Unexpected Below-Average Experience at Breeze Residency My recent stay at Breeze Residency was disappointing and did not meet expectations for the price range. Room & Furniture: The mattresses and cots are in very poor condition led to a very uncomfortable stay. Restroom: The restroom glass is very old with visible black stains, and the bath fittings are worn out. It takes huge effort to open and close the taps and knobs. Positives: The room size is good, and the cleanliness is above average. Dining: The breakfast quality was good; however, the tables were not cleaned promptly. Other: They are still using a very heavy vintage-style room key (over 300g), which feels very inconvenient. Overall: Average experience with more negatives than positives. Many other options are available in this price range offering better value. Rating: 2/5. Tip: Check the rooms before check-in.

Special appreciation goes to Vignesh supervisor and manikandan, pandiya raja, for consistently going above and beyond in maintaining cleanliness, being proactive in identifying issues, and showing genuine care in your work. Your positive attitude and reliability make a noticeable difference every day. Keep up the excellent work — your efforts do not go unnoticed and are truly appreciated!

Had a very pleasant stay! The staff were warm and welcoming, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Special thanks to Mr. Anand Babu at the restaurant for his professionalism and for making our breakfast experience delightful. Overall, a wonderful place to stay and highly recommended.

Had the misfortune of staying at this hotel for a conference. The rooms and property are dated. One can hear the noise of the road traffic for most part of the night. Breakfast options are limited with no attention to refilling empty dishes. If you ask for something (I did for a tawa parantha) and pronounce it in your accent, you will get a demonstration of your mimicry by the chef on duty. Very unpleasant experience. Do not recommend this place.

Excellent place to stay . Excellent hospitality, room service, restaurant , wide variety of food menu. Nice cuisine. Breakfast is really satisfying. Spent two nights ( 05.08.2025 and 06.08.2025) . We had our early checkout at 6 AM on 07.08.2025 and they carefully arranged packed breakfast. I must recommend . N Das

This hotel staff are very demotivated and behave like goverment employees. The bathrooms are dilipidated and no upkeep seems to be done . only the location is okay, Price for these rooms are also very high . Value for money is far -fetched.

Hi, I checked in for a 6-night stay with my mother and daughter. Unfortunately, the experience has been disappointing. The quality of the linen is poor, and the bathroom is in terrible condition — the geyser and shower are not working. Despite raising these issues multiple times, the staff have not responded. Now, I'm being asked to pay an additional ₹1500 per night for the remaining 4 nights, which feels like a “pay or stay in the mess” situation. The customer service has been extremely poor, and this place is not suitable for families. For the price you're paying, it's simply not worth it. I strongly advise others not to choose this place.

Food was very good and fresh. Even around 10:30 pm they served fresh idli n crispy dosai. Mr. Anand Babu is very hospitable and took good care of us with a pleasant smile!!!
