I've rode brightline like a good 30 times or so from Orlando to Fort Lauderdale or Miami, my husband and I love it. This is the first time I mess up. I accidentally got on the wrong train since my station had 2 trains arrive at the same time, and I was a bit distracted by something else. I noticed my mistake but the doors closed and it was too late to switch to my correct train. I got on the south bound train that left around 3:20 when I was supposed to get on the northbound train, I was super worried and scared but the 2 gentleman on southbound premium coach 2 were helpful and caring. They offered me water to calm down and some wet towellettes. They shared with me what to do, having them be so caring helped calm my nerves. Not proud to say that I did tear up a little but I am glad I had them. They did communicate with the train and station as for the mixup. I got off at the next station at Aventura and asked for help. Every interaction I had with the team at Brightline Aventura was great, everyone was super nice and helpful. The team that worked between 3:30pm and 5:00pm was espectacular. I did have to wait about an hour and a half for the next train but that is normal and expected. Everyone from the security team, to the guest relations, to the person refilling the premium lounge were great. Super friendly and helpful, and caring. Thank you to the Brightline Aventura Team! And the 2 gentleman southbound coach 2 around 3:20pm (from Fort lauderdale) on Saturday October 18!!

I am writing to express my heartfelt appreciation for one of your outstanding train attendants, Alejandra, who made my recent journey an unforgettable experience. During a Sunday morning stroll with a group of ten friends, we were fortunate to have Alejandra as our attendant. For many of us, it was our first time traveling with your service, and her exceptional knowledge and friendliness truly eased our minds about travel times and what to expect. Her informative nature was incredibly reassuring, especially for those of us who were feeling a bit anxious about the trip. Alejandra's attentiveness to our group did not go unnoticed. She was quick to respond to our questions and never seemed overwhelmed or upset despite the busy atmosphere. It was clear that she genuinely cared about making our experience enjoyable. Personally, I was very impressed by her professionalism and dedication; it transformed my first experience into something truly special. Because of this wonderful experience, I have already booked another trip with my husband, and I am looking forward to it with great excitement! I believe that employees like Alejandra are invaluable assets to your team and greatly enhance the overall customer experience.

I love Brightline and use it often, but I had an issue on my recent trip. I bought a ticket from Miami to Orlando, but due to a change in plans, I ended up boarding at Aventura instead. Unfortunately, my QR code didn’t work at the gate. I think it would be much more convenient if tickets were valid for boarding at any station along the route between the origin and final destination — sometimes plans change unexpectedly. Special thanks to the agent at the station who kindly helped me and reissued my ticket. Excellent customer service like that really makes a difference. I hope Brightline considers adding more flexibility in the future — the service overall is great!

Google
First time riding the Brightline from Aventura to Boca. Very clean, efficient, and excellent customer service/ hospitality. I got a little nervous returning because some of the doors didn't work, and you couldn't get off through those doors. I had to walk from train #8 to #3 to get off. It looked like I was about to get left. When you experience delays like that, please be mindful of giving riders some extra time. Also, always make sure there's no trash on the escalator. An elderly lady slipped at the Aventura station. Thank GOD she was okay.

Clarice K.

Google
The train was comfortable and the seats/tables were spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Restrooms were clean and not cramped. Boarding was efficient. Staff at the Aventura and Orlando terminals were very friendly as well. Great first-time experience and can't wait to do it again!

Google
The train attendant in coach was absolutely amazing and very helpful! He is a keeper! Loved pur coach experience so much

Carmela M.

Google
Everything about the entire process was amazing. From buying tix online, the app, the Aventura station lobby. The trains were clean and spacious (including the restroom!). The overhead speakers were clear - we were able to understand what was being said without issue. We were extremely impressed with the whole thing start to finish. We traveled from Aventura to Orlando.

Google
I was overall genuinely comfortable. I was on the way home from Aventura. I had ubered there and didn’t want to spend another 30 bucks so i went to my maps (which is automatically set to transit) looked for the nearest best bus route when i saw that Brightline was an option. So the bus would’ve costed me 4.50 for 2 buses and wouldnve took 1hr & 30 plus mins. $30 for a 25 min drive with traffic. And the Brightline costed me $9 and took about 15-20 mins tops. It was the best option and when i got on the train it was the most comfortable of all 3 i got more room than on a bus or uber and i had the option to get food, and charge my phone in about 6 different outlets near my seat. It was a no brainer. 10/10 will definitely recommend. Also i saw dogs on the train and i have a dog. Knowing that dogs are allowed just made it waaaay easier to get to Orlando with the whole family.

