I’m sorry that i didn’t get the names of everyone I encountered, but from the very first employee who helped me to get checked in, to the staff at the lounge, to the attendant (David) in Car 1, everyone was so friendly, genuinely helpful and cheerful. It was truly a joy to travel with Brightline! There was even an employee waving to the departing car from the tracks at one station we stopped through, I’ve only seen this in Japan and I really wasn’t expecting that level of service in the US. I’m so impressed and will highly recommend Brightline. Looking forward to the next trip!!

Google
Kinda Fancy, Super Easy, Totally Worth It Brightline nailed it. Bought my ticket online —no stress, no nonsense. Parking in Boca was easy and not overpriced (rare combo), and the station? Super clean, modern, and actually pleasant to wait in. Train showed up right on time, glided like butter, and got me to Miami —and with way less drama than driving. Miami station is big, bright, and felt safe and organized. Found my car service in minutes. No wandering around like a tourist. It’s not the cheapest train ride you’ll ever take—but for the speed, comfort, and how smooth the whole experience is? Worth every penny for the basic trael tickets. Would ride again without hesitation. This is how getting around South Florida should feel, just wish it was a faster and more competitive with the cost of driving.

Google
The Boca station was beautiful! Made my first Brightline ride better than expected. Friendliness of team was incredible. The scent was lovely (and I usually react to scented environments). The process was so streamlined. The waiting area was bright and cheerful. No lengthy pre board. Just right!

Google
The station is exceptionally clean and inviting. The snacks are neatly displayed and all the items selected were fresh and neatly displayed. The bathroom was immaculate. Our service agent in our premium car was efficient and professional while also being most welcoming. A problem free ride from Boca Raton to Orlando.

Brightline is a very practical and efficient option for traveling between Miami and Orlando, especially for a weekend getaway. The train is fast, comfortable, and eliminates the hassle of long drives or airport security lines. I recently used Brightline to take my elderly parents to Orlando, and while the overall experience was positive, I did encounter a challenge. I was not allowed to accompany them all the way to their boarding area, which made it difficult since older adults often need extra assistance. A bit more support for elderly passengers—such as allowing family members to assist them until they board—would be a valuable improvement. Despite this, Brightline remains an excellent transportation option, and I would recommend it for its speed and convenience.

Google
This is my first time in the Brightline, and I’m on my way to Orlando. The parking garage was easy to find and there’s plenty of parking as well. After I parked, I walked to the stationed which was right right to it. Inside the station were friendly employees, a clean and bright seating area, WiFi, and others to plug my phone into. So far, I am they have exceeded my expectations. I hope the Orlando station is just as nice.

Google
All staff from the Stations to the bar to the train were all very friendly and helpful! It was very enjoyable. For the price I don't see why anyone would risk their lives on our dangerous roads when you can ride in a nice comfy train

Calvin Larcada

Google
Very comfortable and clean, I enjoyed the smoothness of the ride and the low noise level. The only thing holding me back from riding more often is the cost. I wish there was an affordable monthly pass but unfortunately the cost is too high for me as of now.

Yelp
This brightline station is smaller than Orlando, Ft Lauderdale or Miami, but what it doesn't have in physical size, it makes up on personality. Had a very pleasant experience here. Going through security and boarding was the easiest experience I have had. The Premium Lounge was well stocked, and had items you won't find on the train or at the other stations. The Premium Lounge here was smaller than the rest, but I liked it far better than Ft Lauderdale or Miami.

Yelp
First time user of the Brightline, from Boca Raton to Orlando. The Boca station is brand new, immaculately maintained and well staffed. There are two waiting areas, one for premiere clients and the other one for all the others. The premiere lounge offers complimentary snacks and non alcoholic beverages, as well as a fully stocked bar. Comfortable seating in clustered arrangements, lots of plus for your equipment to get changed. Also has free WiFi. It was a pleasant area to wait. While I did not use the parking garage I could see a multistory structure which can hold about 600 vehicles. An enjoyable hassle free experience.

