she's honest, but her response and attitude just gave off a rude vibe. I enjoyed the pastries so much that I came back the next day around noon to pick up a bunch more to bring home, but unfortunately most of it ran out and I didn't get everything I was hoping for. But what I did get was yummy! They also have granola, and different kinds of breads available for sale on different days (Gluten Free bread available on Wednesdays). I didn't see any kind of bread I wanted, but maybe next time. A few tables are available outside, just place your order at the counter before you settle in. Enjoy!

Yelp
Totally appreciate restaurants that focus on doing a handful of things really well as opposed to having a dictionary like menu. Bree'osh appears to be one of those places. Comfortable saying this because a friend and I had things off their menu and I liked them all. Parking. If you know the area, then you'll know that if it's busy, which when my friend and I went, wasn't. Street parking. Almost in front. I saw a few lots but I don't know if their free or not. Nor what the restrictions are, if any. It's not really a restaurant in the terms of being seated and be served. Service is still excellent but know that you'll walk in, order then either take it to go, or find outdoor seating. We sat indoors, Counter. Staff was friendly and keeping busy as business was steady from the time we came, and when we left. We split a Brioche Breakfast Sandwich. And I'll say that after I took the first bite, the mix of ingredients just worked for me. And it shocked the hell out of me that I enjoyed it so much not having meat in it. Eggs, cheese, caramelized onions, arugula and their special sauce. We both enjoyed it to the point we plan on coming back but getting a whole sandwich each. We're both piggies like that. This is another place I will be back to either when passing thru the area, or on another weekend getaway.

Yelp
**February 2024: Sunday Morning Visit** You know a restaurant knows what they're doing when they have a simple item that just tastes bomb. My friend and I love brioche bread and when I saw that this bakery had a brioche sando ($12.50) I was very curious to see how it would fair. My friend and I split everything, but lets just say when I took my first bite I didn't' want to share. First off - I loved everything in the sandwich. Arugula, caramelized onions, soft scrambled eggs, and the bread was buttery, soft and had a nice bounce to it. I would 100% get this again and enjoy the entire order. Two thumbs up!
google avatar

Angela C.

Yelp
I only tried one item here. It was the almond croissant. Although the croissant had layers, the layers were thick and not light and flaky. It was just ok

Yelp
Stopped by Bree'Osh for a drink in the morning. The line wasn't too bad and they were relatively quick. Very small cafe that offers a wide variety of breakfast goods, along with different types of drinks. I tried the Iced Matcha Latte and it was refreshing and not sweet at all, but still tasted the matcha flavor.
google avatar

Divya J.

Yelp
Good: staff, ambience Can be better: coffee and baked goods. Got a hot latte and chocolate croissant. The latte was overpriced for the quantity. Too milky, could barely taste the espresso. The chocolate croissant was good but the person at the counter did not offer to warm it up.

Yelp
Always delicious. They're vegan avocado toast is excellent. I wish they had some more vegan baked goods Reuben makes great coffee drinks Some cute take away gift ideas too

Yelp
Cute small business. We share a grilled cheese, an Artichoke goat cheese brioche, and a Tomato Soup. The food was tasty, however, my expectations were high My friend insisted on stopping there for lunch on our way from LA to Paso Robles, and she talked it up. I was not that impressed. Oh I forgot, I had a cherry chocolate chip cookie that was to die for!!! Super yummy. The service left much to be desired

Yelp
We absolutely love this place! Gabriel took excellent care of us. Breakfast sandwich was out of this world and the coffee is maybe the best coffee in montecito. Highly recommend!

Yelp
I came here four years ago and have never forgotten the amazing breakfast sandwich I ate on that visit. When I found out I was going to be back in the area, this place was top of my list. Bree'osh for breakfast every day! Thanks to my previous visit I knew exactly what to order: a morning bun and the egg sandwich. Sometimes things don't live up to your memories, but that was not the case here: the food was exactly as delicious as I remembered. The morning bun was slightly sweet and flaky. The sandwich has added greens and onions, but they didn't detect from the scrumptious eggs and bread at all. Why then am I docking a star? I just can't get over the price. $12 for a breakfast sandwich doesn't seem too bad, but the portion was so tiny. Supposedly there were two eggs, but it sure didn't look like it. I felt like I'd eaten a snack, not a meal. On my previous visit you got a side salad which made things feel more substantial, but now it's just a bit of veg on the bun. Add in the pastry, taxes, and tip and we're looking at almost $20 for a snack. A very delicious snack! But not a very filling one. I'll still come by again the next time I'm in town. The food really is that good. But I'll go somewhere else when I'm hungry.
google avatar

Yelp
The Croissant breakfast sandwiches are the best! Also enjoyed a refreshing matcha latte to start a road trip down to LA. It's a small location with the majority of seating outdoors but it's a perfect spot for a grab-and-go or for a nice morning outdoor patio style dine in option. Service is friendly as well!
google avatar

Christine S.