Yelp
If there's a way travel to Orlando and just forget about driving, Brightline is really the most comfortable way. Service is simpe and courteous and you can just relax all the way to your destination. My fav part of Brightline is that they're 5 mins from my home at the Aventura station, and you can literally get there 5 mins before take off time and just jump on.
google avatar

Emily S.

Yelp
I stopped by this station coming from Orlando. One thing I noticed is the walk from the station to the actual train is not close. If you are a slow walker you may want to get a head start. In addition, while I was waiting for my train I noticed many of the couches had ants crawling on them, so that freaked me out a bit. This station wasn't as clean as the Orlando one, which was disappointing. However, this one is pretty easy to navigate around.

Yelp
Brightline, you have some explaining to do..... Now GRANTED, because this was my FIRST EVER Brightline experience, I had to ask questions on the spot to get insights on how this works as I'm doing it. So, I entered the parking lot roughly 5:15-5:20pm for my 5:37pm train departure. So I wasn't sitting parked for hours before my trip. My parking completion email states I vacated the lot before 10:20pm. I snapped a pic of the sign in the parking lot with the rates.... However, my charge was DOUBLE the parking rate for a 5 hour stay. Either the POSTING is wrong, or the charge is WRONG. Either way, I am NOT happy and it actually ruined my recollection of that travel experience. Please look at the images and compare times to prices- would YOU be uptight if it were you???

Yelp
Small cozy station, perfectly located in front of the aventura mall! So convenient, if you want to shop or grab a bite. I'd rather commute by brightline than to deal w nasty i-95 traffic.

Yelp
As a local to the area, I have been able to experience the Brightline station here a few times I'm going both north and south so I can speak to a few things about the station. One I will say that it is new facilities are clean and for the most part employees are relatively helpful. Secondly, I will say that the price of the Brightline trains could be a little bit cheaper. I do think it it is a bit on the pricier side, especially if you are traveling from Aventura to Miami....thirdly. I will say that it is not always on time out of the probably five or six times that I've used it. We have departed on time maybe two or three times; overall would I recommend someone take the brightline? sure if they don't want to drive, but I also would advise them to look into other options just due to the price component of it however, it is located centrally in Aventura and allows you to use another form of transportation outside of driving to get to Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and even Orlando.

Yelp
This rail is AMAZING! Love that you embark/disembark by the particular car you are in. This whole thing is privately funded and there is security everywhere. Blink your eyes in Miami and the next stop is Fort Walton beach.

Yelp
Love the Brightline Aventura Station! Great location for the Mall, Gulfstream Park, Bal Harbour, Sunny Isles ! I travel often from West Palm Beach to Aventura to go to my favorite happy place-The Aventura Mall!! The management and staff are welcoming, friendly, informative and helpful! Always spotless! Can't wait until they complete the elevated walkway directly from the Station to the Mall. I wish they would bring back the original offer of the shuttle to the Mall. I don't understand why they stopped before the walkway was completed.

Yelp
Small but easy and convenient train station Minutes from hotels and highways. The process here will only take you about five minutes to enter. This is cashless and it was clean and quiet on a Thursday. I had no issues here. The premium lounge was very small. Upon boarding the train, there are many bright line representatives to help you along and make sure you're getting on the right train. There also is a smart fair menu on board with snacks and small sandwiches for purchase. my experience at this location was very good.

Jay P.

Yelp
Train was clean. Nice lounge area for the waiting room. Bag check in was easy. Our train had a delay due to an accident, better communication needed to be made. As we were left, guessing our new ETA. Can purchase snacks and beverages. Free WIFI Must use headphones.
google avatar

Sam L.

