I stayed during the week for a solo trip and this was such a nice place to stay. The room was spacious and clean. The amenities in the room were wonderful. Mini fridge, keurig, microwave, kitchen sink. The location was perfect, the suites are in the alley behind the restaurant and right next to the panetteria. Cute little alcove. And right in the heart of Hanover street, everything in the North End was within walking distance.

Our room 506 was big as it had a living room with a very large window with a great view, a small kitchen that had a hob, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, fridge. One bedroom and large shower room which could be entered by both the living room and bedroom. The bed was large and comfortable. Room 506 was on the top/3rd floor reached only by steep oak stairs, no lift. The suite was clean but there were several things that needed attention/repaired. I hope they have been rectified as I left the list with the manager. Towels, tea/coffee, bottled water etc were replenished everyday but the bed wasn’t made which was no big deal as it took me two minutes to make. || I did find it strange having to walk through a restaurant when leaving and going back to our suite. Bricco suites are in the Italian district and very easy and quick to get to Boston city centre.||Would I stay here again? Yes in a heartbeat.

This place in the heart of North Boston is awesome! We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite right over the sandwich shop. Perfect walking distance to most everything we wanted to do. Right on the freedom trail and beside Modern and Mikes! So many good Italian places to eat around there too! We didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant owned by Bricco but it stayed busy each night. If you want space in the best part of Boston for the same price (or cheaper) as a normal hotel room elsewhere… stay here!! Super clean too!

7 of us just returned to SC and have the best memories of the Bricco Restaurant and Suites!Vinnie was amazing from booking us to making sure our suites were perfect! Joseph manages the Deli( which was right out side our suites )and makes the best &freshest mozzarella daily! He was so kind to me and I hated saying good bye to this amazing Bricco family! Definitely will be back to eat and make more special memories!

I recognize that it's customary to write a review after the stay. We have only been here 2 days and won't leave until Monday. But I'm already in love with this place and the people in charge, so I'm writing now. First, the location is perfect. Second, the people we've interacted with have treated us like family. Every single thing we needed was addressed immediately. For example, we has luxurious, soft down pillows. Unfortunately, I'm allergic. They changed them to synthetic pillows right away. Finally, at dinner tonight, they gave us a great window seat at the restaurant and brought us complimentary dessert. So happy we picked Bricco Suites for our Boston visit.

The place has rooms over a restraunt and we were up every night till 3am because, on the third floor, we could only hear people screaming inside and outside the restaurant. It was three flights of stairs to our room and I as a person with epilepsy was endangered the entire time I had to go either up or down the stairs. No one cleaned our room the entire time we were there. Our towels never replaced and the refrigerator in the unit was warm so, unusable. I was never made aware when I made the reservation, about the stairs, so I did not have the opportunity to decline staying at the establishment to protect my health. You could not pay me enough to recommend the place or to ever stay again.

Positive: The location in the North End is wonderful; close to everything and restaurants right outside your door. Loved how the staff at Bricco prioritized us at the restaurants and went above and beyond to make the stay enjoyable. Negative: Friday night was LOUD on the street--bring some earplugs just in case there is a party going down out there! Saturday night was much quieter--so who knows?! You are in the heart of the city so plan for some city noise!

GREAT location! Right in the center of everything on the North End. The Briccio restaurant downstairs serves the most amazing Italian food as all of their other sister restaurants. Clean, large, beautiful rooms! Extraordinary customer service. Vinny helped us with everything we needed the entire stay. We stayed 6 days and the entire experience was amazing. We will return and stay here again!