Yelp
Great little spot for a casual outdoor breakfast in Coast Village. I had the egg and mushrooms breakfast sandwich and my friend had the avocado toast. Both were very fresh, a good blend of savory flavors, and filling. The brioche bun was light and airy. The brewed coffee was nice-smooth not overroasted and full of flavor. This is basically a takeout location- all the food and beverage is provided in disposable containers and you can sit at the small bistro tables on the parking lot deck that has a few sun umbrellas. Cost is pretty average for a takeout place, and cheap for Montecito. So if you want to check out the vibes without emptying your wallet, this is a great option.
google avatar

Safia S.

Yelp
Great spot for both sweet and savory baked bites. I got the croissants both chocolate and savory. They were buttery and not too sweet or heavy. Overall, perfect as grab n go options
google avatar

Cesar D.

Yelp
Quite possibly.....no.....better yet. ABSOLUTELY the BEST croissant ive ever had! The croissant alone is a perfect 10 but when you add that toasted almond up top it's like "why yes i would love perfection stacked on top of another perfection"
google avatar

Yelp
Mmm délicieux! Bree'osh (great name) is situated along Coast Village Road, a half mile walk from Butterfly Beach. Parking is generally easy, although I'm only here weekdays before 8AM. About a dozen spots out in front, and a dozen more in the surface lot. There are tables outside with bright yellow umbrellas for shade. The inside of the bakery has a couple of counter-high chairs by the window. This location mostly uses takeout containers, so if you're more interested in ambiance and presentation, their De La Vina Street location has more indoor seating and they use tableware for dine-in. Their bread and pastry menu has all the carbs you can dream of. Challah, ciabatta, country loaves, chouquettes, baguettes, cinnamon rolls, Kouign-amanns, croissants, the list goes on. And you can't forget the brioche! You can get a large sourdough brioche loaf, a smaller brioche bun, or special brioche rolls adorned with almonds or sugar. All are heavenly! Occasionally I'll grab a vanilla latte before work, which always comes with the right amount of foam and flavor. And their croissants are flakey, buttery goodness! There's also a good selection of tarts, brioche sandwiches, tartines, and salads. It's a great spot for breakfast or brunch!

Henry Z.

Yelp
Where do I begin. The food was mediocre at best -- the avocado toast was so tough it couldn't be cut, even with a knife. The pastry was dry and flavorless and the coffee was watery. Probably the worst breakfast place we have ever eaten.
google avatar

Victoria E.

Yelp
Stopped here for a coffee while visiting town and it was exactly what I was looking for! Great vanilla latte, friendly service and quick. They have mostly outdoor seating (a small high top bar area inside) and also serve food but I didn't get a chance to try anything. The employee recommended the tartines (like toast) so I plan on trying one next time. Parking was fairly easy with all of the 90 minute parking nearby and the parking lot. Heads up: no restroom (they said the closest one was the gas station) so plan accordingly!

Jessica G.

Yelp
I was underwhelmed to say the least! I had a morning bun and oat vanilla latte. The morning bun was nothing to write home about, and certainly not worth the cost. The oat vanilla latte was one of the worst coffees I've ever had - tasted super burnt and no taste of vanilla in sight. Save your time and money!

Joshua S.

Yelp
Food was great and the place is cute! Came out so quick. Staff was very accommodating as well. Shoutout Cecy, she's the best :)
google avatar

Aileen F.

Yelp
While the sandwiches were delightful, the service was not. The woman behind the counter was not feeling it today. She didn't even bother to smile or welcome us when we entered Bree'osh. Thankfully their sandwiches made up for her not-so-pleasant demeanor. I had the ham and cheese baguette. Yum. The bread was fresh and had a nice bite to it. The arugula complemented the ham and cheese perfectly. My other half had the croque monsieur and he said that it was the best one he's had in a long time. The bread was thick and had a decent amount of ham inside. The arugula side salad was a good size too. The inside was typical of a small cafe; it was clean and organized. Too bad they didn't have a lot of pastries anymore when we stopped by. I gave them a 4 coz of the food, 3 for the service, 3.5 for the value for your money so it averaged a 4 more or less.

Karen R.

Yelp
Nice bakery with very good sourdough bread but...I know ingredients are more expensive these days but I draw the line at $12 a loaf. It started at $8 and I quit.
google avatar

Yelp
We stopped in Montecito today on our way home from Santa Barbara. Service patio. We will definitely stop by again on our next trip up north.
google avatar

Novia E.