Yelp
They no longer have a shuttle bus to take you to the mall. What is the point of the station if they do not have a connection to the most important place in Aventura?
google avatar

Yelp
Premium!! Drinks snacks service restrooms..way to go to Dolphin game! Party!! Highly recommended

Yelp
It was my birthday and I wanted to go on a little adventure!! I decided to take the Brightline from aventura to west palm beach. We purchased our tickets a few days in advance at $39 each for round trip. We arrived 20 minutes early and everything went smooth sailing! We arrived to WPB in an hour as scheduled. The station is super clean and the ride was smooth and fast both ways. There's enough leg room and it's extremely spacious. The ONLY issue I have is not being having the option to select a seat when purchasing a ticket. Unfortunately the system does it for you. That actually sucks especially if you go with a group and each person purchases their own tickets and can't sit together... Please change that!!!!! Next trip will be to Orlando!!

Irma H.

Yelp
Way To Gooooo! Clean, safe, very comfortable and very easy way to travel ! Great discount prices for certain travel times but you have to look for them. Family friendly. Alll Aboard !!!!! Highly recommended! I. Harris

Yelp
5 star train service, 3 star ambience, 1 star logistics: Fantastic Brightline trains get 5 stars and no complaints, but the specifics of an only partly complete Aventura station with poor directional signs and a real "train wreck" (pun intended) of logistics to get to Aventura Mall bring the average waaaaay down. 5 star train: Brightline trains are always immaculate, on time and staffed by very friendly people. The stations are usually clean and well-managed. 3 star ambience: The Aventura station itself has a different design and a much more low budget feel than the Miami, Ft Lauderdale and West Palm stations. The waiting room is squat and windowless and there are strange contortions to get to the actual train tracks. The station also is only partly finished and was very late getting an occupancy certificate. 1 star logistics: With the "train wreck" of logistics (which had still not been addressed by the third day of station operation when we traveled), Brightline risks extremely bad publicity and I'm guessing a tsunami of customer complaints and refund demands. The basic problem is there is no way to get from the station to the prime destination for most travelers to this station: the Aventura Mall, literally 50-100 feet on the other side of the tracks. Part of this is the station actually being in Ojus (a neighborhood in unincorporated Dade County) not Aventura itself. You can literally see the very close-by giant upscale mall from the train tracks, but there are no options to get there by walking. Instead of an overhead walkway to get there from the train station, you must wait for a shuttle van (ONE 8-10 person van for a train that can hold hundreds of passengers). Further, this mall is swamped with traffic, so the van takes approximately 30 minutes to take surface roads to the mall. If you do the math that means you can wait an hour or more to get transported about 100 feet (or walk across railroad tracks and two busy roads with no crosswalks). The same problem occurs in reverse to return to the station from the mall itself. On the return train trip we gave up waiting on the van and booked a Lyft home...roughly 20 people were missing the scheduled train trapped at the mall due to extreme poor service planning. This extreme bottleneck problem should only happen ONCE the first train of the opening day before you realize you need at least THREE vans...

Yelp
The lounge is small but it's a nice chill vibe. Clean and the staff was friendly and polite.

Yelp
never again. Tried calling to change my reservation from 6 AM to 6 PM and ended up having to double pay because the app wasn't working and nobody would answer the phone. Left several voicemails to try and get a call back to no success. I was told that I couldn't get a credit or a refund for first booking so I had to call my bank and dispute the charges. It should've never went that far. I will never use this service again. I'd rather fly.

Yelp
Went on a Sunday adventure at 10AM. The location was easy to access and only a fraction of the size of their Miami Station. Such ease with parking! The station was bright & very clean! Well kept. Staff was also very helpful, but some customer service skills in need of polishing. Nothing major, just a hello upon entry & a little guidance at the turnstiles with the scanning of the app. Really enjoyed the seamless experience & looking forward to coming back. Honestly, to consider a place to be outstanding when operations are so fresh is like playing the lotto & hoping to hit the jackpot. It takes time for these businesses to get going - reconsider if you had a bad experience on Day 1 or Week 1 of inception!

Yelp
The Brightline experience was pretty simply traveling round trip to Orlando and back. It is a very convenient way to travel. Getting the bag screened and checking in is a breeze. I stopped by the MRKT at the station and it was also pretty sleek however I was never able to obtain a receipt from the QR code when walking out. The stations are clean and well maintained and I would certainly make the trip again. I will admit the more stops the longer the ride so I'm hoping one day there will be expedited service that doesn't make every stop.

