Brick & Mortar

I wanted to take a moment to share some feedback about my experience so far at Brick & Mortar. I’ve genuinely enjoyed the work environment—it’s a great location for business, and the amenities have been extremely convenient. Having access to the bathrooms, phone rooms, conference room, and even the kitchen area has made the workday smooth and enjoyable. I already made myself a cup of coffee there! I’d also like to thank Andrew for being so accommodating during the tour and walkthrough. He provided excellent service and made the onboarding process seamless. We even discussed the possibility of renting the last office suite on the main level for the new year. A 6–12 month lease at around $1,500 per month sounds like a wonderful opportunity as I look to continue growing my business in your space!

The best coworking space in the area. The fully automated 24/7 access system allows for flexible hours (read that as late nights when in a crunch of time with projects) and the cool lofty vibe sets the tone for productivity. Having snacks and drinks available for purchase may not sound like a great incentive until you’ve eaten your lunch and need a little pick me up. I love their honor system and how much they trust and care about their customers. I also have to mention the cold brew coffee and beer on top from a local brewery because this is a genius move!! Highly recommend!

Brick & Mortar is the best co-working space I have ever been in. The environment is amazing and welcoming. I love the ease of use when it comes to entry with my phone. The amenities are also top notch with coffee, cold brew, and more. What makes this even better is reasonable prices compared to others with less to offer. All the members I have come across are very nice. I would recommend them to anyone.

I was visiting from New York and had an important meeting at 10 AM. Unfortunately, my hotel Wi-Fi was terrible, so I found Brick & Mortar last minute and showed up with nothing prepared. I walked in, booked a tour, got a call back, and let them know I just needed a one-day pass for one of their offices. Incredibly, I was checked in and settled in the office within 15 minutes! The process was super fast, and I really appreciated it—I arrived around 9 AM, by 9:15 AM I was in office which gave me time to use the restroom and review my notes before the meeting. Amazing experience—thank you!

I’ve been using Brick & Mortar to various capacity for the last couple years. It’s been a great space to work out of, and occasionally meet with clients. The space and their system is easy to use, and I’ve always found quick action if there is ever a problem with anything. I’ve always felt welcome, and have appreciated how much Andrew and his team have been supportive to our business needs as they have evolved over time. If you’re looking for a great space to be able to get some things done, or need a place to frequent for work, I highly recommend giving Brick & Mortar a look.

This is a super convenient, modern and easy to use space! The staff is very friendly, helpful and supportive. They are super flexible and accommodate any reasonable request. Great people!

I needed some focused time to work on my business so I gave B&M a try on a Saturday. Worked out very well. I will definitely be back.

Finding Brick and Mortar was a Godsend! 2020 impacted my business and not in a good way. Being to come here and rent space by the hour or the day is so convenient. It’s clean and modern. You can grab a coffee while you are working in this beautiful space! Plus the owners are amazing and accommodating.

I don't use the space much but every time I go I have a wonderful experience The space is clean and modern There is a lot of seating with plenty of upgrade office spaces and also has a telephone booth for quiet talking when needed The kitchen is perfect for making coffee, tea (with lots provided) and a fridge and microwave, plates, cups and utensils The last time I was there I tried printing but I was having issues. The company responded quickly and came out to fix it right away. I believe they have now upgraded the printers and Wi-Fi since. I really enjoy working at B&M

Brick & Mortar is exactly what the area needed, a modern, beautiful spot to work from with standing desks, great wi-fi and parking too. There's lots of different options in terms of memberships or how you'd like to work, whether you need a small private office, a large conference room or just want to chill on a comfy chair and read. They also do event rentals for work or social events too!

An awesome coworking space available 24hrs to suit any need. I found this beautiful gem and I'm so excited that I did! A space where you can work on whatever project you need upstairs or downstairs, they even offer an individual private booth where you can go if you need to talk while you work and not interrupt others. Included is free WiFi, printing and faxing. Brick and Mortar even offers a variety of free coffees, and teas to give you the energy to power through when your energy seems depleted. Also, a variety of beers on tap to celebrate when you're done! What more can you ask for? Since I've been coming here I've finally finish a book I've been working on for years, and started another one. I love Brick and Mortar, the price is right and I'm so happy to be part of the community here. Come by and see for yourself, you'll be glad you did!

Two visits so far. I used brick and mortar to catch up on school and professional work. Clean, beautifully designed and I was impressed by how easy my laptop connected to the network and printer. I will say I like the weekends better because you have the place to yourself lol but needless to say all patrons are kind and the owner also helped me out quickly when I needed to pay for snack!

Loved everything about this space. Not only is the design aesthetic on point, but it's a welcoming atmosphere with a range of amenities + friendly faces. Whether you're looking for a day pass or membership, I'm confident you'll find what you're looking for at Brick + Mortar.

This co-working space is a godsend! When I travel, I often have to bring my work with me and work until the late night/morning, and was so glad to find Brick and Mortar recently. B&M is a great place to focus, work, and spark creativity. I met a lot of cool people inside as well! One can tell that a lot of thought and consideration went into the design and experience of the users/clients. The lighting and ergonomic set ups are perfect at all hours of the day, and the team responded quickly and thoroughly to any of my questions. Accessing the building was a very quick and easy setup, and I felt safe and secure inside. I am/have been a member of two other co-working spaces, and really am amazed at how co-working spaces improve my productivity levels in general. I highly recommend this one--the daily fee option, payment system, and electronic keys are super convenient when making travel plans ahead of time, or on the go.

We had a team meeting in the lower meeting room at Brick & Mortar yesterday. It was fantastic. My team was really impressed with the entire space and amenities (wifi, apple tv to present on, hot and cold brew coffee, beer on tap, snacks & additional drinks for purchase, printing capabilities, etc). Signs were put at the tops of the stairs and on the door to the washrooms to let people know the space had been reserved, and we were not disturbed once. The location was great as well. The team members who flew into Chicago that morning were close to the airport so the commute was easy. And being without cars, having so many restaurant options nearby was great for lunch and dinner. We will for sure use the space again next time the team is in town.

During the summer, I desperately needed a place to work that would keep me focused and had reliable wifi for my hours of zoom calls. Brick and Mortar exceeded my expectations and gave me a place to work where I could be successful. The location includes multiple spaces to do work, some of which are lively and lead to conversations with those next to you and others which are private and quiet. Everyone can find a spot that fits their needs. Whenever I had a question, management was quick to help and extremely kind. Additionally, the amenities were very appreciated! I am now addicted to the Peruvian coffee I made every morning in the Brick and Mortar kitchen. Though I no longer have a need for Brick and Mortar with my work coming to an end, I will most definitely be back.
