I sent Brewski's a private message initially rather than this public review, but I received no response, which doesn't surprise me as customer service doesn't seem to be a priority there. On the 1st visit I will talk about, I came in to order 2 dinners to go. I was asked for my preference when I first sat down at the bar, and I told the young lady I wanted a beer and would order 2 dinners to go. I had to flag her down after a while to ask her to bring me a menu. Then, after waiting some more, I had to flag her down to take my order. She mumbled something about she forgot. The place wasn't crowded. I thought, OK, maybe she was tired, or whatever. I came back 2 weeks later. I got the beer from the young woman right away and was given a menu right away also. I then waited for a long time, while 2 older women stood at the end of the bar talking non-stop and doing nothing else. The young lady came back from talking to the only other customers at a table, and she also parked with the 2 women and joined the conversation. I had laid the menu laid down for quite a while and moved my body to look directly at the 2 women, who I think must have known I was looking at them as a way of signally I was more than ready, and waiting, to place my order. Finally, I got up, walked to the 3 women and asked if one of them could take my order. I was the only customer at that point!! Three women working, and none of them were interested in good service.
