A nice restaurant with a lovely vibe, especially in the outdoor seating area. perfect for enjoying a relaxed meal. The service is very good; staff are attentive and friendly. The food is good as well, with solid flavors and quality ingredients. However, there’s still some room for improvement to make the dishes truly stand out and reach a more distinguished level. Overall, a pleasant dining experience worth trying.

Google
We had our best lunch here in Munich to celebrate a birthday. The complementary buns were best if it’s kind, crusty with soft dough. We had asparagus and scampi risotto, veal schnitzel and beef steak with sides. All cooked to perfection and well flavored . Love every dish. The server was very helpful, attentive and prompt in ensuring we had a fantastic dinning experience. Best dessert of tiramisu and tart to complete the heart meal. Love the positive and engaging vibes here. Will definitely visit again

Google
Generally a nice spot for a dinner. I liked that it’s also open until later in the night. I had the watermelon feta salad (recommend) and the surf and turf. The price is more on the expensive side, and the portion therefore could be slightly bigger - that’s where the 5 stars goes missing.

Very delicious food, friendly staff (specially our waitress Ludmilq), nice vibe and good prices.

Google
It was good, but not amazing considering the high prices. T Bone had more fat than your average ribeye, taste was good

It's been a while since I last had dinner at Brenner's. The restaurant impresses with its huge, columned hall, open fireplace, great food and speedy service.

Google
Best service I have received in my 14 days in Europe. Food is delicious, pleasantly surprised by the grilled Octopus! Hot chocolate was very rich 👍🏻 Coffee was great. Once again, the service rendered was sincere, polite, customer-centric. The owner must be proud to have a team that is self-motivated. Good jobs guys! P/S: wished I tried the apple pie! Saw it too late, they have a very nice display of delicious looking desserts 💜

The first time that we came here was for breakfast. First of all the staff was very friendly. We ordered avocado toast and omelette with ham and cheese as well as orange juice and mimosa. This was one of the best orange juices that we have ever had. The mimosa was also delicious with a perfect ratio of alcohol and freshly squeezed juice. Omelette was very well cooked not runny at all which made it very delicious. We enjoyed that time so much that couple of days later we decided to come back for lunch. We were not disappointed at all. To begin with the place was full and we received our orders super fast. This time we chose salad with beef and thin sliced beef filet paired with arugula salad. What stood out in both of our dishes was great parmigian cheese making both of our dishes incredibly flavourful. Big plus for a MARVELLOUS chimichuri sauce that was amazing. Very good Riesling wine that greatly complemented the salad and beef.

Yelp
Very chic and welcoming restaurant in the heart of Munich's high end shopping district. It has gorgeous vaulted ceilings and low lighting which creates an elegant yet lively atmosphere. There didn't seem to be any tourists, just well dressed Munich citizens of all ages. Brenner's pasta is handmade and I recently enjoyed Tagliatelle with Mushrooms in a Truffle scented cream sauce accompanied with a glass of Deutz Rose Champagne. My husband had roasted Salmon which was good but slightly overdone. We shared the grilled Avocado with fresh Pico de Gallo to start. The staff bustled about but were always friendly. Definitely recommend (and do make a reservation in advance)!

Yelp
Wow. This restaurant was designed so well and it is in a great location. It was so aesthetically pleasing with all of the beautiful columns and arches, chandeliers, and sconces. The glass display windows were filled with the most beautiful desserts and pastries and the environment was so spacious and cozy. We just stopped in for a quick Cappuccino, which was delicious. The hostess was really nice, and charged my phone for me. Our server was a little hard to get a hold of, but that is expected in Europe. If I ever make it back to Munich, I would love to stop here for a meal.

Yelp
Brenner Restaurant in Munich is patio vibes. It was delightful. It is housed in a former royal horse stables building. I had a perfectly portioned and fresh octopus salad for lunch. The octopus was tender and flavorful, complemented by crisp greens and a light, zesty olive oil dressing. It was a refreshing and satisfying meal, ideal for a midday break. Loved it!

