Bridgewater Hotel, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

Rooms: I have a nice king room that’s clean and well kept. It’s just me so the space isn’t an issue as I use it for nothing more than a place to lay my head and shower. Shower is a tad small but I’m no small framed individual (6’ and 320lbs) and still fit fine. Room service: they’re amazing, they know we work an odd schedule and sleep during the day. They have been amazingly accommodating to our odd schedules and come back later in the day to check on our rooms as to not wake us early in the morning. We didn’t request this, they just did this on their own. Close walking distance to multiple restaurants and evening venues. I highly suggest Bobby’s across the way, 12/10 restaurant. Front desk is very friendly.

I would stay here again! The hotel is a simple clean hotel, but goes above and beyond with the airport shuttle, food lists, and safety. the shuttle was easy to arrange for our 2 am arrival and the driver was very friendly and helpful with things to do while in town. We were there during a holiday so they gave us a list of restaurants that would be open during the holidays. Very Helpful! I felt safe staying there since we needed our room key to enter the building after hours and to use the elevator. They also provide car plug ins during the cold months. it is also a hotel that many tour companies pick up at!! The picture is the view from our room

Stayed 2 nights in Fairbanks. Beds need new mattresses. Hotel is ready for a major refresh especially electrically! We ran microwave in room while fellow roommate was using blow dryer & fuse blew! No AC all tiny window units that smell musty moldy. Room smelled like grease & oil.

Upon arriving at the hotel At 1 AM, we were greeted by the Front Desk Supervisor, Aleta, Who was extremely helpful and in such great spirits, despite how late it was. We soon realize that she and her entire staff, including Stephanie and Madison are true service providers even before arrival they were very helpful answering questions about the hotel. Location is excellent and walking distance from restaurants and shops in downtown Fairbanks. They provide a 24 hour free shuttle to and from the airport. The rooms,lobby and hallways are extremely clean and updated. They provide coffee, tea, hot cocoa, apple cider every morning until 11 AM. We love this hotel and the staff, and we definitely highly recommend them to all our friends visiting Fairbanks!!

The staff were very nice and welcoming. Appreciated coffee available in the lobby in the morning. Bathrooms were updated, but room had a musty odor. Bed was very comfortable. Check out process was quick and easy. Staff ensured there was fresh coffee in the lobby.

Rooms were tidy and clean, front desk were very kind, cozy hotel! I loved the view towards downtown and the Chena River! Easy for pick up from the local Guides and Lyft. Nice restaurant on the back on the hotel. Walking distance from museums, USPS office, etc.

Adequate. An inexpensive hotel that served well as a landing pad but wouldn't have wanted to hang out here. Clean but tired. No idea how it stacks against other Fairbanks hotels. Pros: Central location. Above average in room coffee. Friendly staff with useful info. Airport shuttle driver stopped to show us the aurora along the way. Cons: Lackluster radiant heat. Weak bathroom vent and a virtually binary hot/cold control in the shower - definitely adjust before stepping in. Bed had a big dip in the matress. No breakfast.

I would return to the Bridgewater for all my Fairbanks stays. The staff are great and Candace is exceptional. Knowledgeable about restaurants, activities and shopping in the area within walking distance. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. They have a refrigerator, microwaves, coffee pot, tv and wi-fi. There’s a little shop in the hotel to buy snacks, drinks and Alaska gifts. The room prices are also a bonus. Highly recommend.
