Daughter has been a missing person for almost 2 years and is presenting in a state where she cannot correctly self identify or understand basic questions. After 15++ hours in the ER was transferred to Bridges - by MY signed authorization. Even after conversations with the treating Staff at the ER Bridges staff lies about their identity, capabilities and protocols, give false names, "Lisa" tried to change her voice, then refused to give information and denies ever speaking with the case workers TWICE at the ER. Filing complaint with the state.

Most ot the staff here are really rude to patients, have no compassion and don't even want to help you. Bridges definitely needs better staff and to stop hiring individuals that are only there for a paycheck. The following RNs were terrible: Nurse Brett, Nurse Guss, staff Tyrus, Nurse Rebecca, Nurse Robert, & Nurse Jhun. These following nurses were not professional cared mostly about fraternizing with other employees and being on their personal phones then genuinely tending to their patients which is truly unprofessional on so many levels, they all should he fired. They talk down to patients and act like patients are beneath them. I also seen several staff members making fun of patients and laughing at them which is beyond ridiculous! If I could give this place a 0 I would. The Del Amo CtC unit was way better than this facility and had they not been booked that's where I would've preferred to go. Doctors at this facility also make it seem like if your there on a voluntary basis and not a hold your health concerns are not important and they just rather find a way to make you leave the facility. I'm highly upset about all of this and I will make complaints about this place until it is shut down completely someday. Patients deserve to be treated with dignity and respect Bridges does not provide that at all and they have a huge issue with medicating patients with shots instead of truly helping them in the long run. I was only here for a week and it was horrible. To everyone out in the world stay far away from this facility at all cost.
