Brickhouse Bar and Grill

I came for the onion rings. The pictures and reviews didn't do them justice. I, hands down, have never had a better onion ring. That said, the black and blue burger was juicy and cooked perfectly. Also tried the steak and was told it was delicious too. The sides were seasoned and prepared just as well as the rest of the meal. The service was excellent. The place was packed for a Wednesday evening.

I ordered their bellyful burger and it literally comes with nothing but meat and bread. I called to see if this was an error and they said you have to manually select it online. However, their chosen order on the web app acts like it comes with everything and that you have to say that you don’t want something. For example, the photos below say ‘select your side’ as the first selection and then ‘burger no’ as the next selection. It doesn’t make any sense. Huge disappointment. They didn’t offer a refund for their poor operational decisions. UPDATE PER THEIR RESPONSE: What they describe as selection is incorrect as shown by the uploaded screenshots. It clearly says ‘select your side’ and then ‘burger no’ ingredient. Lying in the response should give you an idea how they operate. Let the proof speak for itself! I couldn’t come back as I was well on the highway. The establishment should have gotten it right the first time. I also forgot to mention that I stood there for almost 10 minutes until someone finally came over to help me get my online order. As someone who is pressed for time, this is not a place I would ever go to again.

We stayed at the hotel right behind the restaurant and were pleased to have a place within walking distance. We arrived not long after they opened and there was only one table occupied. It filled up quickly while we were dining and I understood why. The waitress greeted us in a very friendly manner and cheerfully answered questions about the menu. I had the cheese sandwich and fries he had fish. The sandwich was delicious, cooked perfectly with a nice blend of cheeses, bacon and onions the fires were crispy outside soft inside, perfectly cooked. He had fish, he said it was delicious and enjoyed it thoroughly. It did not have heavy breading which he prefers. The serving was so large he was unable to finish it. We would definitely return again if in the area.

I usually check the newest reviews for places I'm unfamiliar with, which is partly how we ended up here. Great location right in front of the hotel. Really enjoyed our food: ultimate grilled cheese sandwich and a Philly cheese steak. Loaded potato soup was good, especially after I added sour cream. Felt honored to have service from Kylie, who was specifically mentioned in several recent posts - and for good reason! She was the hostess who seated us, our server, and also the busser! She did all that while providing great service.

This place is lackluster at best. There were about four other tables when we, a party of two, came in. There were two servers as well. The bidder took our drink order since she noticed we had been waiting awhile. The food was good and quick but not worth $20 a plate. The kicked for the 3-star rating is I was asked if we were ready for the check, and I said yes, which then took 17 minutes to get it-I was on my phone and that time so yes, I timed it. So, definitely not the place to go if you want a quick dining experience, which thankfully we weren’t in a hurry, but yeah…

The staff was friendly . My burger patties appeared to be a lesser grade of frozen beef. They were tough and grey in color. The fried egg on top was over cooked so there was very little yoke. The bottom bun was so tough you needed a fork and knife to cut it. I deconstructed it and salvaged what I could. The wife's ultimate grilled cheese was anything but. They used very thick texas toast and not enough cheese to compensate for it. It's hard to melt the cheese when the bread is thick and much of it wasn't. Her soup tasted as though it was made from a dry mix and overly salted. I didn't see the point in complaining to the staff. It's not as if fresh ingredients would suddenly appear in the kitchen.

The steak was not cook correctly, and a small part burned. The hamburger steak dry, and very little gravy. The potatoes were dried and gross. I could not believe it was served. The food looks like they got off of someone else's plate before me. Then they served to us. My daughters pasta was good. The okra was good till I found plastic in the last bite. This got stuck in my molar. The salad was good. I want be back. The waitress was wonderful, not her fault. I did get 5.00 off on the vegetables. When I opened the potato, I knew my money was wasted. If the kitchen thought any of the food was ok to serve, then that was the problem. My daughters chicken was a little burnt but she ate it, by dipping in the sauce. My husband got steak sauce to finish his meal. I was able to eat half the steak, by dipping in the ranch. The potatoes were so bad could not eat evendrowned in butter. I knew that I should of went to Whiskey's next door. This place will be closing soon, with service like that. I want be back, too much money wasted on a meal, you could barely eat.

This bar and grill has a nice clean atmosphere. Prompt friendly wait staff. The food I wasn’t impressed with. I ordered wings for starter and one of only two burger dishes they offer. My appetizer wings came at the same time my burger came. The wings were ok. I’ve had better. Now the burger they claim to be fresh ground beef. No where close. They are def frozen, fresh is not frozen. Dry as heck and no flavor. Sorry but BK has better burgers. I will come back when I can to try some other entrees.