Yelp
This was my first time riding the Brightline from Aventura to Miami for a concert. The station is conveniently located and smaller than the Miami Station. I appreciated the easy parking. The station was well-lit and impeccably clean. The staff was friendly and greeted me upon arrival. I had a smooth experience and plan to return soon. However, I did notice that some people disregard reserved seats and sit wherever they please. Unfortunately, there were no staff members present to enforce seat assignments. Perhaps adding security on board could help address this issue.

Yelp
Dear Brightline Customer Service, I am writing to file a formal and serious complaint regarding the harassment, false accusations, and abuse of authority I experienced from your staff members, Jackie and Declan Donegan, during my trip on 10/12/2024 from Aventura station to Orlando station. After purchasing drinks at the Brightline station and providing proof of purchase multiple times, I was still repeatedly questioned by your staff member, Jackie. Despite showing her the receipt on three separate occasions, she continued to question me and my companions. The situation escalated when Declan Donegan approached us out of nowhere and falsely claimed we had brought our own drinks on board, even though I clarified that the drinks were purchased at the Brightline station. He then misrepresented our conversation to Jackie, causing her to come back to us and call us "liars" to our faces. This accusation was made in front of other passengers, subjecting us to public embarrassment and humiliation without any justification. She then starts repeating "We have cameras so when we confirm you guys are getting kicked off at the next stop"?!?!?!? To make matters worse, Declan Donegan began threatening to kick us off the train for "being confrontational," when in reality, we were simply defending ourselves against these baseless accusations. Declan went so far as to act as if he were using his walkie-talkie, falsely claiming that we were being aggressive and insisting we would be removed from the train. His behavior was a blatant abuse of authority and completely uncalled for. Finally, after all this harassment, the train manager Erma contacted the Aventura station and confirmed that we did indeed make the purchase from Brightline!! Despite us showing the rcceipt not ONCE, not TWICE, THREE TIMES! At this point, it became clear that all the accusations made by Jackie and Declan were completely unfounded. However, neither Jackie nor Declan had the decency to apologize for the mistreatment we endured. When I asked Jackie for her name, she refused to respond and ran away, further avoiding accountability for her actions. This entire ordeal was not only unnecessary but deeply humiliating, as other passengers were watching and we were made to feel like criminals for simply purchasing drinks from Brightline. I demand an immediate investigation into the conduct of Jackie and Declan Donegan and a formal apology from your company. It is unacceptable that we were treated this way, and both staff members need to be held accountable for their unprofessional and abusive behavior. I also strongly urge that disciplinary action be taken against Jackie for calling us liars in front of everyone, and against Declan for his abuse of authority. Although the manager Erma who finally came to our rescue to prove the employees wrong and confirming that we were not lying, I have never been treated or experienced such disrespectful harrassment in my life. I expect a swift and satisfactory response, and I trust that Brightline will take appropriate measures to address this serious issue.I also am seeing what I can legally do in regards to this matter since everything is documented, I recorded the encounters on my phone because and have the receipt from our transaction history and ON THE ACTUAL CAMERAS which will confirm the non stop harassment.

Yelp
While this was my second time on the Brightline, it was my first having come from Orlando (currently the most northern stop) to that of the Aventura station, located in North Miami-between Fort Lauderdale and Downtown Miami. That said, despite the year or so difference in having been open & operating, both the Aventura and the Orlando stations were beyond clean, easily accessible and practical. The Orlando station is conveniently located right alongside the Orlando airport so it couldn't get easier than that. Check-in was a breeze with the scan of your phone and the QR code located on your ticket. Security moved right along (& was significantly less aggressive/stressful/ military-esque than other security scenarios we've all anxiously encountered. Once cleared, there are clean and spacious restrooms, nursing rooms, charging stations, a small gift shop with chargers, snacks, etc. & a bar/cafe that one can grab a bite before the ride. The train itself was clean, spacious, well staffed both while boarding and during the duration of the trip. Each seat was equipped with WiFi accessibility, a pull down table & an outlet to charge your device(s). On a few occasions, team members came by offering snacks and/or drinks for purchase. Temperature was neither too cold or too hot, a common concern or complaint for many traveling. The stops upon the trip were brief enough to allow for guests to hop on/off as needed without unnecessarily delaying the intended schedule of the ride. We arrived right in time to the Aventura station, where we disembarked on the covered platform- a necessary design in the inevitable Florida heat/rain. Upon proceeding to the exit, we were directed to pass through the station's interior where one can access the amenities including the bathroom, lounge, gift shop/ snack store, charging stations, etc. before exiting the building. Worth noting, I have traveled via the Smart package & it met all my initial needs. However, I would be curious to try the Premium route on my next/longer route trip to better compare the amenities. Lastly, it's definitely worth subscribing to Brightline's email list as they offer frequent promos, both on the fare prices themselves and local events, concerts, hotels & rides nearby- all

