Brenners Park-Hotel & Spa

We stayed at this establishment for 4 nights, and the experience has been outstanding: the excellent location makes it easy to explore Baden Baden. Even without a rental car, it is very convenient to get around Baden Baden, either on foot or by public transit. This establishment is like a quiet oasis in a park setting, and it invites you to relax and to leave any stress behind. Service is outstanding and helpful in every way. We did enjoy breakfast in the "Wintergarten" Restaurant, and dinners were outstanding as well. Several of our family enjoyed massages in the spa area, which contributed to their relaxing experience as well. This four-day experience has been the splurge of the year for us and an outstanding experience during our trip through Europe.

This hotel is unlike any other I have been to in the world. Every detail has been thought of, and the staff are unbelievably professional and kind. Much of the property has just been renovated and it’s absolutely exquisite.

Our family had the pleasure of staying at Brenners Park Hotel this summer while visiting friends in Germany. I travel a lot and have stayed Waldorf hotels and I also have intercontinental platinum ambassador status. This hotel by far is the best. The service, food and attention to detail blew me away. Breakfast is a whole experience on its own. If you are looking to stay in the area this is the hotel. Close to everything downtown and very relaxing. Our host Therese was amazing and made the stay feel special.

They made me wait on the reception, while calling with colleges and planning their whole working day. I believe, your colleagues could wait for 3 minutes while you assist your customer may be? I also didn’t like that they took my documents for the whole day “because some guests forget to give back the key”. I have been in 4 and 5 stars hotels before and never experienced such a thing. Once in Switzerland I forgot to give the hotel key back and you know what? They didn’t even punish me or charged extra cent. That’s what I consider a luxury service. Also here in SPA they changed my booking spontaneously, right before the procedure - although I have booked my appointments beforehand and cleared all the details in email. But my special thank you to the therapist Anna Marie - she was the only one who apologized for the situation (even several times). The park is very beautiful and nice. The restaurant was for me 3/5 - tomatoes definitely weren’t fresh. the stuff is friendly, Fitness studio is very good equipped. But it is for sure not enough for 5 stars experience.

While there many 5 star hotels, what separates them is the quality of their staff and Brenners Park staff is truly among the very best. At every instance, they all did everything they could to make our wonderful. If you travel alone or as we were with a family of seven, every meal and every service was a great experience. My thanks and appreciated to all their staff.

We honeymooned at this property 25 years ago and returned this year to experience the majestic and tranquil beauty of Brenners Park once more. There is nothing that compares to the grace and elegance of this hotel. The staff were professional and welcoming and made our anniversary trip very memorable. There is a major renovation happening, however, it did not affect our stay at Villa Stephanie. We were sad to check out and hope to visit again.

Excellent Spa hotel with very modern medical clinic incorporated. Beautifully quiet The renovation is almost finished. The fine dining is exquisite. Beautiful gardens. Service impeccable. Also has serviced Appartments for those wanting more independence.

Thank you to Brenners Park Hotel and Spa for a glorious stay at their hotel. My family and I felt very welcomed by the kind staff. Gorgeous and spacious rooms, beautiful decor and wonderful food. We love this hotel and will return very soon.

This review is for the Afternoon Tea inspired by Pierre Hermé Paris. I came across this place as I was looking for a Pierre Hermé store in the area and what?! Afternoon tea inspired by PH? I must give it a try. I made a reservation and came here after strolling through the Baden-Baden Christmas market in the morning. It was fairly easy to find this hotel and the dining room is literally right next to the reception. Upon arriving, we were greeted by this very nice and sweet lady. She was very kind and attentive. Definitely 5 stars! The tea set was pretty standard, it came with bite sized sandwiches, scones, and desserts. The best part was definitely PH's macarons. I couldn't get enough of them so I took a dozen home. However, I was a little disappointed to find out later that the box only contained 3 flavors, which was the same ones that they served for the afternoon tea. Bummer. The ambiance was excellent; very relaxing and romantic. It was a pleasant experience overall.

My amazing fiancé booked Brenners Park for two nights. We were celebrating our 3 year anniversary of dating and our one year of being engaged. Our experience was 100% outstanding. Let me count the ways... 1. Beautiful room, complete with delicious welcome amenities - yay Macaroons!. 2. Unparalleled service, from the genuine friendliness of the valet and bellmen to Karin, who greeted us and showed us to our room. 3. The wonderful soaking tub and fantastic lotions and gels. 4. Real AC...you know us Americans...we love our AC. We did need a fan though and housekeeping brought it to us. 5. Hendrik Aufderheide: we dined at the two star Michelin restaurant on our last night. Every course, every presentation - flawless and magical. The knowledge and passion from Hendrik made the meal for us. We had a fantastic sommelier- Michael. Chef Paul Stradner came out to introduce himself. 6. Because we chose to spend our money on food & wine, we opted NOT to pay a lot of money to have a shirt and suit pressed. I called for an ironing board and iron and drank a wonderful bottle of Riesling from the mini fridge as I ironed away. 7. Parting gift: car was running, AC was on and a darling little bag with waters and two candy bars! 8. Running early in the morning behind the hotel along the stream - just incredible. 9. The breakfasts... I rarely eat a lot of breakfast. I went back 2 and 3 times both days. The breads, the egg station, the cheeses, smoked salmon, muesli, freshest fruit. This is not to be missed. We sat outside on our last day. Baden Baden holds special memories for us; Brenners Park made a lasting impression.