Yelp
I decided to catch a Heat game the other weekday and planned to drive down for the event. I had a few different people telling me how smooth and easy the Brightline was. So against my own thoughts on it, I decided to take the Bright line down and back. My reservations were mixed with positive thoughts about it. with only a couple stops between Boca and Miami, and it being rush hour traffic after work, it seemed like it would at least be much quicker than driving. I was happy that as I was buying the tickets I realized they had parking right on premise too, so I didn't have to think about taking a ride-share to the station. When i walked in and scanner my premier ticket I got to hang out the VIP lounge. They had plenty of complimentary drinks and snacks I was pleased to see so many Heat fans coming in pumped up to go see the game too. Boarding was smooth, and a beautiful train. it was easy to recline a bit and they came every few minutes with complimentary drinks and snacks. The return was very smooth, the Miami terminal is plenty close to the stadium. I was back in the new and sleek clean vibes of the Boca station. It couldn't have been a better experience.

Yelp
DO not park in the garage you may regret it as sometimes you pay 2 times for parking. do not risk it do a drop off

Yelp
The Brightline app has improved tremendously. Brightline is clean and the staff in Boca Raton was very helpful. Electra a staff member in Boca helped me navigate the app to update my ticket. She also helped me with the entrance into the snack area as you must scan your credit card for a prepaid charge of $10 to enter. The charge is credited if you do not purchase anything. You select items and the technology is amazing. It determines the items selected by you removing them from the shelf and then you tap if you went s receipt. The ride is smooth and comfortable. My Uber ride from Delray to boca was the same price as the brightline from Boca to Miami. The staff on the train is extremely friendly and courteous. Ismael was helpful and went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable. If I could choose brightline for all commutes, I would!

Yelp
The station is new and still needs to be finished. We were able to go in and check in through security without a problem. It was a decent ride on New Year's Day and it wasn't crowded on the holiday, which was nice. It's smaller than the West Palm Beach Station. The premium lounge and market isn't open yet. However, the charging stations for electronic devices were working while waiting on the train to arrive despite of some of the areas being under construction. We were able to sit comfortably and was able to wait outside for a small period of time before the train arrived. There is plenty of room on board to stretch out your legs and sit back during the ride. You have the option to purchase drinks and snacks during the ride if you desire. If you upgrade to a higher level seating for an extra cost, the food and drinks are complimentary. There are staff members making sure everyone is comfortable and on standby for food and beverages if needed. Even though it's a little costly, I recommend taking the Brightline since it's clean, so easy to bypass all of the traffic on 95, and a smooth ride to wherever you got to go. We took it from the Boca station to the Aventura station and it was a half hour. There are more stops to be added in the future and I find it's the way to go if you don't want to drive through the traffic. Thanks for the trip!

Yelp
First time taking the Brightline train and I love that the station is very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I opted for the coach seat since I took the first train out from Boca to Miami and saw that there were a lot of empty seats in coach so that meant it was going to be a super nice and quiet ride. They do scan your bags and you go through a metal detector like you do at the airport which can take a few minutes if you come too close to when the train leaves, not sure how busy it would get. I would recommend getting the ticket and downloading the Brightline app ahead of time and not at the station day of because it is more expensive to book at the station/last minute. If you plan to take the first train to Miami that arrives around 8am, the free shuttle from the Miami station to the beach does not start until 10am so you would have to take an Uber if you book the coach seat. Wasn't a big deal for me since I got the coach ticket and it was $12.50 + $22 Uber ride (with tip) to Miami Beach at 8:15am so that made it $34.50 vs the premium ride which would have been $37 that includes a 5 mile Uber ride but if it is longer than 5 miles, Brightline claims you pay the difference and get a discounted ride but I first booked premium to see how that worked and it said I would still have to pay $37 + $16 (tip not included I assume). Some of the tickets at various times can be quite expensive. Like I saw it was like $60+ for premium ticket coming back from Miami to Boca and around $24.50 to $29.50 per ticket even for coach. This would be more cost effective for a party of 1 and maybe even for 2 but definitely not for a family. When you book the ticket on the website in advance, it assigns you a seat but you can change the default selection which is great!