Yelp
Went here when visiting Santa Barbara for a day getaway. The ambience of this small downtown of Santa Barbara is very calm and peaceful. Went here right before the rush hour . Glad that we could secure seats before more people coming in. I ordered salmon smoke tarting, some croissants , and take home a box of variety breads! They are so good and freshly bake! Their tartine is to die for. Too bad they ran out avocado toast when I came , so maybe it's a sign to visit again next time !
google avatar

Joey V.

Yelp
Well what can I say? My quick jaunt of a trip to Santa Barbara and my cousins friends recommended this sweet cafe. Located in the hustling downtown strip area close to Montecito is this real lovely and quaint cafe. Everyone was elated with their order as I was. I ordered the Artichoke Tomato Sandwich & Salad , It was Artichoke heart, goat cheese, tomatoes, Kalamata olives. Served on a brioche bun. And let me tell you, it was super. Had sort of a Greek twist to it and I really enjoyed it. The service was awesome. I had mentioned to the folks running it that spoke in Spanish that I did not care for the coffee, and they quickly made me another. So I was really appreciated of their kindness and service. Hands down I would revisit this place in a heartbeat!
google avatar

Allison M.

Yelp
The food was quite good. Pricey though - $11 for 2 eggs and toast. The restaurant does not have indoor seating and only offers outdoor seating. They do not have a restroom and cannot tell you where you can find a nearby restroom. The staff were nice and friendly. I don't think I'd go out of my way to return but if friends wanted to eat here then I wouldn't veto.
google avatar

Debbie K.

Yelp
Came here for breakfast, and the ambiance was relaxing with plenty of outdoor seating. The pastries were so flaky, and it was hard to limit myself to just a few to try. They have more varieties available than what's listed on their menu, based on seasonal ingredients. Today they had a passionfruit brioche and apple turnover that weren't listed on the menu. For their breakfast sandwiches, my partner wanted to try the croissant breakfast sandwich (with a sunny side up egg, swiss cheese and house-made béchamel), with a choice of crimini mushrooms or uncured ham (he opted for both for an additional $2), and I ordered the Breakfast Brioche (Two soft scrambled organic eggs with Emmental cheese, special sauce, caramelized onions & arugula). Everything was delicious, and judging by how many locals are frequenting the bakery, they are not struggling for business. I just felt bad for the employees who have to turn a blind eye to all the people bringing in their dogs to order their food when there are plenty of places to secure your dog right outside.

Tom V.

Yelp
The coffee was good and the scones delicious, but the staff came across like prisoners of war. I tried to engage them in small talk and all I got back was ennui and hipster scowls. Maybe they hate their jobs, but I can think of worse places to work. I'll give it another try next time I visit my mother in law, but based on my visit, I'd probably try another place.

Yelp
4.75/5 STARS Around April of 2021 when things were just opening up from COVID, I came upon this place and omg I have been craving this place since then! I am such a sucker for french flaky fatty goodness and this place was no different (: We shared * Brioche breakfast sandwich with bacon - fluffy brioche with egg, cheese, and argula. Probably the best combo if you enjoy meat! * Croissant breakfast croissant with both ham and mushrooms - definitely get both ham and mushroom despite the extra cost. They add to the taste for sure with that extra savoriness * Morning bun - similar to a donut but with cinnamon and way more flakiness. Their most popular item for a reason!!! * Hot Lavender Latte - could not taste the lavender very well so would not recommend Street parking was only available and no public restrooms available. Quick counter service and there was plenty of outdoor seating to observe doggos hehe. If I lived close by, I would be here multiple times a week.
google avatar

Kayla W.

Yelp
Super tiny store with outdoor seating. Don't get me wrong the sandwich is pretty good but it's not what I was expected for some reason. Eggs were super soft, buttery and just velvet in your mouth. Super pleasant! I would probably go for the pastries next time just to give it a chance!
google avatar

Sally L.

Yelp
A nice local bakery with mostly French viennoiserie items and coffee drinks. Just off the 101 frwy, it's a nice place to stop by and grab a morning bun or almond croissant and a latte. Service is friendly and the locals are too.
google avatar

Catherine S.