Yelp
Excellent in every way, service nice, food top, interior beautiful. Great brunch and dinner. Good mocktails too

Yelp
Service was a clear shortcoming - they didn't or weren't willing to accommodate a table for 9 so they split us up. They arranged the two tables across the enormous restaurant outdoor seating area. We even asked for a closer table and they declined. After an excruciatingly slow-service dinner experience, they had the unprofessional task of stopping us from exiting because we didn't pay the tab for the second, smaller table (where our kids ate) together with the audacity to sport an distasteful attitude (as if we were trying to get away with not paying) despite the fact that they split us up and failed to properly communicate between two different servers that we are together as one party. Super irritating and revealing about their gaps in operations. So the food mostly receives high marks. Appetizers were amazing and creative. The beetroot's with mushrooms are a must order. Avocado hummus very good as well. For the entree, I split the dry aged ribeye (there is a bigger 1000g option) and honestly I've had better. I also hate the way the steak is served already cut into strips. Please do not touch my steak. I appreciate the thoughtfulness but my steak is my steak. We saw this in another restaurant in Berlin? and I really don't like it. You want to keep the inside juicy anyway, right? Took a bite of the sea bass and it was slightly dry but passable. Dessert was strawberry based and nothing special - it just took a really long time to order and receive the food. That's all.

Yelp
Service was marginal - slow, inattentive, etc. Food was so so - fish was overcooked. On the plus side, the space is really cool.

Yelp
Great restaurant with lots of options. My group of 6 did not have a reservation but we were able to get a table pretty quickly. Service was a little slow but staff was friendly. Beautiful interior and great location. The desserts were amazing! We got the tiramisu, creme brûlée, and the chocolate cake.

Yelp
Pleasantly surprised how good this place was. Coming from New York we always lower our expectations. It was very busy but the wait staff handled it really well. The food was best we ate in Munich. It's a big space with different setting within. The bar upfront with tables to the middle with multiple seating options and then where we sat right by the big windows with lots of natural light. I highly recommend for a special night out in Munich.

Yelp
Honestly the food is great here and amazing champagne! I enjoyed the warm salad and tuna . Whole fish was good which the skin was a little more crispy but it was yummy. I enjoyed visiting this place in Germany . I went back twice . When I'm in Germany will definitely be one of my staple places to visit!

Yelp
Good: Brenner Beef Salad. Large portion for a starter salad. Great ingredients and would recommend. Bad: Ordered Pommersches Rinderfilet medium with steamed vegetables. Steak arrived rare and they sent me potatoes instead of vegetables. They re-fired the steak and it was just "less rare." The bread that came with dinner was bland. Avoid the carbs and leave it in the basket. I would advise you to avoid the steaks here but everything else is probably good. I want to say the service was good (because they're nice) but they made 3 mistakes tonight.

Yelp
If you actually want a decent meal in Munich- this is the place to try. It gets very crowded so be sure to make a reservation. Service is good. Ambiance is fun. Large place, indoor and outdoor seating. Friday night live music. Our waiter had a nice sense of humor. I had the rack of lamb, very tasty. Cooked perfectly. Side of vegetables. Grilled octopus was delicious! Pasta with lobster was just ok. You'll find something good, large enough menu to choose from.

Yelp
Met up with friends here for drinks before dinner. Located adjacent to the exclusive shopping district in Munich, this is a higher end restaurant and bar. We opted to sit outside this evening and that went well for the first half and then a couple of people sat down and lit up their cigarettes. While that's certainly their right in Germany, it also meant that it was time for us to move on rather than have a second round. As seems to be the norm in Germany, you have to work hard to get waitstaff attention for placing your order and for paying your check. However, once you've placed your order it's quick and accurate. [Review 12014 overall, 1797 of 2019.]

Yelp
Service is so bad... food is decent... too much noise, and the waiters are so rude, so inefficient...

