Bridgetown Hotel

Dinner Friday night busy but staff fantastic. Quick service at the bar. Food sensational. I ordered the Scotch Fillet Medium - perfectly cooked. Highly recommend ⭐️

A beautiful old hotel, quiet and stunning in the centre of town. Excellent service, a cake fridge I could live and a continental breakfast (that included a range of Carmen nut bars!) 11/10. Awesome bed and huge room, a bargain. Pub doesn't do it justice- a beautiful old hotel, with an outstanding restaurant!

Went in looking for dinner and numerous staff actively ignored us, avoiding eye contact and moving around us without engaging. When i did reach a staff member they asked me to wait a moment while she finished a task, which was no issue, 3 other staff were actively in the area ignoring us whilst i waited for her. When we were attended the staff were so disinterested we went elsewhere. Staff at The Freo were far more welcoming and friendly. I recommend crossing the road and going there

Stayed upstairs and it was fun for the family. Rooms aren’t amazing but they are clean and as expected for an old pub. Food at the pub was nice. Great location. Would stay again.

Disgraceful accommodation. Air conditioners that leak. Rooms that are not up to standard toilets that play up. Incorrect room descriptions.Cant understand why anyone would stay there. No one interested, the place is a mess. Breakfast room dirty. Don't go or stay at this place go to another if you cant find anywhere to stay an absolute rip off. Can't even order off the menu....they don't have it. Delapadated place.

Great value for money. Rooms are humble but the beds were comfy and the bathroom was modern. For $160 a night in a tourist town, no complaints at all. Was very happy with the restaurant experience aswell. The staff were lovely and the service was great. Food was affordable, came out quick and the chef nailed it every time. I had the steak sandwich, the chicken parmigiana, and the fish and chips. The only nit pick I had was that the salad dressing on the salad that came with the parmigiana and fish and chips was pretty much just olive oil, other than that everything was fantastic. Highlights for me were the fish, which was crispy and golden; and the wedges that came with the steak sandwich. They also have a range of beers brewed on site. I tried the pale ale, rice lager and amber ale. All were amazing. A little on the pricey side at $14.50 a pint, but that seems to be the case every where you go at the moment. Lastly, they provide a complimentary self serve continental breakfast if you stay there. I was pleasantly surprised with this. I was expecting stale pastries and cereal but was greeted with fresh bread, a range of cereals, a nescafe pod machine, and a range of yoghurts and fruits.

Went to the restaurant hoping to get dinner with the wife just ten minutes before their opening. Was not acknowledged the moment we stepped in even though there were staff behind the counter and just a few patrons. Asked for the menu but was told the chef is still deciding. What restaurant decides on the menu just ten minutes before opening?. Went to our seats ourselves and was totally ignored. We got the vibe that they didn’t want us there. After a while we felt it’s not worth it and went down to next restaurant down the the road. Is it because we are visitors from singapore? Hmmmmm.

I was double charged for my meal. I was told that my first card payment had declined so I paid from my other card. I immediately checked both online accounts and saw both payments from each bank. I raised this with the Manager and he declined to assist me. I will never go back to this hotel for a meal. Rubbish customer service.

We were just driving through on our way to Denmark. I was absolutely starving and we stopped here for takeout food. They have AWESOME pizza. I was pleasantly surprised. Ordered a small margherita pizza and I really enjoyed it. Thin crust that was cooked perfectly. Toppings were delicious. We had a drink at the bar while we waited and the place is a really old yet quaint building.

Was shocked to be charged $81 for 1 medium and 2 large pizzas. Got home (1 min away) to open cold pizzas with little toppings and burnt chicken. Not good enough in this day and age. Horrible experience

The best eatery in Bridgetown, despite it being a pub, the owners have put a lot of effort into keeping the restaurant section up to scratch. The only place I eat in town. Accommodation also available.
