From the outside it looks grubby but once in and up the stairs the staff are friendly and the en-suite room with a/c, fridge and toiletries is very comfortable in an area with stacks of Indian and Turkish restaurants. The green light in the room I found a bit bright. There is no food offerings but the nearby Exmouth cafe does excellent croissants and coffee for breakfast. Aldgate East tube a 3 minute walk, 15 minutes walk to Tower of London or Liverpool Street.

Very easy to find but the entrance looks very unusual. I rang on the door and very inconvenient because you need to carry your luggage 🧳 one floor same to your room. I was given a key for the room which actually is for the main entrance as well. Unfortunately no refreshing of the room was done taking into consideration that I booked for 2 nights. The staff is very friendly and helpful. No breakfast available at the hotel no lobby and no sport channels to see some games. Air conditioner working well so can adjust the temperature. Nice bathroom and clean linen. The area is full of asian restaurants and some shops. Very strange no early coffee shop available so you can have a continental breakfast. Elisabeth Lines straight from Heathrow Airport will bring you close to the hotel.

Had a wonderful stay—an excellent budget-friendly option! The room was rather old but had all the essentials, making it perfect for a weekend stay. The location was very convenient as well. The absolute highlight for us was the exceptional service—immediate responses, assistance with our late check-in, and help with a few issues that were entirely our own fault. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, making our experience even better. Highly recommend!

I was skeptic because of 1 stars but in honesty it's quite comfy room. It's not a hotel so I understand why people get upset, this are rented rooms in a building but in honesty they're quite good. I like the mirrors and shower is really nice. No breakfast though

Great cheap bed for the night. The room was small with just enough room to get around the bed but it was comfortable, clean and warm. It only had a ceiling mounted Aircon unit but as the room was small it did manage to heat it up. The bed was very comfortable and I got a good night's sleep. My room had an ensuite and everything worked as it should though the shower slider rail was wobbly and needed fixing. I would definitely stay here again.

They are not people to deal with, be careful when booking them because they are criminals.| While playing my trip for a conference in Uk, I was looking out for a hotel on booking.com and this studio appeared on their website.|I booked ; an email was sent to me for booking confirmation on the 3rd of September, 2024.|My arrival day was 6th September and when I informed my sis inlaw she disagreed with the hotel and made another reservation for me in another hotel on the 4th of September which I sent them an email to booking cancellation same day.|2 months after that is 7th November, 2024 I got a call from someone from the apartment about payments.|And they won’t stop but keep calling with legal threats etc.|It is true that I booked your studio while planning my trip to London with my scheduled arrival of 6th of September, 2024 through booking.com. However, due to the fact that my in-law had made another arrangement for me, I cancelled my booking with you through an email dated 4th September, 2024. That cancellation was done at least 48 hours before my check-in. ||The standard mostly everywhere is 24 hours notice of cancellation. I think if there’s any misunderstanding here, Bricks lane Studio apartment would do well to iron it out with booking.com. ||It is wrong of you to make payment demand of me when I did not make use of your service, more so when I had given you at least a 48-hour notice of cancellation.||They kept harassing me with calls etc.

Great hotel, clean and great value for money, friendly helpfull staff. Location is great for exploring Spitalfields and the surrounding area. We spent the evening at a local festival so was perfect for us. Bit grey today but we'll just crack on. Would come again definately :)

I booked to stay here but upon arrival was told, rather rudely that there was no room available. Disgusted that this joke of a "hotel" can even be allowed on Booking.com. After contacting Booking.com they then lied about my complaints and said I could stay after all. I'd rather scratch my eyes out than be step foot in this horrendous place ever again. Avoid at all costs!
