They don't have something as simple as boxes, and the employees don't speak English and made zero effort to understand what I was looking for (namely the older guy). This seems to be the main criticism of all the other comments too. Time to do something about it.

Large hardware store for electrical, paint, plumbing, garden etc. The current staff (autumn 2017) is friendly, helpful and knows the stock, which was not the case in previous years. They make it a much better experience than it was in previous years.

Good central Bordeaux store. Average size. Tools available for use in store and hire. Also a cool glass floor showing a tower of the ancient city wall.

A store where you can find all tools to fix things at your home or garden. I had a problem because I bought the incorrect item and it was change with out problem by the staff. Thank you so much!!!
