I am writing to express my heartfelt appreciation for one of your outstanding train attendants, Alejandra, who made my recent journey an unforgettable experience. During a Sunday morning stroll with a group of ten friends, we were fortunate to have Alejandra as our attendant. For many of us, it was our first time traveling with your service, and her exceptional knowledge and friendliness truly eased our minds about travel times and what to expect. Her informative nature was incredibly reassuring, especially for those of us who were feeling a bit anxious about the trip. Alejandra's attentiveness to our group did not go unnoticed. She was quick to respond to our questions and never seemed overwhelmed or upset despite the busy atmosphere. It was clear that she genuinely cared about making our experience enjoyable. Personally, I was very impressed by her professionalism and dedication; it transformed my first experience into something truly special. Because of this wonderful experience, I have already booked another trip with my husband, and I am looking forward to it with great excitement! I love Brightline and use it often, but I had an issue on my recent trip. I bought a ticket from Miami to Orlando, but due to a change in plans, I ended up boarding at Aventura instead. Unfortunately, my QR code didn’t work at the gate. I think it would be much more convenient if tickets were valid for boarding at any station along the route between the origin and final destination — sometimes plans change unexpectedly. Special thanks to the agent at the station who kindly helped me and reissued my ticket. Excellent customer service like that really makes a difference. I hope Brightline considers adding more flexibility in the future — the service overall is great!

Simple boarding process, all very clear, very comfortable. Easy to take short trips. Make sure you buy the smart comfort, its worth it. Clean space, spacious. If you dont want the hassle of airports, come and take a ride...

The train was comfortable and the seats/tables were spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Restrooms were clean and not cramped. Boarding was efficient. Staff at the Aventura and Orlando terminals were very friendly as well. Great first-time experience and can't wait to do it again!

Everything was great, from the moment we arrived at the station for our departure in Aventura to our arrival in Orlando. Friendly helpful staff, clean and comfortable waiting area, helpful staff on the platform organising you to stand were your coach number would stop, clean and spacious trains, with plenty of space for luggage, fast and efficient system for mobile food and drink orders. We are from the UK and the Brightline service is head and shoulders better than anything you get there, not to mention cheaper. The equivalent length journey in the UK would easily cost 4x more and for old, dirty and over crowded trains. Would highly recommend this service to anyone travelling between Miami or surrounding areas to Orlando.

If you're traveling to or from Aventura on Brightline, avoid Coaches 7-10. The doors DO NOT OPEN and staff don’t bother telling you until the train is already pulling in. You’re given 120 seconds to grab your stuff and sprint through multiple coaches. I was in Coach 10, and by the time I made it to the right door, the train had already started moving again. When approaching a staff member, I received sarcastic, & unhelpful responses like, “Well, I made it up here in that time.” Yeah, you also knew it was coming and weren’t lugging around luggage through 4 coaches. This could be easily avoided, brightline should simply not sell tickets to passengers traveling to Aventura, or at the very least, give people a heads-up at the stop before (Fort Lauderdale), so we can begin to move through the coaches with an adequate amount of time. What would’ve been an otherwise premium experience, was ruined by the utter lack of consideration and sheer indifference for passengers.
