Bridgetown Hotel

Lunch visit only My husband and I popped in for a late lunch on a Thursday. The restaurant and bar were very quiet and had a nice feel; modern but with some character. The fire places would have been lovely if there were on, if they work? TVs are distracting, but if there was a game on it would be good. Desserts looked great. The Menu was good and reasonably priced. Vege burger was good and pumpkin and goats cheese pizza was really delicious and nice dough. Left full and happy.

We didn't stay here but popped in for dinner early one evening during our stay nearby. Really great steak sandwich, well cooked and nice and tender. Great portion of potato wedges too. My partner and son both enjoyed their meals too. Will come again when back in the area

I asked if they had Guinness and was given a blank 'No'. I said to serve someone else while I decided, and noticed a stout on tap. Good service would have been 'No, but we do have a stout on tap, would you like a taste?' Had the burger, which would've been fine but for the frozen burger patty. Unacceptable for such a venue; lovely, well kept old building with a nice atmosphere.

Thank you so much David, enjoyed the most amazing meal, scotch fillet cooked to perfection thank you for all the care you put into your cooking. To the rest of the staff at the Bridgey you are fabulous and a credit to the good ole fashion service. We look forward to seeing you all again soon.

Very rude ignorant, girl behind counter and old fella that's obviously manager owner..overpriced for something I wouldn't serve my family on my bad day.seriously if you treat people like there not upper class enough to be in your hotel at least have upper class service and food..considering we've spent close to 200$ on crap..not even a thank you or gratitude..never again. Oh by the way local too..I'd rather bp servo. They got more class and food quality. And value for money

Upgraded to Quadruple room for the 2 of us but now at the end of the building it was noisy 24 hours not just from the road trains passing through but also the refrigeration machinery right outside. There was no hot water and the rooms have seen better days - tired would be an apt description. Meals are limited choice but high quality. Breakfast is basic but if you’re not in early you’ll likely have no cups or glasses to use as it’s all self service (no staff on so no asking for assistance either). Nespresso coffee from a machine but it was barely tepid. Overall a little disappointed noting the price they ask.

We have visited many times and the pub meals have never disappointed. Highly recommend popping in for a meal during your stay in the Bridgetown area.

Don't stay at this hotel unless you are prepared to bath/shower in cold, brown water, sleep in stained bed linen with holes in & walk on a filthy carpet. Then to add further insult, the owner Nick does not respond to any of your phone calls to discuss your complaint. Instead you get a very rude person called Peter who identified himself as the manager until he finds out you want to complain & then suddenly he is not.

We were just driving through on our way to Denmark. I was absolutely starving and we stopped here for takeout food. They have AWESOME pizza. I was pleasantly surprised. Ordered a small margherita pizza and I really enjoyed it. Thin crust that was cooked perfectly. Toppings were delicious. We had a drink at the bar while we waited and the place is a really old yet quaint building.

Was shocked to be charged $81 for 1 medium and 2 large pizzas. Got home (1 min away) to open cold pizzas with little toppings and burnt chicken. Not good enough in this day and age. Horrible experience

The best eatery in Bridgetown, despite it being a pub, the owners have put a lot of effort into keeping the restaurant section up to scratch. The only place I eat in town. Accommodation also available.