Yelp
Delicious breakfast sandwich and avocado toast! Super cute location. Please expand your non-dairy milk offerings to include coconut milk

Yelp
Came here on a Tuesday morning around 09:30. Parking was abundant and there was no line. Patrons were enjoying their breakfast outdoors. We ordered a croissant, an almond croissant, turkey sandwiches, and ham sandwiches (jambon beurre). The croissants are insanely perfect. On the display, they looked so beautiful and unreal, we had to buy one. The height on those bad boys are next level. So light and flaky and so many buttery layers *chef's kiss* The sandwiches are delicious. Just your typical ham and butter on a French baguette. Personally I really like the baguette but for others it might be too crusty. The turkey one was really good too. There were capers, arugula, and mustard. There is a lot of free parking in front and across from the bakery. They have tables outdoors in this cute patio arrangement. A short walk away is Butterfly Beach, the perfect place to enjoy your breakfast if you don't want to stick around the bakery. Next time, I want to try their other pastries (kouign amann or brioche!!), other French offerings (croquettes monsieur or quiche), and buy a couple of their specialty breads.

Yelp
Bree'osh is great. It's great enough where I'll visit everytime I'm in the area. Food quality, service, and location are all great. Most of the food had the same recurring theme of being light and flakey. *They are very popular so there's a chance some items will be sold out if you arrive too late. I visited at 8:30 and some items were already gone. FOOD Mushroom and Cheese Croissant - the croissant alone is so good. The added mushrooms and cheese make it even more amazing. Smoked salmon and avocado sandwich on brioche - the bun looks a lot heavier than it actually is. It's uniquely light and the sandwich is tasty. A light side salad is also included. Omelette with ham, gruyere, mushrooms - the eggs are light and fluffy... uniquely fluffy. The omelette would've been better if the ham were chopped up and if I had chosen a better cheese. I love gruyere, but maybe not in an omelette. FAVORITES Mushroom and cheese croissant Croissant Cinnamon Roll Eggs - I'd probably opt to add eggs to sandwiches vs getting an omelette. SERVICE Great. Friendly, accommodating, and Efficient PARKING This is a nice area. There's plenty of great parking (free).

Yelp
A great little bakery in Montecito with wonderful breads, pastries, croissants and a good selection of toasts to please your fancy. I got the avocado toast with egg sunny-side up. Normally it is served on ciabatta bread. It hasn't arrived from their bakery yet so they subbed sourdough. The avocado was served fork crushed under a bed of watermelon radish topped with a lovely sunny egg ready to run sprinkled with crushed pepper. A perfect way to start my day! We also got the smoked salmon tartine. This toast is also normally served on ciabatta bread but was subbed with sourdough spread with a light cream cheese under the smoked salmon topped with cherry tomatoes and capers. Smoked salmon is always delicious if you're into it. Loved it! The mushroom and cheese croissant looked and smelled delicious. Upon cutting into it, the beautiful waft of mushroom and cheese permeated my nose. Mmmm. I should have stolen a bite. Look at the French toast. Isn't it beautiful! The crust on it is marvelous. I mean literally, I could marvel at its beauty. I love bread! My son wouldn't let me have a bite :/ Basking in the morning sun outside on this sunny chilly morning made for a great start. Thanks Bree'osh!

Yelp
Excellent coffee, pretty good pastries. The only drawback is very limited outside sitting. If you did not grab a table and then sent your companion to order, you may be out of luck and take your food and drink elsewhere.

Yelp
I'm glad I don't live close to this place. I'd be so fat and broke. We were coming back to LA from the Bay Area and decided to stop here for some coffee and pastry. This place was simple awesome. Everything looked and tasted great and service was very friendly.

Yelp
ABSOLUTELY heavenly!!! My friends and I ordered the eggs and bacon brioche and my goodness, I've never tasted eggs so fluffy and out-of-this-world! It is a bit pricey but I thought the meal was well worth it! The croissant was fluffy but nothing different from what I'm used to. Unfortunately, when we came, it was really packed and a lot of the items were sold out by the time we arrived. The line does move at a decent rate and you can pre-order online as well. There are some tables outside to sit and enjoy your food! Parking- Free street parking. Restrooms- None. Nearest one is at the gas station down the street.

Yelp
I read all of the reviews and Bree'osh sounded like a sweet Montecito bakery stop on our first trip to town. It is indeed charming and right on the main street. We lucked out on street parking so it was just a block or so walk. I tried the morning bun - I'm always a sucker for a morning bun - and this one did not disappoint. Great structure outside, rolled in cinnamon and sugar. Soft inside. Great bite and yummy.

Yelp
When I'm in Santa Barbara, I make it a point to come here because I love this place that much. I come for their breakfast items and was also lucky enough to try their seasonal lemon meringue tart. Their buckwheat ciabatta that the tartines come on is delightfully soft. The bread itself is enough reason to come but Bree'osh offers so much more than that. I have also tried their French toast and kouign amann and both are also good, no surprise there!

Absolutely delicious and the service was great! A little pretentious but altogether nice