Yelp
So lemme start this off by saying the station is open but it isn't exactly finished yet. The market is still closed, the premium lounge is still under construction, the seats don't have power yet for the built in charging plugs, workers are still painting and other general finalizations are in progress. That having been said, and as someone who road commuter rail in Florida and California for many years, i will say my station experience was fantastic. The staff was super friendly, getting through security was a breeze, the parking experience was great with the attached private garage, and super clean bathrooms made for a pleasant waiting and travel experience. The waiting seats are also quite comfy. The biggest surprise for me tho was absolutely the bathrooms. If you've ever had the "pleasure" of using a Caltrain or Tri-Rail station public bathroom, you know how bad they can be. Well the bathrooms here were well lit, extremely clean, the toilet paper had the little folds to make it a triangle like you find when you check into a hotel room. But the wildest thing about it for me as someone who travels abroad often, the door's actually closed all the way and didn't have the typical panel gaps like you usually find in public restrooms that you end up accidentally making eye contact with the person through while trying to find an open stall. That alone to me is worth an extra If the station had been completely open this would have been a 5 star experience, but with half the amenities closed its a 4 from me. Look forward to riding again next time im in town and actually being able to use all the features of the station

Yelp
Brightline is my favorite way to travel to work in Miami. The Boca Raton station is beautiful and spacious with a seating area, tables (equipped with pens and paper if needed), bathrooms, water bottle fill station and a small convenience store that's self check out. I normally take an early morning train (leaving at 7am) and EVERYONE is so nice and welcoming. My favorite part is that they wave to you as the train leaves. These trains are always on time (with few exceptions), so it's important you get there around 10 minutes prior to boarding to go through security and be standing on the loading platform to board. You can use an app, or the website to purchase tickets. I use a 12 ride pass for commuting since I don't go to Miami every day. This pass lasts for 30 days and you can transfer tickets to other people (haven't tried where I give someone a ticket without me on the same ride, just FYA). Parking if you pay beforehand is $7 and super close. My advice is to look at the seats and choose one that works best for you (seat selection is free). There are seats that ride backwards and some that are 4 connected. I have pictures of both below! There are outlets at all seats. The boca station is right near Mizner Park which has many good restaurants, shops, bars, and entertainment!

Yelp
Beautiful station, very comfortable and clean while you wait for the train. The train is also comfortable, clean bathroom on board, very smooth and quick. Just wish it was cheaper!

Yelp
The premium lounge in Boca plays loud music. It's wrap and pop so if you're on a business conference call, it's very disruptive.

Yelp
Due to medical reasons, my 90 year old mother is unable to make the trip using Brightline we intended to go on. I called for a refund. I offered to provide medical proof that my mom (and myself as her caretaker) won't be able to make the trip. They refused to provide a refund. Only a credit. I find this to be horrible customer service.

Yelp
Ticket prices from Boca to WPB have gone from about $16 one way to anywhere from $46.00 to $51.00. I use to love taking a little trip to go enjoy lunch, and now not even a consideration at the new prices. Who would or can afford this!!!
google avatar

Gregory U.

Yelp
Best place ever! So nice and friendly So new and clean and premium lounge was every thing fabulous! The staff the ticket representative everyone was amazing

Anon A.

Yelp
Charging us $30-40 per ticket just to have an 80 minute delay only to offer us a miniature water bottle and a small bag of lays plain potato chips. Do better.

Dave L.

Yelp
For Christmas, I bought 2 VIP tickets to take the Brightline from Boca to Miami to spend the day with my lovely wife. We drove to the Boca station and I paid $10.70 to park through the Brightline app. Unfortunately, the train was delayed an hour, then cancelled altogether. So, we decided to just drive to Miami instead. Brightline was cool about it and gave us a full refund for the ticket and, then separately, the parking. Today I got a letter from a collections agency for $42.50 for parking! When I called Brightline, they said I was on my own. Can't make this up.... Brightline, the gift that just keeps on giving.

Yelp
Very clean train station! Workers are nice and helpful. The train itself is very nice and they have drinks (alcoholic too) and snacks for order, charging ports, and free wifi!

Christa S.