Yelp
After we finished our business in Germany, my boss and I thought we deserve a nice dinner in the city after a couple days of hard work. We asked the hotel front desk for suggestions on a good place for a nice meal, and she recommended this place. The restaurant is located in Munich, which is about 30 min drive where we were staying. With the help from our taxi driver, we were able to find this nice restaurant located in what seems like a business district. We walked in around 10pm and the place was still pretty busy. Luckily there was no wait, and we managed to find a table in the back room. Thanks to our waitress for the evening, not only she took really good care of us, she also made a couple guys from out of town felt right at home. To start off, I had the Beef carpacio appetizer. The beef tasted so delicious, and was cut so thin, it melted right in my mouth. For my entree, when I saw that huge big open oven in the middle of the dinning room, I immediately wanted to try their steaks. The Angus Steak I choose was great! it was tender, juicy and yummy. And we can't call it a complete dinner without a bottle of wine. We went with our watiress's recommendation on an Italian Rosso and it was worth $30 EUROs. And to top off with the meal with a desert ice cream, which was creamy but not too sweet, just the way I like my desert. Both my boss and I enjoyed our dinner. Each dish we ordered was prepared almost to perfection. The dishes tasted fresh, and they came out the kitchen with precise timings. The service was excellent. The whole dinning experience made or second to last night in Germany a memorable one.

Yelp
My wife and I had the opportunity to have Christmas dinner here, and this place didn't disappoint! Our server was so helpful and we took all of her recommendations. The ribeye was perfectly cooked and my wife's pasta was fantastic. You could really taste the quality in homemade, fresh pasta. The tiramisu was delectable and a great dish to share! I highly recommend this place. The ambience is great and the architecture is so interesting.

Yelp
Fleisch musste man suchen.

Yelp
The food was absolutely fantastic. I had the veal scallopini and my husband had a steak, don't know which one. The service was friendly and attentive and you can't beat the location.

Yelp
We had reservations for Xmas eve. They sell themselves as a high end restaurant but fall short on nearly every aspect. Disorganized service with multiple staff making it confusing for guests regarding who really is in charge of the table. When taking an order PLEASE note who ordered what dish and don't ask guests who had the "..." to interrupt a conversation. I call this auctioning off food. We're not having dinner at Wienerwald. When we initially made reservations we were told there would be a special Christmas prefix menu. Not actually available. Food was overall good but not outstanding. Prices on steaks high and not executed as specified by guests. I ordered my nearly €40 rib eye at medium rare and it came out less than medium. Not acceptable! One of the most annoying and most interrupting aspects was a dish cart being wheeled from the kitchen to the food prep stations through the restaurant. A deafening experience for seated guests. Again. This is not Wienerwald where I wouldn't make a fuss about it. Verdict: Amateur "high end" restaurant in a high price area wanting to play with the big boys. It's not really working. Dinner for four people with an appetizer and main course for each, plus three desserts, a starter cocktail at the bar and two glasses of wine by the glass each for dinner with 10% gratuity €620. I have no problem spending that on a special dinner. But I expect more! NOT WORTH IT.

Yelp
Amazing modern redesign of a German beer hall. The grills and food prep stations throughout the restaurant tease the menu when you walk by - and the dessert case makes it very hard not to order one of everything. The asparagus soup is a nice cream-free version that is a light version of this regional staple. The fish selection here is excellent. I had the tuna tataki for an appetizer and the tuna steak as an entree - both cooked to a perfect medium rare. Ended the meal with tiramisu and pana cotta; the tiramisu was good but nothing outstanding. The pana cotta was the best I've had - very hard to share! The entire dinner was paired with a full-bodied red wine from the Piedmont region; there was a broad wine selection available. The staff was helpful with recommendations, and we were seated within just a few minutes of our reservation (called to reserve a three person table a few hours in advance).

