I recently visited Bourgogne des Flandres in Brugge, and it was an overall enjoyable experience. The brewery itself offers a beautiful setting, located right along a canal with stunning views. It’s the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a great beer. The Bourgogne des Flandres brown ale was a highlight—smooth and flavorful, truly representative of Belgian brewing.
The brewery offers a cozy atmosphere, and there’s plenty to learn about the brewing process if you’re into that. It’s also a great spot to sit outside and take in the surroundings.
However, the service left something to be desired. The staff wasn’t very friendly or attentive, which slightly impacted the experience. It would’ve been much better if the service matched the quality of the beer and the ambiance.
Overall, the beer and the views make it worth a visit, but I’d hope for better service next time.