Yelp
This is the only way to travel! Now I will start off by saying I purchased the premium ticket for my trip to WPB from Boca Raton. I arrived at the Boca station about 30 minutes prior and upon entering they scan you belongs and you pass through a metal detector. Since I had a premium ticket I had access to a special lounge that was at the far end of the station. In the lounge you receive 2 drinks as part of your ticket and a great selection of snacks including a charcuterie cup, fruit cup, juice, coffee, tea, chips, and candies. The staff in the lounge were exceptional and super friendly. They answered all of our questions since this was our first ride. A couple minutes before the train arrives you head out to the platform and directed to the premium car. In the premium car you are entitled to 2 additional drinks. The ride was so pleasant and relaxing compared to driving in south Florida these days. Next time I'm taking advantage of the lounge and arriving an hour ahead to really enjoy and relax.

Yelp
Super clean! Great staff, nice waiting area.. I thought parking was going to be $7 per day(it was around $15) so not sure what went wrong or if I read it wrong. Also learned that booking. Brightline + (private ride) is a little confusing .. when we arrived in Miami we had to get it worked out at information booth. Everyone was incredibly helpful .. I will book an Uber upon arrival next time however.
google avatar

Johnny W.

Yelp
Welcome to a much easier way to travel. Park for about $15 per day and head to O town with no traffic, speeding tickets or headaches. A few items to be aware of... not many discounts available on tickets, no quiet cars, no quiet lounge, premium lounge is limited to airplane snacks. The premium lounge is really small unfortunately. Only like 25 seats. For the ease of travel would do it over and over again, just bring your noise canceling headphones.

Yelp
Fuck all y'all for kicking me off the train. We ain't do nothing and you kicked us off cuz you don't know how to book seat. Every time I get on this shitty ass train I never have a seat and have to move. Then you kick us off cuz you're mad that someone got up and went to get their phone. Fuck you. You kicked 40 people off the train because of one person anyways like I was just sleeping then you kicked me out. Uber is totally better regardless, water is overpriced as fuck, and in reality it isn't even that fast if you think about it. All in all save your money and enjoy your freedom from your own car or Uber. I'd rate this 0 if I could I've never had a good ride on the brightline but I've reached my limit. And everything else here is overpriced so like actually guys lock in and save ur money.
google avatar

Yelp
We loved the brightline. It's so clean and was so easy to get tickets, get to the train and get to our destination. Our kids had the best time. Can't wait to go more often.

Yelp
Had the most horrifying experience. The security, a tall black light skinned man with light eyes harassed me and my service dog. I showed him the proper documentation and he continued to ask over and over what my disability is. When it is absolutely none of his business!! It is ILLEGAL to ask the owner what disability they have. And completely MORTIFYING. He made me shove my dog into a too small of carrier bag that I agreed to buy so he'd leave me alone and yet he continued to harass me!!! He continued to tell me I had to put my dogs head inside the bag and zip it up. When she's too big for the carrier. She is a 25 pound dog that poses absolutely no threat to anyone. Well behaved with proper documentation. I've traveled with my service dog on countless flights and trips and this is the worst travel experience I've ever had. That security guard should be fired I feel so disrespected and mistreated. I can't believe I was treated so poorly. It was so embarrassing I expected so much more from brightline.

Yelp
I'm excited this station got added. However, it was disappointing when the original date of travel from Boca to aventura got cancelled. Then the wait for the return is 3-5 business days. They were nice enough to add an additional $50 credit to the account, but you also have to wait and see (3-5 business days). Then I booked new travel tickets to see the Boca and aventura stations two days later. The experience was disappointing again. When we arrived at the seats there was people in our seats. The train had double booked seats. Then I went to find other seats, only to be scolded by staff that I "couldn't" seat "there." I proceeded to explain the evolution of the mess. To top it off, the train was late to the station and I kept asking if the return train would be delayed as well. No one could answer the question. When I arrived at aventura I had to ask about three people to inform me whether the train back had left or was delayed. I finally boarded the other delayed train back. I hope the company can fix the hiccups. Because I really do like Brightline and what it could be.

Alyssa L.