Within walking distance of our hotel an in-room menu states they offer a free draft if you come dine with them. Wait to be seated, there is a room at the front with some arcade games. Booth, table and bar seating. The menu has burgers, sandwiches, salads, soup and more. We got a quesadilla with steak from the app menu, a chef salad and a side salad. Food came out in good time. The side salad is a good size. The iceberg lettuce is fresh cut (not bagged) which is appreciated. Dressing on the side. The quesadilla is very cheesy. Definitely an app to share it comes with sour cream and salsa on the side. The chef salad makes an excellent dinner. Even without the added appetizer, this is plenty of food. A large container of salad dressing of your choice is on the side. Our waitress was very pleasant and kept a good eye on our needs, checking-in, refilling water and other beverages. Good food. Good value.

Not terrible, not great. Just meh. Our server was the only one on the floor and also had to do her own bussing. She was handling it with poise but there's just so much you can do when you're that short staffed. Food came out cold. She offered to remake my burger so that was nice.

Inviting place. We got here at opening time for happy hour. Party of six. Seated immediately and served right away. Our orders were taken and food received in a very reasonable time. Our server, Kylie is attentive, friendly and on the ball. The food is presentable, ample and good. The prices are reasonable. I will be coming back again excellent first time.

The service was awesome here. The staff works hard to keep you happy. The food was ok, nothing that blew me away. Didn't care for the tarter either. But the prices were affordable.

Stopped for dinner on our way through. I wanted salad, steak, and a baked potato, they delivered exactly what I was looking for. My husband had a burger that he enjoyed. I had a holiday special drink which was tasty. Service was friendly, quick, and appropriately attentive. I would go again.

Just passing through and stopped at this great place! Our bartender Lisa was phenomenal! She worked her butt off tonight. It was really busy and she delivered amazing service with a smile! Food was awesome too!

Lisa behind the bar is the best. She makes the best margaritas around. Do yourself a favor and sit there with her! Wednesday is so fun with bingo.

This is our second visit to this establishment: They where awesome the first visit 6 months ago and today they are still firing on on cylinders AWESOME JOB! The Staff happy pleasant courteous accommodating. Service fast! Atmosphere relaxing stop in and give them a try you won't be disappointed. Make sure you order a stack of onion rings there really good! And when you are there say hi to Phoebe, Payton, Hollie. Tell them Jerry and Val sent you Bon appétit

The service was amazing, our waiter was very enthusiastic and sweet, now the only thing I didn't like was the Alfredo, I love Alfredo but when I ate it it tasted almost Powdery, like it was powdered cheese but worse, it tasted nothing like Alfredo and I was quite upset, otherwise it's great, it's a nice cute place and has a western style.

Finally, I made it back to the Brickhouse. Only took me 4 months. Either way, very enjoyable! Good food, nice people, met a new friend Lisa! The bartender, and I got to see my past new friend Kylie, one of the establishments wonderful waitresses, who happened to be in tonight. Looking forward to getting back again. Hopefully, soon

We came in as a group of 30 (made a reservation of course) and the service was AMAZING! The staff handles everything with such grace and they were incredibly attentive. The food was really good too! No one had any problems with their dinner.

Out in the area for work, close to the hotel. Stopped out for dinner and a couple drinks. Had the 12oz sirloin, ( not the worst, not the best) Good price for the meal. The young lady that waited the table,(Cheyenne) paid close attention to the table she was waiting on and made sure everyone had what they needed. The one observation was the ketchup bottles, A1 sauce bottles that were brought to the table had the remnants from the last customers left on the outside of the bottles. Not a good look.

If you like chain food like TGIF or Applebees- you will probably like this. Bar food - large'ish portions. Not best quality and little to no healthy options. Very reasonably priced. Service was friendly. A little distracted. Did not get order right asked for regular sourdough bread and received Parmesan cheese sour dough. Took a while to get check at end.

Great service, great food. It is a great addition to the restaurants here in Lebanon.

The food and service were both excellent. We enjoyed the cheesy brats & fried green beans. We will be back next time we are in town.

Lisa was amazing, so attentive and efficient running the bar!! Lisa was doing it all as far as taking orders, serving food and drinks and cleaning up.

This place did not disappoint. The black and blue burger was very tasty and the onion rings were sweet, huge and delicious. The side salad was ample, and Joann our server was attentive, and very nice! Great meal!

I always enjoy going to this restaurant. Great food, and service. Full bar and some machines as well as Keno to keep you busy while you experience your dinner event. You will enjoy the restaurant. Stacia, Lisa, Hollie and staff will see to it that you have a fun, delicious time

Food was good, beer was reasonable, and Hollie was great at the bar! We all had the ribeye and no one was disappointed.
