We stayed at the charming Cottages this past weekend . It was so much fun and so charming. The general manager , Kim was fantastic to work with. So helpful and accommodating. Our Cottage was exceptionally clean and kitchen well stocked with the necessary equipment. I loved the king sized bed in our room! Slept like a baby with the most amazing pillows -should have found out what they were!! We will definitely be staying there again

We had a fantastic time at Bridge Street Cottages in Bigfork! Kim was so nice and the location is just perfect. It's just a block from wonderful restaurants and galleries and just a short walk to a terrific trail that goes along a lake. The cottage itself was fantastic. It's so quiet and peaceful. Our cottage was right on the river. We would definitely stay again and we would recommend this place to anyone.

Bridge Street Cottages is truly one of our favorite places in all of Montana. Every stay feels peaceful, beautiful, and incredibly relaxing. The cottages are spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully designed, and the whole property has this serene, tucked-away feel that makes it easy to unwind. At the same time, you’re only a one-minute walk from Electric Avenue, where you can grab great food, coffee, and do a little shopping. It’s the perfect balance of quiet retreat and convenient access to everything Bigfork has to offer. We absolutely love it here and look forward to every visit.

Our experience with Bridge Street turned out wonderfully. The property itself is spotless, well-kept, and perfectly located—close to town yet peaceful. It’s clear the new management truly cares about their guests and takes pride in the details. They personally reached out and promptly refunded a small charge from our stay. We’ll absolutely stay here again!

A truly charming location, nestled in the trees and next to the river. Had an incredible time listening to the river in front of the fireplace. VERY quiet, clean and the location is perfect to walk to the cool shops and restaurants/bars. Shops and restaurants do close early, so plan accordingly. We will definitely be back to visit!

I’ve been staying at these cabins for about 10 years & this is the only place I want to stay. The views are stunning, especially with a river cabin. The amenities & furniture are perfect for a short or long term stay. The staff is extraordinary & very thoughtful. These cabins are a home away from home & I will forever be staying at these cabins adorable little cottages.

We were in Bigfork for a wedding. Wedding right down the road 1 mike at Flathead lake ranch. ||Cottages are perfect. Large, clean quiet. Large selection of kerug coffee. One of the biggest bathrooms, 2 sinks large area for toiletries ||Swan River walking trail half mile away. Small village of Bigfork just steps away. We had breakfast at pocketstone cafe and it was delicious. Other places in town look good as well. All within 5-10 minute walk. ||Couldn’t recommend more!

Yelp
I can't say anything to accurately describe my visit here to Bridge Street Cottages other than FLAWLESS. My wife and I are from California and were on a Montana road trip celebrating her 30th birthday when we stumbled upon this wonderful gem. We drove and ended up in the quaint town of Bigfork, which we both loved. I walked into the Cottage's office and was met with the brightest smile from any employee I'd come across in a long time. Sally was pleasantly welcoming and made me feel as if I was coming home from college after not seeing my own mom. We talked it up for about 15 minutes before I even asked if there were any rooms available. She told me there were two, one standard cottage with a small kitchenette area and a full cottage with the whole shebang. She even insisted on showing me both units. We walked into the full cottage and was at a loss for words. The place was nicer and bigger than my house. Then off to the smaller one, and just as cool! Here's the run down. Full size cottage seemed to be about 1k square ft of living space. Large living room with a tv and fireplace but why watch TV, back porch where we spent 75% of our time, full kitchen, stove, sink, coffee maker, every utensil, pot and pan you'll need, his and her bathroom sinks, large bathroom and shower, so much to list!! Smaller cottage was about 600 square ft without the full living room and kitchen. I did see the coffee maker, nice bathroom and small love seat. I would have been perfectly happy staying in this room, but your wife only turns 30 once. Back at the office for paper work and I was fortunate enough to meet the owner Walt. Such a nice guy. Can't say I've run into nicer people who treated us like family. My wife and I hope to truly make this place a tradition until I can convince her to move up that way.