Yelp
If this we're in LA, this place would be a date place. It has prime location in the swankiest part of town, sexy atmosphere with a bar at the entry, open style dining and great food. I saw this restaurant listed in the Wallpaper* city guide and thought, oh this would be cool to check out. To help seal the deal, my fiancé took me here as our "last supper" Munich. I'm not into fine dining but this was a reason to get out of scheppy winter clothes and to dress up a little bit. Upon entering, there was a lounge area where one could get a cocktail and a bite to duck out of table service. Entering into the main dining room, the staff spoke english (always a plus) and gave us appropriate menus. The crowd is mixed, good for people watching. There were open grills throughout the place where you could see the food being cooked on the spot. The service was professional, multi-lingual, and friendly. Cuisine is high quality Italian with homemade pastas, a vast selection of exquisite seafood (octopus, prawns and swordfish) and meat choices to delight any carnivore. Do not skip dessert. Come here for a special occasion or to break up the mundane routine. Dress up, take in mix of old and new in the interior, the people all around and enjoy every bite.

Yelp
I visited Brenner with a friend for dinner recently and had a great time. It was nice outside, so almost all of the tables were already full outside (thankfully we had a reservation!). Inside was totally empty, but may have filled in after we sat down. We were warmly greeted - and my German friend asked for an English menu for me. I was surprised to receive a menu with no pages! ha! They found me another one after that. The menu is pretty large, but I selected the panzanella salad - I wasn't expecting quite some much olive oil on the bread - but it was delicious! Also, the mozarella was really fresh and wonderful. All around, the salad was a nice size (though the large size is PLENTY for dinner) and really tasty and flavorful. I had a Hugo cocktail and we sat for quite a while just chatting. There are two outdoor spaces, and we were sitting in the large courtyard area (vs. the spot near the stores on the front). It was really relaxing and service was great. I had a bit of an issue finding it just due to the fact that I didn't realize it was sort of in the middle of the stores (vs visible from the street), but when I saw people sitting down in a courtyard, I figured it was the right spot . The restaurant itself is actually huge. I passed an amazing looking dessert area, but I was full after the salad, so I skipped it, but my friend said it's great. Definitely worth visiting for a nice dinner in a nice (expensive!) area of the city. Worth it to get a bit off of the beaten path and away from all of the tourists.

Yelp
Huge restaurant located in Munich's busy and touristy Maximilianstrasse. We were four people popping in for lunch on a Friday without a reservation just before noon. The cafe in the front opens in the morning but the large dining room opens at noon. After speaking to the friendly hostess, we were seated at a nice window table but she informed us that we only have 1 hour since their lunch reservations are full. Looking around, I was a little skeptical just from the sheer size of the dining room and the number of tables they have. Lo and behold, about 20 minutes later, most of the tables became occupied, by the typical office lunch-goers and some lone diners squeezing in a nice lunch while reading their newspapers. There are two huge grills in the center aisle of the main dining room where multiple chefs are busy grilling up various meats and fresh catch of the day. Giant industrial sized vents hanging over the grills ensures all that grilling doesn't send a whiff of smoke to the rest of the restaurant. The daily specials are handwritten on large black chalk boards. My companions selected the lunch special of tagliatelle with steinpilz (stone mushrooms) in a delicious cream sauce. The lunch portions weren't large, but the cream sauce tasted heavier than it looked. The steinpilz was quite tasty, complimented the pasta very well. I ordered the scaloppine al limone, which was light but tasty. I also got a side of spinach, wasn't special, I just needed some greens with the meal. I also got a tuna tartar appetizer, served with an ultra light wasabi cream sauce and some sprouts on top...so refreshing and tasty it earned this place a fourth star in my book. There was a bit of wait to get our entrees as the restaurant got super crowded around 12:30pm. The friendly waitress apologized for the long wait. We weren't in a hurry so it didn't matter much. Ended up staying for nearly two hours and no one ever came for the table. TIP: Since this place gets very crowded during the weekdays, if you don't have a reservation for lunch, just show up at 11:50am and they will seat you right away.

