If i could I would give him negative star's. Me and my wife put in the leg work for my mother in law case. We had the head autopsy woman from Roanoke, VA to redo my mother's autopsy and debunked the findings from the previous. It was a combination of prescribed medicine that caused her to loose her life. Not knowing what I know now, I would have went after his license. No lawyer holds a case till after the statue of limitations expires unless there getting a payed off. Since 2010 I've been in turmoil about how people do unruly things to each other. The family still till this day have a hard time understanding why, nobody is taking accountability for there actions. I still have all the case files to prove he did nothing. Anyone that sees this and had a terrible experience with this man and want to take him to court for miss representation. I would gladly be a character witness in your case.

Run don’t walk. He is awful, then when questioned will write false statements to the court to cover hisself. His tactics are questionable use him only if you want to spend years in the system, fighting a case that if he would have handled correctly would have been dismissed. His ego is too big and makes him a terrible lawyer, he is all smoke and mirrors. He is a good talker but that is about it!!!! We put our faith in Mr. Jackson for my son and he was an utter disappointment.

We owe an eternal debt to Brent and Vaughan. These two men defended my husband who was wrongfully accused. They spent countless hours on his case. They spoke the truth of the case and defended him to a Commonwealth Attorney set on convicting him. The jury of his peers heard the truth and wonderful defense Mr. Jackson and Mr. Jones spoke for him, and gave us our lives and family back. We rest easy at night now, and know these two men are to thank for that!

My mom passed away in 2010. One of his so called lawyers were supposed to help us. 5 years passed never heard a word. Come to find out they took a pay out from MCV to keep from going to court. They made sure they kept the info until the stature of limitations would be gone. Not once did they inform us of anything. When I called them to see how things were going the attorney laid me out for calling him. They had taken a pay out from the hospital to hold the info. I would never recommend this law firm. I am sorry that I listened to my uncle to go with them. The worse experience ever. My mom was given 200 opioids. Was not diagnosed with any type of trauma or anything to give a reason for the narcotics. She went to MCV to be weened off of it and was sent home with 200 percocets. Where does that make sense. She died from her system being poisoned from the mess. All they were worried about was the pay out from MCV.

Mr. Jackson was a referral by some close friends. I hired him as a corporate attorney and he was able to pull us through some difficult situations. We highly recommend him and his practice.