Yelp
This place is a beautiful place to stay, we stayed in a deluxe cabin, it is clean, one of the cleanest places I've ever stayed, well appointed, with everything you need. My disappointment is with Abigail, she will never answer the phone during business hours, she did return my call once, maybe twice, but then she stated she prefers to text. I mentioned I don't like to text and email, I prefer to speak with someone to ask my questions. I call and of course leave a message stating I'd like to ask one more question. If you call me back I won't call again. It seems as a customer I'm more of a bother, after leaving that message of course I don't get a call, I get a text, right after asking please call me, and I won't call again. Thirty minutes later I get a text, which I will leave in a photo at the end, stating this is the best way to communicate with me, even though I asked for a call. So the whole time we're there I never call, because I feel I'm more of a burden then a customer. So when I check out I go to the office three times, to ask a question on checking out, it's open, but nobody there. I walk the property can't find anyone, so I call at 10:14AM, of course no answer, so I leave a note on the desk stating I'm checking out. Again, great place to stay, and if you don't like personable service you will love this place.

Yelp
I am so disappointed with the management of the cottages - I cannot caution you enough to not book here. I had been in communication with the woman who manages the front desk, Abigail, for months regarding a block of rooms for my wedding. I wish I had read the other reviews sooner. She had initially agreed to hold the rooms through the end of the year, which was more than appreciated. Unfortunately, she reached back out multiple times demanding that we have our guests book sooner, which we were compliant with as we were still very excited to stay here and use it as a space to enjoy our wedding festivities. The problems really started when Abigail became incredibly difficult to get ahold of, as she would rarely answer the phone during business hours, and if she did it seemed as if she was inconvenienced by the request to book a room for our wedding guests. Additionally, she took down the reservation of one of our guests in July (well within her tightened timeframe) and then proceeded to lose the reservation and allow two other people who had no affiliation with our wedding party to book rooms that were already spoken for, and refused to remedy the situation in an honest and reasonable manner. Despite asking for email verification of our reservations, no documentation was ever provided. When asked to remedy the situation of our guests being displaced by a scheduling error by the cottages, Abigail refused to answer my phone calls (during business hours) and only communicated via a series of rude emails. Threats were made to cancel our entire reservation, and she continually suggested that we book elsewhere. Her offer to "fix" the situation was continually evolving and the offers were increasingly worse, rather than honoring her original commitment with us to save the rooms until our party had booked, at which point the remaining cabins could be opened to the public. The final conversation I had with Abigail was when she finally called me back and screamed at me through the phone, refusing to engage in a cordial conversation, insisting that I would be happier staying somewhere else. We finally realized that our wedding weekend and money would be better spent elsewhere that treats their customers with respect and kindness. I cannot emphasize enough how horrible this experience was, and I would strongly caution anyone against booking here in the future. The volatile nature of the staff is truly appalling.

Yelp
Wonderful Cottage So comfortable, clean, peaceful and roomy. The bed was amazing. We enjoyed our stay at Bridge St Cottages very much.

Yelp
We haven't even been here 24 hours, but this place sure feels like home! From the minute we arrived, we knew we made an awesome choice booking a cottage at this place. The room is absolutely perfect! The porch is so peaceful, and the location is within walking distance to all the shops, restaurants & galleries in town. We're already planning a return trip & hope to make this place our summer escape every year!!! S

Sandy H.

Yelp
Wonderful place to get away from the outside world. The cottages are beautifully furnished and the employees are so friendly and helpful. We plan to be back next summer.

Yelp
We just love the Cottages! Not just because of the rooms and the amenities but the amazing staff! So helpful and kind with changes of reservations and details. Thank you for your great service!

Yelp
Wonderful cottages. We stayed in the Pheasant Cottage. Super cute and right on the river. Up to date amenities (even a washer dryer and full BBQ grill on the deck) so you can stay in if you would like, but it's walking distance of town, so it's very convenient. Going off on the amenities, there is a heater in EVERY room which is really nice when it's freezing. You can heat up the main bathroom plus shower area (two seprate heaters) really quick, so you don't freeze. I know they have AC too, but it was too cold for us to use. The mattress in this cottage is a tempurpedic knock off, so I actually got a good nights sleep after sleeping on spring for the last 4 nights. We're definitely coming back!

Nadia B.

