Went here for my birthday with seven friends. We all had the five course chefs menu, which was unbelievable. Great wine selection. Highly recommend. The service was on point!

We had a lovely experience last night. It was our friend’s birthday. We chose the three course meal as the we had dietary preferences, over the chef’s menu. I would recommend the same. The salmon and burger were extremely tasty. They even gave us a free appetiser and added few add on to the mains. Definitely recommend it. Bill came to 190 euros for three people.

We came with my husband and had a nice time. The waiter was really nice and adjusting to dietary needs. The food was fresh and tasty! I recommend it !

This place was the best surprise! While late night wandering in Haarlem, my friend and I stumbled upon Brick. We got the salmon fillet and lamb rump steak along with the peanut tartelette and white chocolate/raspberry fruit ice cream. So much beautiful, intentional flavor. The staff was really friendly, and the atmosphere was intimate & warm. One of the best meals we ate on our trip! We'd definitely recommend ✨

Cost to value, pound for pound this was one of the nicest three course lunch experiences that I've had, ever. We began with 2 delicious cocktails followed by a gazpacho, bread and a serene spread. Gazpacho tasted like liquid delight, the bread was baked to perfection and was warm with specks of translucent salt flakes on top. The spread was just mad and I couldn't figure what it was made of. 1st course was watermelons and some other very fine veggies and stuff put together. The ingredients were fresh tasty and had interesting flavors. The main was crispy cauliflower complimented and coupled with the nicest stuff. It was the best cauliflower I've ever had and the most delicious spread and creams and garnishes around it. For desserts we opted for a cheese platter and a special for the day. The latter was a balsamic vinegar based ice cream with strawberries, basil, meringue and some more. It tasted fantastic and I could maybe have had a few more bowls of it easily. The cheeses were nice and my favorite was the first creamy one. This has been a euphoric gastro experience for me and id highly recommend this place. Keep up the good work and see you soon.

Great! My husband and I came here for a late lunch for our first date out after our baby has been born. We sat outside on the patio and enjoyed a delicious 4 course meal with wine. It was tasty, gezelig, and great service. Thanks!

This was exactly what I was looking for. I wanted a burger done well. And this exceeded my expectations. From tender burger to soft brioche bun, not to mention the cheddar and bacon -and crispy tomato and lettuce. Perfect execution, maybe a bit hard to eat but that is a luxurious problem. Fries were extra but wow, wonderful double cooked fries. Shows that when a talented team makes something basic you can see magic happen. Oh and my small well behaved dog was also allowed.

Cosy restaurant with rather high class cuisine. What you’ll get for your money is incredible! I mean, a 5-course-menu for 62€? You can’t complain at all. The quality was outstanding and the different course came along with lots of surprises for your senses. The service was really nice and attentive. We were served by three different people. All absolutely passionate about their work. Go there! It’s absolutely worth it! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Lived in Haarlem a few years but never managed to make it to this restaurant. Followed recommendations of young man at our favourite wine place, Vign on the grote markt. Choice was superb. Tasting menu 32 e for 3 courses. all divine. Started dessert, so no photo. Service excellent, Kiki knows her wine, as well. Will be back!

A hidden spot in Haarlem. On a beautiful day make a reservation on the rooftop terrace. Order the surprise 5 course dinner. And the wine arrangement. You won't be disappointed!

Great ambiance and service. The menu is typical seasonal pan-European, and the food was very fresh. The service was efficient without being overbearing. The place is much larger than it looks from the outside.

A very nice and cozy restaurant just off the hectic main streets. While walking around Haarlem, we found this place and enjoyed a very nice lunch here. We were sitting outside, in front of this place and it was very quiet (even though we were sitting on the street). While sitting there, we understood that they have a terrace on the roof also. Unfortunately have not seen/tried that. The food we had was very nice and can definitely recommend this place

A great restaurant. We chose a 4 course Chefs Menu and the meal was excellent. I'm would recommend Brick to anyone that appreciates fine dining style food in a relaxed and cozy environment.

Missed opportunity: We came back here after an earlier bad experience hoping it would be better, but it's simply not up to scratch. Prices are reasonable and the portions are good, but Brick falls down on details: menus take a long time to arrive; the waitress spills wine on the napkin but doesn't replace it; the wine we ordered gets forgotten; and the side orders arrive after we finish the main course. Two stars, recovering one star for serving decent port
