Breeze Residency

We stayed in a premium room and it was really comfortable. The hotel is really old so don’t expect it to have all the new stuff. But it’s really comfortable, affordable and has the basics every good hotel should have. Location is great, as it’s bang in the city center making it easy to reach a bus or railway station. Good amount of parking space and great staff! In room dinning is good too..

My recent stay at Breeze Residency, Trichy, was disappointing and did not meet expectations for the price range. Room & Furniture: The mattresses and cots are in very poor condition, which led to a very uncomfortable stay. Furniture, drapes, and TVs are outdated, and the overall in-room facilities are lacking — no fridge, oven, hair dryer, or iron provided. Restroom: The restroom glass is very old with visible stains, and the bath fittings are worn out. The bathroom exhaust was not working, and the water drained slowly, often clogging. Dining: The breakfast quality was good, but tables were not cleaned promptly. The restaurant service was extremely slow — you could order food, complete check-in or check-out, and still have to wait to be served. Other Observations: • Extra charges are applied for children (around 30% for an extra bed) and even for additional blankets, which feels unreasonable. • Parking is ample, and overall property cleanliness is above average. The swimming pool is well maintained. • Location is a big plus — well connected to the airport, railway station, and bus stand. The rooms also offer a nice outside view. Great breakfast offerings! Overall: Despite a few positives like location, parking, cleanliness, and pool maintenance, the negatives outweigh them. Outdated rooms, poor furniture, bathroom issues, slow service, and unnecessary extra charges make this hotel below expectations for the price paid.

Unexpected Below-Average Experience at Breeze Residency My recent stay at Breeze Residency was disappointing and did not meet expectations for the price range. Restroom: The restroom glass is very old with visible black stains, and the bath fittings are worn out. It takes huge effort to open and close the taps and knobs. Positives: The room size is good, and the cleanliness is above average. Dining: The breakfast quality was good; however, the tables were not cleaned promptly. Other: They are still using a very heavy vintage-style room key (over 300g), which feels very inconvenient. Overall: Average experience with more negatives than positives. Many other options are available in this price range offering better value. Rating: 2/5. Tip: Check the rooms before check-in.

Online price shows 2.8k but actually they give room at 5k. Hotel is spacious but room service is not good keep asking to service if they listen. Bedsheet gives allergy and itching at every where only in one day stay for office work. Breakfast is good. Some service guys are good behaviour person and also they replied in Hindi sometimes. Don't know why they are not speaks in Hindi even though they know.

Staff is very humble and co-operative. Rooms are very clean with good vibes. Supervisor Mr. Vinod Kumar anf houseman Mr. Manikandan, training boy Mr. Manikandan all were very supportive and humble.

Rooms and common areas are always immaculate, well-stocked, and welcoming — which significantly enhances guest satisfaction and reflects positively on our establishment. Special appreciation goes to Vignesh supervisor and manikandan, pandiya raja, for consistently going above and beyond in maintaining cleanliness, being proactive in identifying issues, and showing genuine care in your work. Your positive attitude and reliability make a noticeable difference every day. Keep up the excellent work — your efforts do not go unnoticed and are truly appreciated!

Had a very pleasant stay! The staff were warm and welcoming, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Special thanks to Mr. Anand Babu at the restaurant for his professionalism and for making our breakfast experience delightful. Overall, a wonderful place to stay and highly recommended.

Had the misfortune of staying at this hotel for a conference. The rooms and property are dated. One can hear the noise of the road traffic for most part of the night. Breakfast options are limited with no attention to refilling empty dishes. If you ask for something (I did for a tawa parantha) and pronounce it in your accent, you will get a demonstration of your mimicry by the chef on duty. Very unpleasant experience. Do not recommend this place.
