Today I was there sharing my life story about where I been and where I am now so far they all seem like good people plus they do try their hardest to help me so all i can do is keep praying for the best for me from Ms. Sharon Harmon

Since relocating back to home. This resource office, has helped me get on the housing list. I am very much appreciative for their help!! The security and friendly staff do their best everyday to provide amenities for the surrounding communities. The bus even turned around for me and my peers. How cool was that!! Thank you guys for helping and much success going forward.... Well after falling off the wheel a few times guess who's still making progress despite my short fallings and feeling like a circus elephant!!! At least I still have a place to receive mail.

This place was extremely disappointing. I went here once for services and the employees were embarrassingly casual and cutting up like it was high school. The place was disorganized and a total mess. There was no order whatsoever. I applied for help with housing and never received a call either. I would not go here to save my life.

Amazing people they helped me get into a place when I was on the streets I love that place Brenda, is an amazing woman she really is my angel...

Went there today seeking help for a family member.Initially security attempted to turn us away saying to come back at 1 pm. The a nice professional woman came to the door as we started to walk away. She began to question what it was that we needed. She was so so kind and spoke kindly to my family member (building a rapport) she then told us what was needed and to come back in the Am after fulfilling the instructions that she had given. I believe that she was the intake specialist because we asked her was she the counselor and her reply was no. Anyway I’m praying that they are able to assist us in anyway needed. I’m looking forward to being a support to my family member💕

It was just fine. Impressed with how smoothly it went.

Someone referred me here for rental assistance I had an eviction letter. Arrived at 8:30am Had to stand in the rain for over an hour because they said no workers came in yet. When someone did arrive they asked everyone what they were there for. I stated rental assistance for back rent some others stated they needed security deposit, to which they replied they only had funding right now for back rent no security deposits. When I finally was let in filled out the application and was told ms stevens or whoever was not in today and would give you a call. I never received a call. I called for two weeks, they never answered, I left voicemails they never returned my call. Not even a courtesy call to let me know I was denied or they were out of funding. Very sad and unprofessional, thank god I came up with majority of the money and was able to get a payment arrangement at court.
