Amazing service ! They were attentive and knowledgeable. Helpful in choosing our wedding bands because they have a huge selection of engagement rings, wedding bands, and jewelry in general. By far the biggest selection for men and I went to 4 different places for men's rings before this. They certify their jewelry with a certificate and promise a 1 year warranty but you can purchase a lifetime warranty should you choose to do so. Definitely worth the value for their prices.

Bought an engagement and wedding ring for my girlfriend. They used a legacy diamond that I already owned. Cathy and crew are very knowledgeable and honest. Not pushy at all, and they are there to help. They have literally hundreds if not thousands of different settings in any size or price. Much better than our experience a blue Nile Century City. I live in PDR, but It's worth the drive from the west side to the DTLA diamond district. Don't waste your time at the mall.

The jeweler who helped us didn't have our type of diamond and got all of our information down , said he'd call us back but never did. We called him but he was out to lunch and the company said he'd call us back. Never called! Very frustrating - wouldn't do business with a company who don't keep their word.

After looking for engagement rings together at a few different stores in Santa Monica, we were discouraged with the prices for lab diamonds and custom settings. They seemed ridiculously overpriced. We decided to do some research on stores in the diamond district when we found Bridal Rings Company. With so many 5 star reviews we decided to make an appointment there and we were so glad that we did!! Cathy helped us and she was so nice, knowledgable, and accommodating. She helped us select both my engagement ring and our wedding rings during two different appointments. When we went in to look at engagement rings, I had let her know that I really liked the look of elongated cushion cuts so she had many different sizes at the ready when our appointment started. I really appreciated her sharing details and facts about their lab diamonds during our appointment. It didn't take me long to find one I loved! For our wedding rings, we both tried on a variety of styles and Cathy was super patient with us as we tried to decide what we liked best. A couple things I really love about Bridal Rings Company: Their prices are reasonable for lab cut diamonds and settings. The settings are custom made to the diamond you select. They have a great recommendation for an insurance company to get your rings insured. They do complimentary ring cleaning (takes only 15 - 20 mins in the shop). And they don't just do diamond rings - my husband also bought a custom lab diamond tennis necklace for me to wear on our wedding day. They also do custom lab emerald, sapphire, and other gemstone jewelry as well! Can't say enough good things about Bridal Rings Company. I know they will be our go-to jeweler for years to come!

My girlfriend and I stopped into Bridal Rings Co in January of 2024 to look at rings and found one she absolutely loved with the help of Zoe, but unfortunately it wasn't the right time to take the leap. Fast forward to this year, I decided the time was now, but got sidetracked with moving to a new house and called Bridal Rings Co last minute to see if they had the same or similar ring as we saw before. To my surprise, Zoe picked up my call and remembered us and the ring that we looked at a year and a half before. I asked her what they had available and if there was a chance I could pick it up next day. Within an hour, Zoe had put together the perfect ring at an incredible price and was the reason I was able to propose to my now, fiance, three days later in Yosemite. I can't recommend them enough as everything from service, selection and value was phenomenal. Highly recommend and thanks again Zoe!

I actually decided I wanted an upgrade on my wedding band and Jay basically custom designed a new band for me using the existing band matching it to my exact vision at a very good and reasonable price. This is a long due review but I wanted to wait until my now fiancé proposed before I wrote the review! Basically I knew what specifications I wanted and I emailed Jay about it because my friend had purchased their wedding bands here! We set up an appointment for Friday end of today, which to my surprise wasn't that busy. This was great because we got a personal 1v1 showroom experience with Jay and I got to point at different settings I was curious about and wanted to try. Upon our arrival we were warmly greeted and Jay chatted with us just like good old friends that have not seen each other for a while and we also chatted with the rest of the team! Jay brought out two gorgeous diamonds based on my specifications and that were in the price point. One thing that we loved about Jay was that he provided excellent customer service, was honest, patient, and extremely knowledgeable which my fiancé really loved and trusted that he was firm on moving forward with Jay. I even asked him if he wanted to explore other options since it was the first jeweler we went to but my fiancé felt confident with Jay, so he knew he was making the right decision. The great thing is that Jay won't be watching you the whole time and waiting for you to jump the gun to purchase the ring, he gave us a lot of time here and there to try out the different settings and study the diamond which added to the experience. Jay is the best! You can ask all the questions you want and if certain C's matter more than others and he will give you his honest opinion, also make sure that you have a perfect cut because that's how the light goes inside the diamond and brings out all its sparkle! Jay not only cares about the 4 C's but also the symmetry, table, depth, fluorescence, and all the other diamond details that everyone doesn't pay as much attention to. Setting wise if you are unsure just ask Jay and do not hold back because he says it like it is! He will tell you which ones offer more protection for the diamond, higher/lower settings, etc. My fiancé felt like he became a diamond expert after the one hour session with Jay! The diamonds are very affordable and if you want to customize your setting, make sure to bring inspo photos to show Jay and he will turn that ring of your dreams into a reality with a more affordable price point! Also one thing I learned is trust Jay with the ring sizing, the ring might be hard to put on and take off but Jay knows how to measure. Initially I thought I should go .25 larger because it was uncomfortable putting it on and now after wearing it at home it just slips right on, if I did go .25 larger it would've been super loose on my finger. Also a nice thing is you can get 2 complimentary ring cleanings a year and Jay also tells you how to hide your ring when you pick it up especially because you are in DTLA. Another great thing is that if you ever want to upgrade your diamond for a larger one, Jay will buy back your diamond at the price you paid for it so you can trade in and pay the difference to upgrade, so definitely take that into consideration when shopping for your engagement ring! After you pick up your ring Jay will tell you which jewelry insurance they partner with, which is Jeweler Mutual so make sure to sign up for insurance online to insure your engagement ring. It's super easy! If anything happened to your diamond, it's a super easy process with the insurance to get another ring from what Jay was telling us. Also, fun fact is that Bridal Ring Company is famous for being the engagement rings that Love is Blind uses! So it'll be cool telling friends and family that you got the ring from them. I know my fiancé loves telling everyone about it when they ask about our engagement. Honestly I couldn't be more happier with the diamond Jay chose, it's unique and affordable and best of all it was sure a pleasant experience. We love Jay and everyone at Bridal Ring Company and we can't wait to visit Jay again when we look at wedding bands and you'll love the top notch customer service they provide and you'll feel part of the family after you visit them!