Yelp
My parents, my husband and I rented 2 one bedroom suites in connecting rooms. Unfortunately, my parents who were staying in cottage #22 couldn't sleep all night because the AC unit was continuously dripping fluid and soaking the carpet below. We spoke with Abigail (manager) the following morning about the leaking AC unit. She appeared to be very bothered and said she would place a call to a repair service but wasn't sure when they would be able to come out. My husband graciously tried to troubleshoot the problem for more than an hour including cleaning out the dirty filters. I expressed my concern to Abigail that I don't want my elderly parents not sleeping another night due to a constant dripping noise and AC not working to which she replied, "Why don't you switch rooms with your parents and let them sleep?" Needless to say I was applauded by her response. Thankful the HVAC repair man did come by and fix the issue. Abigail refunded $50 begrudgingly for the inconvenience which is ridiculous considering we paid $225/night per room and stayed for 4 nights. Overall, cute and clean cottages in a convenient location, but absolutely horrible customer service from Abigail. We will never stay here again.

Yelp
We loved Bridge Street Cottages in Bigfork, MT! We stayed in Pheasant, cottage number 11. It's one of the river cottages. It was amazing and cozy; home away from home. They put care into every detail, inside furniture and decor and with the flowers and landscape outside. We spent hours on our porch listening to the river and relaxing. We've only been home minutes, and I'm missing it. The staff was very kind and helpful, and we lucked out and had the Bigfork Arts Festival just up the street. We took two day-trips to Glacier National Park, a 45 minute drive to hike and to sightsee. My first trip to Montana and to Bridge Street Cottages. It won't be my last. 5 Stars!

Yelp
Unkind and unreliable staff. We had planned on spending our wedding night here, but we were mistaken to trust Bridge Street Cottages with our reservation. They mangled our long awaited reservations, and were very unkind when we called them after hours. They might be okay if you are native to Montana, but we felt that they were very prejudiced and unhelpful; we advise against trusting them! Thankfully, they did refund us our money +1 star. Make sure to pay close attention to your email confirmation, and do not trust their word to do as asked.

Yelp
We had about twenty people coming into town for our daughter's wedding. Margie at the Brumar Estate told us about this place. We ended up renting 9 of their 12 cottages. Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE, commented on how great the property was and how perfect the cottages were.Shelly was a pleasure to work with, and with the location, everything that we needed could be reached by a 3 minute walk or drive. We stayed in #13, one of the cottages right on the little river...very peaceful. The bed was very comfortable, and even the pullout couch was extremely comfortable for those who slept on it. If you are staying in the Bigfork area, this is the place for you! Be sure to eat as many times as you can at the Pocketstone Cafe...pancakes and breakfast burritos especially!

Georgia P.

Yelp
Cozy, clean, nice bathroom, roomy, nice TVs, perfect location, friendly staff, and best of all, it's right along the river and you can hear water rushing by. We have stayed here for 3 years in a row and wouldn't consider staying anywhere else.

Jay C.

Yelp
Book early and ask for a cottage with the river view. Kim and I have been here for nearly a week and we hate to leave. Every attention to detail has been addressed by the owners. The shower is hot with great pressure, the beds are comfortable, hot coffee, internet, and all within walking distance of everything you need.

Nick N.

Yelp
My wife and I stayed here for a nice getaway from Whitefish. The room was amazing. They had everything you needed in the newly remodeled cabin. It was very clean and peaceful. From the faucets to the fans, everything was new and nice. Very nice choice in brands were used. Quite impressive. The staff there was great. This place is a hidden gem!

Yelp
Great cottages, great service and a great setting in Big Fork, MT. I will definitely return on my next trip to Big Fork.

Jade W.

Yelp
What an amazing place and so affordable! We have two small children and it was perfect for all four of us! Very new and clean an oh so cozy! We had plenty of room to spread out and it was a short walk to downtown Bigfork and plenty of places to eat and shop! We will for sure be staying here in the future!!

Christie B.

Yelp
I agree with the person who was reluctant to write a review because he didn't want to let everyone know how great it is for fear there won't be a room next time he needs one. These cottages are worth driving a few miles to get to if you are anywhere near Bigfork. Clean and you will want for nothing. Five star accommodation. What for the off-season specials!
