The staff are absolute gems, always ready to help with a smile. For the Gen-Z crowd, the outdoor pool and gym are great spots to unwind, while the older generation will appreciate the clean linens and quiet vibe. While the rooms and bathroom fittings have a vintage feel and could definitely use a contemporary makeover, the overall value for money remains solid. It’s a modest stay with a big heart. If you can look past the slightly worn-out furniture, it’s a reliable base for exploring Tiruchirappalli without breaking the bank. Perfect for families and budget-conscious luxury seekers alike.

WORMS IN FOOD I have stayed at this hotel 3–4 times in the past and until now my experience was generally good. Unfortunately, during my most recent stay, I had a very disturbing experience that completely changed my opinion. At the morning breakfast buffet, I found worms in a milkshake that was being served. This is a serious food safety and hygiene issue and could have caused severe health problems. When I immediately informed the manager, the issue was not properly acknowledged. There was no genuine concern, apology, or corrective action. Later, the staff behaved as if nothing had happened, which was even more shocking than the incident itself. This kind of negligence shows a complete lack of responsibility toward guests’ health and safety. Finding worms in food is unacceptable at any standard, especially in a hotel I had trusted enough to return to multiple times. I am sharing this review to warn other guests.

Stayed at Breeze Residency recently. The food was really good and we enjoyed the taste and service at the restaurant. However, the rooms felt quite old and could use some renovation for better comfort. The swimming pool was also not very clean during our visit. Overall, a decent stay mainly for the food, but there’s room for improvement in maintenance and cleanliness

⭐ 1/5 – Absolutely horrible experience at Breeze Hotel, tirchy My stay at Breeze Hotel, tirchy was nothing short of a complete disaster. The service was unbelievably poor, and the reception experience was the worst part of all. The receptionist, Ranjith, behaved in a way that felt completely unprofessional, dismissive, and shockingly careless. It genuinely felt like guests were an inconvenience rather than a priority. From check-in to simple queries, the attitude I received was unacceptable. There was no courtesy, no willingness to help, and zero respect for guests’ time. I have stayed in many hotels, but this level of indifference and rudeness is something I will never forget—for all the wrong reasons. Breeze Hotel seriously needs to rethink its entire approach to guest service. I walked out feeling frustrated, disrespected, and absolutely certain that I will never return. If you value your money, time, or basic dignity, look elsewhere.

Good hotel in Trichy. Rooms are reasonably good but few things need attention. 1) single beds are too small and not greatly comfortable 2) Linen that was used to wrap the blanket was torn 3) Shower jets were having problem so it was not a shower but working like a pipe with hot water. 4) AC was not allowing to increase the temperature and was too cold, so we had to switch it off 5) Power point near the bed was not holding the charger firmly and needs to replace. All said, the food was good and happy with the restaurant. Ample parking and not to worry for own cars.

My recent stay at Breeze Residency, Trichy, was disappointing and did not meet expectations for the price range. Room & Furniture: The mattresses and cots are in very poor condition, which led to a very uncomfortable stay. Furniture, drapes, and TVs are outdated, and the overall in-room facilities are lacking — no fridge, oven, hair dryer, or iron provided. Restroom: The restroom glass is very old with visible stains, and the bath fittings are worn out. The bathroom exhaust was not working, and the water drained slowly, often clogging. Dining: The breakfast quality was good, but tables were not cleaned promptly. The restaurant service was extremely slow — you could order food, complete check-in or check-out, and still have to wait to be served. Other Observations: • Extra charges are applied for children (around 30% for an extra bed) and even for additional blankets, which feels unreasonable. • Parking is ample, and overall property cleanliness is above average. The swimming pool is well maintained. • Location is a big plus — well connected to the airport, railway station, and bus stand. The rooms also offer a nice outside view. Great breakfast offerings! Overall: Despite a few positives like location, parking, cleanliness, and pool maintenance, the negatives outweigh them. Outdated rooms, poor furniture, bathroom issues, slow service, and unnecessary extra charges make this hotel below expectations for the price paid.

Great rooms, location, and excellent service at Breeze Residency. Particularly, want to give a BIG thank you to Mr. Vignesh and Mr. Ashok from room service and Mr. Vignesh supervisor for cleaning our rooms multiple times because we were a large party. Overall, all the staff right from booking (Mr. Venkat) to the reception staff to the bell desk staff, everyone was gracious and kind.

Online price shows 2.8k but actually they give room at 5k. Hotel is spacious but room service is not good keep asking to service if they listen. Bedsheet gives allergy and itching at every where only in one day stay for office work. Breakfast is good. Some service guys are good behaviour person and also they replied in Hindi sometimes. Don't know why they are not speaks in Hindi even though they know.