I called to schedule an appointment. A wonderful woman answered and helped scheduled an appointment. I mentioned that I had a diamond already and just needed a band to go along with it. She said that was no problem and that they had placeholder diamonds that could be used for visual inspection. Overall, great experience on the call. Then we went to the appointment at the designated time. A younger woman instantly told us that she could help us but she has an appointment and that once they came in, she would help them. This was during the same time as the appointment we scheduled. Then she said "where's the diamond?" And I told her that I was told they had ones we could use for visual purposes. She looked at me like I was dumb and shook her head. Then she asked me for the size of the ring, which I told her. She then stared back at me, didn't say a word, and had a judgmental look at me. Not sure where her attitude was coming from since she had diamonds there to use. And then once the other guest came in, she immediately started helping with them in such a happy and bubbly attitude. She was horrible and looking bad on it...quite rude.

Jay and his staff are great people; great prices and very very helpful. I know nothing about jewelry but they taught me the basics and in no way try to take advantage of people. Incredible place.

I have been going to this jewelers for over 30 years. I will never go any place else. The customer service is top notch and they want you to get what you want and not try to sell you something they want to sell you. I have bought items from their cases and have had several custom items done. More important then anything you will not get this type of quality for the price you pay any place else. What makes this jeweler special definitely comes from the top down. Jay and his wife are the kind of business owners who I'm sure have long-standing customers that have become friends. I actually think of them and wonder how they are doing--sometimes for no reason, and sometimes, naturally, when putting on this gorgeous piece, sparkling on my middle finger (lost weight Lol). I get compliments on my wedding ring all the time, and I still love it as much as the day I got it. We initially purchased with Kathy 24 years ago for our wedding, came back 20 years later for a new set (after I accidentally ran over my ring- ladies don't ever take your ring off to put lotion), guess who's still there to help us - Kathy! FF to Christmas (24 years later) and Kathy helped us upgrade my center stone! Ultimately, Bridal Rings treated us so well and inspired confidence, and so I brought the ideas that I knew she wanted and Jay said they could do it. My wife wanted all lab-grown, and they helped me pick out the perfect oval diamond and also used lab grown side stones for the hidden halo. My fiancée loved it. We went back to BRC a few months later to pick out wedding bands. This was a more straightforward process and we picked out the features we wanted and let the team get to work. After picking up the bands I realized that my band didn't have the brushed finish I wanted (because I knew I would be beating it up). I brought it back and they brushed it on the spot. 5 minutes later and it had the exact look I was hoping for. Yes, I've already scratched it, but they said bring it back anytime to re-brush it if necessary!

i received a 1.5 ct round solitaire for my bday/xmas gift from my husband. It was a simple setting and I wanted a little more bling. I have been referring friends and family to Cathy at Bridal Rings Co for years but I never purchased anything from Cathy. With the new diamond, I made an appt to see Cathy to get a new setting. I brought my friend and her daughter (who also purchased her engagement ring from Cathy). Cathy was very good at making sure she took care of me first. She asked what I was looking for and knew not to look for a setting that would look like another wedding ring. I told her i would like sapphires on the side or as accents to the diamond. She brought out 3-4 settings and the first one she showed me was the one that i loved the most. She took my solitaire and the new setting to get them to be worked on and also took my wedding rings to get dipped and cleaned. As soon as I was taken care of, she put her attention on my friend and took care of her needs (resizing of rings, cleaning and a new setting for a stone from another ring). Her daughter got her ring dipped and cleaned. Cathy's service is exceptional. She will help you choose the ring you want. Her knowledge of diamonds isn't just about the 4Cs. She has in-depth knowledge and can educate you and help you understand the characteristics of a diamond so that you know what you're buying and you can decide how to buy your diamond. The team members are also very nice and friendly. They're not snooty like some other places are when you're not working w/them specifically I can't tell you how many people i have referred who raved so much about BRC, the staff, and especially Cathy. Leaving happy, with a peace of mind on their purchase and feeling warmly welcomed helps to be repeat customers and repeated referrals.
