Refused to accommodate victim of domestic violence under police protection. Instead of offering support and understanding, they refused to accommodate this woman’s situation, showing a complete lack of compassion for those in need. If you are a woman, or if you care about the safety and well-being of women and vulnerable individuals, I strongly advise you to avoid this property. It is disheartening to see a business so complacent when it comes to protecting women, especially in a country where approximately 2 women lose their lives to domestic violence every week. Please consider supporting establishments that demonstrate empathy and concern for the safety of all their guests Personal note for John, I wonder how you sleep at night, I’m pleased for you that you’ve never had to fear for yours and your children’s lives at the hands of a dangerous abuser, keep an eye on the news, I’m sure you watch it being a boomer, every woman you see killed this year I hope you remember this interaction and consider if you now personally have blood on your hands.

Staff are so very rude. The location is the ONLY perk, The linen and beds were stained, the doonah weres filthy. 1 roll of toilet paper for 3 bedroom unit. You have to pay for more. The room smelt mouldy and disgusting $200 deposit told will be released to us on departure which it wasn’t. Have contacted banks and the hotel has not released it! The staff do not care. Very expensive for what it was

Booked a 3 bedroom apartment 5 months ago, go to check in “oh we overbooked” they eventually gave us a 1 bedroom and a 2 bedroom which yeah fine but annoying when you’ve travelled for a girls weekend away. The rooms were awful. Fan in bedroom either works on cyclone speed or barely moves. Door to balcony needs to be reoiled as kept jamming. We paid $900 for 2 nights and the service and amenities were far from worth that price

Absolutely horrible place. Old and falling apart. The kettle inside was filthy and I asked for a new one. The lady at reception said I can’t do anything about that housekeeping can tomorrow. And they didn’t come. The showers were absolutely filthy. I purchased bleach to clean them. The table on the balcony was glass and was about to fall and smash. We were too scared to go near it. It says free parking on the website and we were charged for parking. The book and sign on the wall said some Foxtel channels. When I asked the lady said oh yes we haven’t gotten around to changing them. We don’t have them anymore. The bedrooms didn’t have any air con and they were boiling hot. The only good thing about this place is the location. Would definitely not recommend.

Location is amazing, but this place could be so much better if it was maintained a bit more (it’s pretty old/run down inside). The WiFi is horrible - like actually making it difficult to get anything done. Shame. Pool is nice and well maintained, location is awesome.

Fantastic location, apartments are great and the pool is amazing. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Please don’t rely on the negative reviews. I booked here for a work trip and read reviews after I had booked. So it was fair to say I was a little apprehensive upon my arrival. Well I was blown away by how great this place is, my apartment was clean and spacious with great City views. Really would have trouble believing the negative reviews on here, this is great complex. Awesome restaurants and shops right outside your door .. just a really nice place to stay. This will be my go too for future business trips to Brisbane. Don’t believe the haters or keyboard warriors You must check this place out .. will not disappoint!!!

I would avoid this apartment at all cost we were a family of 5 adults travelling. I don’t believe that I have ever seen an apartment that was so bad. It was the smell leading to the lifts with dirty carpets. Everything looked old and tired. We had booked 3 small apartments. I refused to stay there and ended up at the Constance which was lovely. I was charged for one night which I was furious about but I booked with booking.com the Manager Gerard was kind and tried to help but it was awful. It has taken me a long time to write this review as I was so upset.