Yelp
Loved the food and atmoshpere. We were in a business dinner in here but the only problem we had was unattentive waitress. Other than this, it is a go go place for a fine dine and wine.

Yelp
One of my favorite restaurants in Munich. You can't go wrong with the food here. Salads, Fish, Steaks, Pasta. Everything's very tasty. The only thing they cannot cook here is fish. It comes dry. It's a shame! Otherwise very, very nice. I love the octopus. Super tender! Short wine list but a very nice selection. They've got a bar too, although I never try it. They've got a nice selection of cakes and deserts too. Price hit: business lunch served at lunch time seven days a week made of meat or fish and a nice salad for 11,99 Euro!!! Service is very friendly and professional - very unusual for Germany - although on the slower side at times. My kids always get coloring stuff without asking. Sundays they even have someone looking after the kids in the play corner. The place is huge, with seating outside in the summer, so it's safe to come without reservation unless with a larger group.

Yelp
We had dinner In August, 2019. The service was fabulous and friendly. The outdoor atmosphere is wonderful on a warm evening. You should make reservations as it is very busy. The food was excellent. We had the grilled trout and the super food salad and my wife and I shared. The house wine was also very good, but be careful as the bottle prices can be costly.

Yelp
First and foremost, I offer my apologies that this is not in German. However, my caveat is that Yelp is an invaluable tool in respect to tourism it would behoove the newer Yelp sites to allow a mixture of the native language and English to allow a full range of views to assist a potential patron. I came to Brenner on the tip from the old fashioned Yelping, i.e., from a word of mouth recommendation from my Uncle. Being a seasoned world traveler I always heed his advice. Moreover, being a traveler to Munchen numerous times a year his advice carries even more weight. Read - good recommendation from trusted source. I too have been through and out and about in Munchen about a half dozen times and was very eager to start finding higher scale restaurants that I can return to when needed. I of course am there for all the usual shenanigans of beer gardens, pastries, and Christmas markets but now, that I've gotten older, I'd like to also go out and get some great grub in a beautiful restaurant and go see some sort of cultural event before hitting the bars in Schwabing or what not. This is an uber great place to start that night. First, proximity is absolutely amazing. The place is walking distance to numerous cultural activities and in a beautiful part of town. Easily accessible by U-Bahn and S-Bahn. Also, not far from other bars and restaurants. Second, the ambiance is pretty good and quite cosmopolitan feeling. The space itself is rather large but there are enough twists/turns/and other objects to give the table a smaller scale feel. Also, the additions lessen the noise of the restaurant so it provides some intimacy while allowing you to see literally dozens of other tables. Third (should be first), the food is wonderful. The effect of the close proximity to Italy is pervasive in Munchen in its culture and attitude...it is wonderfully represented in its cuisine too. I love cooked small animals mixed with potatoes and cabbage as much as the next guy but it is nice to see a German city embrace other cuisine so mightily as does Munchen. It is reflected at Brenner. Wonderful Italian food done in an exquisite manner. You can always tell the quality of an Italian restaurant by the quality of the gnocchi...Brenner's was awesome. All the other dishes and drinks sampled were great as well. If you've got the dough (American slangy term for money) then go. You should be prepared to take your time and dress nicely. Please speak German if possible...Italian and English also spoken but at least make the attempt to speak in German.

Yelp
Tried out Brenner for dinner and brunch For dinner I had the Brenner steal salad which was ok. However, the meat was not such good quality. For Brunch I had the Egg Florentine which tasted good. All in all 4 stars, because the ambiance is quite nice. But it's definitely pretty expensive.
google avatar

Valerie B.

Yelp
There is so much delicious food to be had in Munich, don't bother with this place. I was with a group of 10 foodies and all agreed this was our worst dining experience in Germany. Seafood app had clearly been plated early and left sitting in the cooler, salmon was dry and overcooked, risotto was flavorless and the chocolate cake tasted like boxed airport cake. Oh it's also really expensive. Two stars for the drinks and central location. You can do better.
google avatar

Christi W.