Yelp
I used the brightline for the first time to attend the Beyoncé concert. It was PERFECT! My friend and I did not want to drive to the stadium and deal with traffic. She suggested we used the brightline. We booked our tickets a week in advance and also added the parking. We went from the Fort Lauderdale station fo aventura! Please note when you add parking to the train ticket online, make sure to get the parking validated at the station you park. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. Both the Fort Lauderdale and Aventura stations we clean. They even sell beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and snacks on the train. During special events there's a FREE coach shuttle from the station to the stadium. The shuttle was super clean and had wifi. We left the concert close to midnight and the shuttles were parked up ready to take us back to the station. Everything was super smooth. Brightline also offers late trains during special events our train back to Fort Lauderdale was at 1am. I will definitely ride on the Brightline again when I'm not in the mood to drive.

Dalton B.

Yelp
Security guard at entrance was awesome and he was very helpful but unfortunately they didn't have a bar here. It's 9:00 pm and somehow the little bar is closed. One of the biggest reasons to take the Brightline is for the drinks. Still love Brightline overall.

Jack H.

Yelp
Great and nice station, however was always told to come early to go to Brightline bar and always have. This station does not have a bar at all. This is the worst station for Brightline, if you plan to use this station do not come early. Brightline is amazing and all other stations are great but the Aventura station has everything but the bar.

Osvaldo V.

Yelp
I have used the train system in NY, Illinois, Virginia and Texas. Bottom line is the Brightline blows them all away. The services and support of the Brightline staff has been amazing. My only complaint are the rude passengers who are loud and obnoxious when talking on the phone.

Yelp
Very clean. Comfortable seating. Has snacks while you wait. Very impressed. My first experience.

Yelp
This is a beautiful new station in Aventura. Although it is not as large as Miami, it is just as professionally run and all the bright line staff are top-notch. Douglas in customer service was especially helpful when the train was late and I missed the last shuttle to the mall. I am so impressed with bright line! I plan to use it more.

Yelp
DO NOT TAKE BRIGHTLINE FOR A DOLPHINS GAME!!!!! We hopped on the shuttle to the game and were told we had to be back an hour before our train left. We got back to shuttles at 3. 1 hour before our train left. We waited for 10 minutes and asked the bus bus driver when he was taking us. He said he wasn't. We were never told that ONLY shuttle was the 5pm shuttle for the 6pm train. We asked for help from the staff at the bus stop. They were extremely rude. The worst was the kid with the braids who refused to give me his supervisors name or number. We had to take a $150 cab back to the station. Awful customer service and experience.

Vincent G.

Yelp
Horrible experience departing the train. Had a long day, traveling from orlando to aventura 6:55 pm to 10 pm expected ETA. The ride itself was uneventful but they DID NOT inform anyone that not all doors open. We were waiting for the doors to open, but they only stayed at the station maybe 3 minutes and a whole group of passengers including myself and my friends were not able to exit. They said they had issues with the announcements that not all doors open but they did not even mention this. we had to go down to miami and asked us to talk to guest relations. the guest relations person and manager (Janina?) said they cannot do anything. they will put is back on the train at 11 pm back to aventura. Mind you, a friend came from an international trip with 2 large suitcases hauling up and down the terminal. I asked to just put us in an uber/lyft back to aventura straight to our hotel because we had a conference at 6 am the following day but she says they cannot do this. She did say she will give us travel credits and will book is an uber from the aventura station to our hotel (both NEVER happened, false promises and very deceiving). so we had to go through security again at miami (yes, even though we literally just rode the train 30 mins ago). ended up arriving at our hotel 12 midnight with a conference the following day. i will NEVER ride this train again.

