Brey House Bed & Breakfast Inn

One of the classic small places to stay with a friendly host, great location, and a very charming house. I booked the Admirals Room on the third floor with a queen bed, fireplace, TV, and DVD player. The shower and bathroom were in separate rooms next to the room with a small refrigator and microwave in the hallway. The beach was a very short walk from the house, and a number of restaurants were nearby. Breakfast was served in the morning, and it was nice to talk with the other guests. The house has four rooms and is a quiet place to relax. Located on NW Keel Street and NW 37th - a short distance from Hwy 101 near Wecoma Beach in Lincoln City. A nice place place to stay with cozy rooms, a great location near the beach, and a host that makes every effort to make you feel at home.

If you ever visit Lincoln city Shirley’s bed and breakfast at the Brey House is a must stay. Breakfast in the morning 8:30 or 9 AM cooked by Shirley herself way better than going to any restaurant in Lincoln city in my opinion. The rooms have great views. The place is very clean and cozy. It’s very close to the casino and oceanfront Beach. You can’t beat the price for such a gem of a place. Shirley is the most wonderful host and sweetest lady. I have been a return guest since 2016. My wife and I stay here at least three times a year. My family and friends all book stays with Shirley at the Brey House BnB.

Love Shirley and love the Brey House best Place to stay in Lincoln city as far as I’m concerned. Breakfast comes with your stay every morning. Rooms are very, very clean. Lots of space , has Wi-Fi, TV, fireplace heating, air conditioning. The bed is very comfortable to sleep in. Great night, sleep, listening to the ocean sound from your private room and view of the beach. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit Lincoln city beach.

Very enjoyable stay at the Brey House. Perfect location for our excursions up and down the Oregon coast. Breakfasts were delish.... Especially loved the German pancake, and homemade syrup and raspberry butter Shirley (our host) made our stay even better by sharing wonderful stories, and suggestions... Don't overlook this charming B&B

Unbelievable, This place was amazing! We came town for a concert at the Casino which is like a block away. Had gourmet coffee in our coffee machine when we woke up and had candy bars on our bed pillows as we went to bed. Offered a wonderfully cooked breakfast in the morning German pancakes and turkey Kabasa. Couldn’t have asked for a better space to stay for the weekend!

Shirley's place is the best! Location wonderful, bed comfy, all amenities were perfect & breakfast was delicious! We will return soon! Highly recommend

We just left yesterday from a 3 night stay and couldn't ask for a more perfect place to stay. We have stayed here several times and Shirley is the best hostess and every time has been a delight. She makes the most amazing breakfast and is always up on the most updated info from weather to the best places to dine and anything else you could think to ask. We have stayed in each of the rooms and are always clean and never lack for anything. Will definitely be back and highly recommend

We recently stayed at the Brey House B and B, and we had a wonderful time. It's very quaint and if you are a people person, you will just adore your host, Shirley. She is so kind, friendly and fun! While the house is not exactly beach front, you only have to walk down past a house or so and down a small flight of steps and there you are! The area is quiet and peaceful. We slept so well and had some great naps as well. It really helps you de-stress from a busy life. Shirley's breakfasts are wonderful, she made a fabulous toasted croissant topped with Canadian bacon, egg and melted cheese. Another day we had a terrific Dutch baby/German pancakes with a choice of homemade marionberry jam, fruited butter or cinnamon maple syrups. All breakfasts came with coffee, juice and fresh fruit. She finishes breakfast by serving you a sampler tasting of homemade cheesecake, it's very, very good and just a few bites to end a great meal. Shirley has some lovely small touches, every morning after refreshing your room, there will be candy waiting on your pillows. She will check and make sure everything is to your liking. For a lovely vacation with a personal touch, this is a great place to stay!

When we are younger, many of us have fond memories of our favorite aunt, grandma or family friend. Going to their home brought feelings of comfort, laughter and peace. Shirley at Brey House Bed and Breakfast hosts this environment with love and ease. The accommodations are cozy, warm and inviting. You have great views of the ocean and Shirley is always happy to give local advice about places to go and things to do. You are less than a ten minute walk from the beach and cool breeze over glistening waves before you. And the food. The FOOD. Shirley prepares amazing dishes and is sensitive to dietary needs and concerns. I for one asked for a sandwich spread recipe I intend to duplicate at home. But I feel it will pale in comparison to the secret ingredient of Shirley's skilled hand. My wife and I spent our first time here in absolute happiness and wholeheartedly intend to return many more times in the future. Please go and experience the joys of Brey House!

