Bressay Heritage Centre

As a cruiser who is only in the area for a few hours , the ferry boat was fast and easy! The fare is reasonable and is only charged one way. Inside the heritage center there are lots of informational displays. There is also a very friendly curator who is happy to help talk you thru the history and the islands today !

Call in and see Hazel. She's a lovely person and will give you tips on all the great places to visit. Hopefully, we will be back one day.

.Very disappointing. Checked opening times on their website, paid for for ferry specifically to go there and..... It was closed. Many people were trying the door but were disappointed too
