Very Disappointing – Poor Service & Stolen Items We stayed at Brera Apartments (Via San Marco 16) and had a terrible experience. We arrived at 12:10 AM (they knew our arrival time) but no one was there to help us check in. No contact or assistance during our entire stay—except a message on check-out day. We stored our luggage at their office (Via dell'Annunciata 23/1) before our flight, and when we got to the airport, we discovered that items were stolen from our bags—including some meant for tax-free processing. Absolutely unacceptable. Do not recommend. Poor service and zero security.

Our stay in this Milan apartment was fantastic. The service was amazing and the staff were friendly, professional and always ready to help. We loved the free locker option. The apartment was clean, modern and comfortable, and the location is just a 10-minute walk to the Duomo. It had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Overall it was amazing experience!! We’ll definitely stay here again when we come back to Milan.

I stayed for one week at the studio near the Duomo. The studio was very clean, great location and modern. It really had all the essentials and more! They even provided cleaning after every third night (including fresh towels). The Brera team was always responsive through WhatsApp chat, and they were very supportive. They cared about all my inquiries and managed them in a timely and friendly manner. I can really recommend staying at Brera Apartments. I'll come back for sure!

Very professional, competent and friendly. Before the arrival everything was answered on time. I needed an iron for my shirts, after a few hours I received it. Location of the flat is perfect, security in the building perfect, services in the flat also perfect. Very clean and welcoming. Thank you for the great experience.

This was a perfect stay for our family of 4. The apartment was clean, stylish and comfortable, with plenty of room in the living area even with the sofa- bed pulled out. And the neighborhood is fantastic - restaurants, cafes and a supermarket nearby, and the Duomo and Sforza Castle are a 20 minute walk.

I am being generous here by giving one star. Arrived here after being dropped off by taxi and not seeing anyone in the front office we attempted to open the gate and go inside to find anyone to get some information from. At this point we were approached by the most obnoxious, angry, unpleasant little man who basically started yelling at us. He asked us get outside and wait. No explanation was offered as to how or when we could check in. After waiting there a few minutes not knowing what was happening I realised that we were at the wrong Brera apartment. We then called a taxi and left. Although I didn’t stay here judging from how I was treated by this pathetic individual I would not recommend this place to anyone. It doesn’t cost money to be decent to another human being, specially a potential guest at your establishment. There are far better places of accommodation in far better parts of Milan with far better quality of workers that you can spend your money at. 0 stars and not recommend at all.

The room looks brand new and contemporary. You have access to TV, although we didn't use it since we're being tourist. It also came with a speaker that connects with Bluetooth to your phone. You can enjoy some music while getting dressed. Your apartment also comes with a washer machine. We bought bottles of water and were able to keep them chilled in the fridge. Also, the apartment is close to ALL the major things to see in Milan. Excellent stay. Just remember that if you want to iron your clothes, let them know before you arrive, so you can have it ready in the apartment.
