As a core owner of Bric's suitcases and bags i can only highly recommend, brand, products of this brand but for sure now also the state of the art customer service of Bric's. Indeed, for the first time i needed to contact the customer service because of a broken wheel of one of my suitcases. Honestly, i was really sad of seeing this so much loved suitcase with the broken wheel and i was wondering what to do. When i contacted the customer service i received immediate support, they came back extraordinary quick, asking for a photo of my suitcase and based on this proposing the solution. 4 days later i had at my home - in Germany! so really quick - already a new set of wheels with a super easy instruction how to change the wheel (so not needed that you first study engineering to change the wheel ;-)). And indeed it takes not longer than a few minutes - and my suitcase is again ready to be used! Great service for a great product! A heartfelt thank you goes to Renato and his classy and quick support making this customer service experience really special for me! Grazie Renato, grazie Bric's!!!

I would like to public recognize and thank Renato Carucci - creator of Bric's care for his emergency help during my visit to Rome. When I arrived in Rome, I noticed that the zipper on my suitcase was broken. I reached out to Renato for help. I told him I was only in Rome for two more days and asked if he could fix it. After agreeing, Renato drove to my Airbnb on his motorcycle, picked up my suitcase to have it fixed. During the 2 day period, Renato kept in constant contact with me - even sending me a video of the suitcase being fixed. As promised, he returned the suitcase in time and even gave me a complimentary cover for my suitcase. I highly recommend Renato and his team. Thank you!

Renato was super helpful and kind in helping to find the replacement part that I needed for my favourite suitcase. He sent the item speedily (to Australia) and then sent me a video showing how to make the replacement! Thank you so much ❤️

Amazing service from Mr. Renato Carucci! I wrote an email to request a repair, and he replied very quickly. We talked on WhatsApp; he’s very nice and highly efficient! He sent a new wheel and a tool to me immediately, so I could repair it myself just before I left for vacation! He even helped me get a VIP card for Bric’s Care! Thank him so much! I will be a loyal customer. ~😉

I purchased the Bellagio suitcase x2 30 inches a few years back and recently the handle of one suitcase came off. I contacted Brics IT via what’s app chat and the agent whom I chatted with was beyond professional and helpful. Excellent customer service does exist and his name is Renato Carucci. Renato is a top guy. Very knowledgeable. Assisted me to order the replacement handle and when it arrived offered to call me via video what’s app to talk me through changing handle. In the end he sent me a detailed video talking me through how to replace the handle, which I did in like 5mins. This method of repairing my handle myself as opposed to sending it into a workshop that could take goodness how ever long to repair is an option that BRICS should keep as standard for customers who don’t mind DIY. It was a pleasure to deal with Renato and it gave me an opportunity to dust the cobwebs off my Italian.

The worst customer service I've received in my life. I've purchased a luggage from this store then had issues with it, an employee called Renato continuously ignored my messages, I've received zero response since July, if i had known it was this bad, i would have never purchased from them in the first place .

I asked Bric ´s for a help with replacement of old wheels of my case and within a couple of hours responded me Renato (Carucci) and was very helpful! On the next day were the ordered wheels on the way to Prague and now is my beloved case again funcional. Thanks Renato!