Yelp
The ambience, quality of food, drinks are very good. The bar or restaurant are a great choice. Only downside is how loud it is. Can be hard to hear each other in a larger group. Recommend for after work and special evening when you wants a lively dinner and or drinks place.
google avatar

Juan S.

Yelp
Classy, upscale bar and restaurant. Only went for drinks, but very happy that I went. Beautiful interior in a building tucked away from the busy Maximillianstrasse street. Service was attentive and friendly. Would recommend.

Yelp
One of the best all round restaurants in Munich. Great bar scene, sunny terrace. Splendid wood-fired grill and interesting menu. Have been coming here for almost a decade and standards remain high. Despite being very busy, the staff remain charming and helpful. Also worth noting for school-level German speakers, is that all staff speak English and menus are available in English too.
google avatar

Howard C.

Yelp
We decided to get some Italian food for some much needed respite from all the schnitzel, sausage and pork knuckle we've been having. The food and service was very nice, and the quality of the food was good but nothing to rave about. A nice and dependable place though, and we were back the next day for a light brunch! We particularly liked the garlicky and spicy aglio olio.
google avatar

Marianne A.

Yelp
Great location with outside seating- the menu offering is very decent- service was excellent, Diana did an excellent job, she had very good recommendations, was attentive to details but most importantly had such a cheerful personality. If you are in Munich and go to Brennen ask to be seated in her section. There was a party for Pool, the clothing company next door with a lot of celebrity overflow to the restaurant. The highlight was running into Pep the Bayern Munich coach, we learned this is one of his favorite restaurants. Only drawback is that the restrooms had a very long line.
google avatar

Sheri M.

Yelp
For reasons that are hard to comprehend, this restaurant is recommended by reputable five star hotels in Munich and appears to be popular. After being greeted by a hostess who appeared unclean and dirty (with noticeably unkempt blonde and black hair) who was unfriendly and overtly hostile to us, we were seated at (quite possibly) the worst table in the restaurant and when we asked to move, she refused to move us despite the availability of at least 10 other tables. A waiter came to our rescue and moved us to a better table, however, the food was inedible and the worst we have ever had in a restaurant. The spinach was old, brown in colour and cooked into mush; the "fresh seasonal grilled artichokes" were barely recognizable they were so small and lost in an unappetizing pile of creamed pumpkin on the plate and our fish was over cooked and dry. It was a truly disgusting meal and an experience we will forget. Eat here at your own peril.

Theresa M.

Yelp
Absolutely lovely! Really nice starters, mains, wine... the whole experience was outstanding. And the exceptional service from Ladi made our lunch so much fun. Highly recommend!

Robert H.

Yelp
Great craft cocktails, perfectly cooked filets, friendly service, and a chic modern take on traditional beer hall architecture make this a winning spot.

Yelp
First of all, I really like the way the place is designed, with the bar at the beginning, columns and glass walls, and 2 grills right in the middle of the room. Second, there are always nice people around, with families and children as well. Third, you can enjoy lunch and dinner, important opr light, and brunch as well. And, last but not least, food is good, grilled things especially, but also eggs for Sunday brunch (when you can enjoy also joghurts, fruit, etc), salads all over the day, snacks and pastas. And, there is a great selection of desserts.
google avatar

Yelp
You get what you pay for, great service, exceptional food, and a diverse drink selection. Indoor/Outdoor seating in a picture perfect location. Huge outdoor seating area in the square which makes you feel like you are in your own secluded fortress. I highly recommend their Carpaccio, but anything I had on their menu have hit the spot perfectly. Choose anything from the grill from fish to any kind of meat and you will not be disappointed.

George G.

Yelp
I have only been here twice but on both occasions the food was high quality and well presented, the service was A-OK and I like the wine list. I would recommend Brenner and will return.