Shoania V.

Yelp
Customer service both over the phone and at the Aventura station we're not helpful. I was running late and I could not have the option to change the time in the app, in person or over the one because I never received the verification email. I checked all of my emails and still did not receive it. I had to book another entire ticket and still did not receive an email confirmation (definitely recommend adding your ticket your apple wallet as soon as possible).

William S.

Yelp
Absolutely terrible and I love train travel. I would not ever travel on them again. They do lot have baggage check in service at everg station and they will confiscate (steal) items that no bother train service in the world cares about. The train ride is jerky and far too fast for the poor quality of the track. Save your money and look for a better alternative.

Maor O.

Yelp
BUYER BEWARE: (especially tourists-hidden in Terms and Conditions) I bought 3 tickets from Aventura to Boca Raton for use on January 1st, for 4pm. Upon arrival at 3:49 I was told the train was cancelled because of a strike (Google it-- it was a FATALITY), and that I should've received an email. My email said: "train rescheduled from 5:07pm." So my party get dropped off at the mall by a family member-- and wait the hour. We walk back-- crossing Biscayne from Aventura. THERE IS NO SAFE WAY TO GET TO THIS STATION. Our options were to go half a mile away, underneath the ramp..or walk 5 lanes across Biscayne, and across 4 sets of train tracks to get to the station on Dixie. Then....the staff tells us, there is no train at 5:07pm. Despite the email saying this...and We've been bumped to the 6pm train. At this point we've lost 2 hours on this trip Brightline claims they "have no control over," but if there's a fatality on your track don't say the train will be delayed 1 hour. That's ridiculous. Now 2 hours delayed, my party decides to cancel the plans for the day. I reach out to customer service for some sort of compensation, and I am a tourist -- I don't live in Florida. I didn't need credits that would be on my account within a few business days that I would never use, because I would then be out of state. Fun fact for tourists; Brightline will NOT give you a refund for your tickets. Reached out to customer service-- and even emailed their joke of a management e-mail account they send you to (just to receive an automated email where they didn't read me specifically saying I don't need a credit). Everyone gave me the same answer: we will give you credit for equal or LESSER value as a COURTESY. What courtesy? Your train killed somebody and you charged me money for it! It is currently January 9th and I haven't received any credits. No compensation. The app is treating my account as if I took the train ride -- this company has essentially stolen $81 from me for this "luxury train service" that can't process a refund to a card. I was told even managers can't refund a credit card. But woo hoo - I have imaginary credits on the way!! So tourists beware -- if the train ride doesn't work out (through no fault of your own -- I showed up twice for a cancelled train) ; they are keeping this money and their response is pretty much a cold, hard "eff yourself." I was so excited for a train to finally be open in this area. Such a shame.

Yelp
I was a passenger on the 6am train 3/2/24 from aventura to Orlando. There was a group of rude drunk passengers who were loud and vulgar and disruptive, they would not listen to the staff who were trying to get them to be quiet. The staff were great and professional especially the supervisor Gina she moved all of us who complained to a quieter car and resolved the situation. Personally I would have thrown them off the moving train and I know there would have been a train full of people cheering . Thank you Gina for making a horrible experience better.

Yelp
Giving 5 stars based on assistance not because of ride experience since I have yet to ride. However, I came in asking for assistance for my sister who was arriving to Miami from Orlando and the lady at the front entrance was extremely helpful in assisting to have someone go to my sister and helping her immediately once I requested! Thank you!