We surprised my sister for Thanksgiving and were lucky enough to find two rooms at Brey House. Shirley was amazingly accommodating. She thinks of everything you MIGHT need and it's there! The rooms are cozy and secluded. Breakfast was delicious and the views of the ocean were out of this world. I loved the sheets so much I ended up buying some! If you are in Lincoln City and need a wonderful place to stay I cannot recommend Brey House enough! I can't wait for our next visit! Thank you for EVERYTHING Shirley.

Shirley Brey is one of the sweetest no-nonsense glamas I've ever met! She runs her inn smoothly and has for over 20 years. Hubby and I choose B&Bs when we travel and this one did not disappoint. Shirley was great about catering to my dietary needs! I did not feel like I was missing out with her oven-baked crab omelette, variety of fresh fruit, gluten-free Dutch baby pancakes and gluten-free breads. She prepped our coffee and left candy for us on our pillows each morning, and gave us all the privacy we needed. We stayed in the Admiral's Room (private entrance) with a view of the ocean by day and the sound of the ocean by night. It was a restful getaway that we will revisit in the future. Shirley predicted we would come back to her place and I have no doubt her prediction will come true.

Very lovely B&B. a hidden gem that my GF and I found by accident. Glad we did. While checking in and chatting with Shirley in her living room, I looked out her window at the beautiful ocean view and saw a whale spout. This was about 20 seconds into our stay. What a nice start to a wonderful stay! Stayed 2 nights and Shirley took great care of us. Excellent breakfasts and comfortable/modestly priced accommodations. You cannot beat the ocean views from the breakfast table. Will definitely be back for another stay.

I hesitate to write a great review due to the fact that it might make it very difficult for me to get a room here in the future. Shirley is amazing! We usually stay in the two rooms in the bottom floor with the kitchen. There is a private entrance and full kitchen so we were able to shop and make all of our own food-except for breakfast of course! Shirley makes the most amazing German Pancakes and Croissant sandwiches...all specially tailored to the kids specific requests. Everything was truly delightful! This was my second stay with Shirley and I can't wait to go back! Oh, and this time I found a float on the beach nearby...my favorite visit so far!

I love this place! It's quirky, funky and fun! Shirley is a sweet lady with a wonderful heart! The breakfasts are filling and with things like German pancakes and marionberry jam you can't go wrong. The house is across the street and one row of houses from the beach. Beach access is a couple of houses up. We have been several times and will continue to make this our vacation spot when we can get there. It's clean and comfortable!

We stayed here for our minimoon last week and could not have had a better experience. The bed and breakfast has a special where you get a discounted rate if you pay in cash,which is very nice. The host Shirley Brey was absolutely so sweet and helpful as a host! We were upgraded to the captain's room because of our big celebration but we also saw the admiral room and both seemed great. Our room, the captain's room, had the most gorgeous view, a fireplace, and private bathroom. It was much larger than the admiral room and very cozy. We told shirley that we like to drink coffee in the morning, so she put grinds and water in our machine, and all we had to do is push the button to get yummy coffee in the morning. The location is great because all you have to do is cross the street to go to one of the most gorgeous beaches I have ever seen. I could have spent hours out there! We went for a walk in the morning and then enjoyed the most amazing breakfast...German pancakes, flat, lemony, buttery, and amazing with several different flavors of homemade jam and syrup, and some amazing home made juices...But don't forget the breakfast dessert of cheesecake made by milt shirley's husband...yum I will definitely be back. Only reason it's not 5 stars was the bed was very soft and left my back a bit sore.

My partner and I stayed at the Breyhouse B&B in March 2016. Shirley, the inn owner, is one of the warmest and kindest people that we've ever met and she made us feel at home right away. Breakfast was prepared with care, delicious (not to forget her yummy breakfast dessert) and served hot. We can't recommend this inn enough and will definitely be visiting again soon. Milt and Shirley Brey (owners) are the best host!!! I went there in low season time and got a beautiful room -- the Admiral Room. Skylight above my bed, with in door warm and lovely fireplace, private entrance (that is the best!! you can come and go ANYTIME you want), private bathroom (no tub). Another best thing, my room is have great view of Pacific Ocean without much blocking view. As this is a bed and breakfast place, my expectation of the breakfast is pretty high. Without any disappointment (man, I'm picky not only on the taste but the service and presentation of food), my 2 days breakfast both are GREAT! We have only 3 guests in the whole house, but Milt and Shirley prepared 5 different juices plus all those home made james and syrups ... all the fruits are nicely cut and peeled so that you won't eat them in a mess. Milt is a great cook!! I surely recommend you to go and visit them. They make you feel living in a warm house.