Oliver E.

Yelp
This is one of my favorites in Munich, for private and business occasions. You can have great service and food, but make sure to sit at a good spot in the back of the restaurant. Steaks are great. Outside always good for a coffee. Sit back, relax and enjoy the view.

Kristen B.

Yelp
We went here based on Yelp and Tripadvisor reviews and ended up really liking it. The wait staff was fantastic - probably the best we had our entire trip to Europe. Our server was incredibly friendly and attentive. We started with splitting a salad that was delicious, and then both ordered the spaghetti bolognese which was fantastic. For dessert we had chocolate cake with banana gelato - yummy! The front of the restaurant is very chic - dim lighting, very romantic. It would be an awesome place if you're just looking for drinks and apps.

Sam S.

Yelp
One of my favourite restaurants in Munich - modern, airy and great food at a very decent price. The large menu has something for everyone and there is also a lot of seating space but helps to book in advance in order to not have to wait. Also has seating outside when it is warmer.
google avatar

Angelo V.

Yelp
This restaurant is seen as a hot place in Munich and that was confirmed to us as we passed by the first time, since it was full. Anyway I have to say that the price-quality relationship is not correct. If you want to establish your restaurant in the high pricing scale, you should work as well on the presentation of the dishes and on your tabletop. Before our order, the waiter brought us bread and oil, but there was no plate where you could put the bread and the oil. We had both steak with a side dish: the presentation was like a canteen. The food was only put on the plate without decoration. Furthermore the rosemary potatoes were full of fried oil. The wine was really good.
google avatar

Andrei G.

Yelp
Pasta is very good but the service is incredibly slow. One coke never arrived at the table but was on the check.

Catherine X.

Yelp
We used to come here a lot. Then food, quality and service went south. After today's try out it's still sad: not even worth trying. Expensive food not prepared very well. Packed.

I must confess I am a bit torn over Brenner. I have been here a couple of times, and the most recent was the best. The food is sometimes inspired, like my warm salad this time, which was really good, but I cannot even remember what I ate last time, not a great sign. The wine list is nice, with options ranging across the price range. Today we had a bottle of Arneis from Piemonte, which turned out very nicely, I thought. The desserts were also nice; I really liked my semifreddo. I'm sure we'll be back, and maybe some day I'll be a true fan!

Yelp
Disappointed by the expensive New Years dinner. Out of the 6 course menu maybe 2 courses were good, the rest was not 150€ food. Unfortunate.

Yelp
0 stars. After eating way too many pretzels and schnitzels we were looking forward to some pastas and salads. When we arrived it was let as crowded inside. We placed our order within five minutes of being seated. We were so excited for wholesome, food. We didn't get any. We ordered 2 risottos, 1 gnocchi , 1 spaghetti, a salad and soup. After waiting for about 20 minutes we asked our server to please check on our food, and bring whatever was ready. He brought out the salad. Another 20 minutes later nothing. 6 of us starving , sharing a super food salad amongst us. Fun times indeed. While tables began to fill around us we were appalled that food was being served to people who had arrived later. We asked our server again (it's been 40 minutes) - he said let me ask the chef. He talks to the manager who looks over and doesn't say anything to us. We wait some more and finally just request for our check. We were willing to eat out of a food stand down the street at this point rather than wait. The soup my friend ordered came to another table! They arrived 30 minutes after us. The manager come back (it's been an hour) and says a couple of minutes more- to which we respond with a polite request for our check and to cancel our order. He says it is delayed because everyone around is ordering pasta! Oh goodness. To which I point out - everyone around us has their food and soup! How long does soup take really?? Basically they messed up our order real bad, and wouldn't say so. No apology from anyone, and a check for two cokes, water and that superfood salad. You'd think they would be apologetic, probably not charge us for this inconvenience , but they really couldn't be bothered. When other reviews say service is slow- trust them. It's slow and abysmal. Really disappointed.