The station itself is beautiful and well maintained. However this is a review of Brightline in general. For the experience of it, I took economy class to and from Orlando the first weekend of service. Everything about the experience, except for the much slower speed, was European. I have travelled TGV in France and just got back from high speed trains in Italy. The speed is really a limitation of the shared tracks and this is not a government boondoggle. There's nothing that can be done about that. But it was faster than driving. And way more relaxing than driving. The ridership doesn't care about assigned seats and there was a gang of young people who were pretty pushy about getting me to move so they could sit together. It's not like an airplane with respect to the number of attendants to passengers and there were no attendants to take this up with. That's uncomfortable. My complaint is that Orlando convention center had the PGA expo going on and I wanted to go for the day. Perfect use of the train. Go up on the earliest train and return on a 7 pm train. So I put together a complicated itinerary with prepaid parking at my origin and two Uber rides at my destination. Economy in the morning and first class coming home. When I tried to pay, the website wouldn't let me. I tried a second credit card. Still wouldn't let me and with no explanation. So I left one browser and used chrome. It took me 15 minutes to reconstruct the itinerary. Still the same thing happened. This was about 10.30 on Monday morning. So I called the customer service number and it rang off the hook for minutes multiple times. Then I tried to initiate a chat with customer service, but the chat icon led to an email form saying they'd get back to me later. Figured maybe the system wasn't working that day so first thing Tuesday morning I tried again. But all the trains were sold out for both classes. Given this stupid day trip was going to cost me almost $400 (as compared to about 60 euro in Italy) I said to myself I'm not going to overpay to be abused. I decided to take my pickup which is very comfortable and I drove it round trip for $80 without the annoyance of having to do Uber transfers to and from MCO to Orange County CC. I did it in much less time than the train and layovers for Uber would allow. Seriously, what the hell is Brightline trying to accomplish with non existent customer service where you can't even pay on line? Americans, except rail fans, generally hate to rely on trains and this nonsense helps reinforce our dislike of them.

Yelp
Brightline is all good, until you need anything from customer service. Then you can just forget about it.

Yelp
I have been traveling twice a week from Aventura to WPB for the last three weeks, and I'm quite ok with the service. The stations are clean and well run, and the ride is smooth and hassle free. The price is a bit steep if you are a frequent traveler, but they have deals to make it somewhat affordable. My only concern is how they handle lost and found items. I left behind a personal item, and calling customer service looking for assistance was fruitless. The rep wasn't sure how to go about getting my item back. She finally stammered the name of a website that I think was called losthings.com. When I asked why I needed to go to a third party when logic commands to contact someone at the next station in Miami, she said, "Calling the website is part of your contract." The next day, I left all my contact information and description of the lost item, along with the date of my trip, car, and seat number to one of personnel at Aventura so it can be given to a manager for assistance. It has been one week, and no one has had the courtesy to reach out with nay or yay about the lost item. I'm disappointed at myself for losing the item and equally disappointed at the lack of customer care from Brightline

Yelp
I'm currently having a ride with you guys in the premium vip and I feel VERYYY unwelcome and very uncomfortable I had to personally ask for things not even get re offered a beverage I would ask kindly to see their options and THE LADY attendant CHRISTINA on board would look at me weird and not attend me. Didn't even introduce herself I had to get her name that she had mentioned to another guest. I'm with my friends group of three she walks past and skips and goes to the next guest forward to offer and not in the least I mean for least. I was really looking forward to this experience with you guys since it was my first time and I heard many good things which is why I got VIP but honestly it feels as though I'm riding regular . I have rode regular before and it was times better than VIP the lady here is very rude gets lost in my area like if me and my friends are not here I'm very disappointed. I feel as though I can't ask for anything without getting an ugly attitude back and face it makes me honestly very uncomfortable and I feel as though I'm asking for much. Wasted $600 on this experience $300 to go to Orlando and $300 to come back thinking to get the best of the best for me and my friends trip. I expected more and high quality service or at least some kindness in return never again.

Yelp
Just took Brightline from Orlando to Aventura. The entire experience was spectacular. I HIGHLY recommend anyone traveling from the Miami region to Orlando consider Brightline over flying or driving

Yelp
Worst experience ever!! I went to the Beyoncé concert, where they had shuttles to take you back and forth. When they dropped us off, they told us to be at the stop at 12:20 am. We made sure to leave the concert early, and we got there at 12:15. To be told that the bus was full sorry. The bus driver did not even have the dignity to roll down his windows to talk to us and explain what was going on. They left behind so many people waiting for them. After an hour of waiting, we figured they were not returning for us. How could you leave a bunch of people stranded in Miami with no way out! Never again, brightline!