Yelp
Boca is a suburban station. it is not walkable to a majority of buildings and businesses. Many of the people coming and going to the Boca station are commuters who therefore rely on the Brightline Shuttle service offered at all Brightline stations through Circuit. I learned today that Brightline would be discontinuing the shuttle service at the Boca station. This obvious cost-saving maneuver comes at the tail end of a recent hike in ticket prices. commuters to the Boca station now face the options of walking the 30 minutes+ to get to work or paying an Uber $10 per ride, on top of a $45 train ticket. Clearly Brightline is trying to phase out commuters, which provide a consistent consumer base. without the shuttle service, it makes no sense to commute to Boca via the Brightline.

Yelp
Once you enter, where to park is a bit confusing as there's no direct signage when you pull up. Recommending publix parking signage to be front of the entrance. Pre-parking is seamless as we prepaid our parking through the app. Your license plate is preregistered so no need for change or parking attendant. Upon entry you scan your ticket right down the app and go through security like TSA. There's a convenient shop with a variations of snacks. some childhood ones to enjoy too. Remember Bugals? You scan your card for entry and pick what you'd like. The pass -thru revognizes what you purchase. (check your account for the authorization hold) pretty cool feature. Premium seating is at the end design to enjoy with more comfortable seating, coffee, tea and baked signature cookies. Hits and oldies play throughout the station as you wait which makes for fun karaoke. We sang a few Whitney Houston oldies! In general seating there's outlets on the seats to quickly plug in to get work done or simply charge your phone. Clean and smoke free environment. Women and Men restrooms available on opposite end. accessible for those with wheelchairs or for the assisted. Looking forward to many adventures! P.S - you could purchase tickets here too!

Yelp
The station ticket purchasing experience can be a little troublesome but it was manageable. Easy parking at the station, I recommend booking online for easy use and cheaper parking. I was not happy about the fact it looks like Boca Station has a bar to wait at but the station manager Bob was so pleasant and was extremely helpful at getting us taken care of , he asked Jessica to come out and grab some cocktails while we waited. These two wonderful people made our Brightline experience a comfortable one.

Yelp
Best train ever very fast and the service is great. Also the station is so helpful with the costumers riding the train.

Christian M.

Yelp
They kicked us out for telling there manager that one of there employees called us third graders. He called us this because we had a guy that needed to go to the bathroom and he needed to get up. They also double booked us so not everyone could even sit down. They didn't even refund us. Also Robert was the one that kicked us off. So be careful if you get him. We have had multiple issues with briteline double booking people so just drive.

March R.

Yelp
Brightline itself is fine. The staff on the evening of May 20 needs customer service training. Greeter at the door has no ability to understand or observe customer needs and poorly handled our situation resulting in an unexpected 2 hour wait in the station. Next, in a completely empty waiting room due to the staff holding us from boarding unnecessarily, I had unzipped the dog carrier so my dog could breathe freely- being a French bulldog with breathing and temp issues- and now a doubled journey of 5 hours in a carrier. An older security guard decided to wait until my husband walked away to approach me and tell me to zip my dog up completely at all times - again in an empty waiting room! When I told him I was aware and just wanted him to get some air- he said maybe you shouldn't travel with a dog then. Zip him up. He's disrespectful and rude and should learn a little tact when approaching customers, especially when staff is aware that this is already a customer recovery situation.

Christine T.

Yelp
Disaster. Horrendous service and incredibly rude staff. Nearly missed my flight due to their refusal to provide real status updates. Finally had to get off the train and take an Uber to MIA. What a completely unprofessional and unhelpful staff. The manager was incredibly rude, but the lady on the train was way out of line with me. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Clay D.

Yelp
We parked at the parking lot Saturday for 18 minutes but we cannot get their meter to turn off. It is Monday and no one will help us stop the running charges. Brightlines Saturday manager Jennifer was suppose to fix it but nothing has been done. Brightline gives you a phone number to call but they will not help you. We have called them five times Brightline Monday manager Electra said she would email us and the parking department but she didn't do that task. There is no sign or notice outside the garage informing you there is a parking fee. I do Not recommend parking at the garage for Brightline.

Kate S.

Yelp
I booked a trip from the Boca station to Miami for 5 people departing from the Boca station at 10:30am. 10:30am came no train..... 11am there was another train scheduled to arrive at the Boca station. 11am came around and there was no train. Packed station with very minimal communication. They advised the train has been delayed and they will provide more information when it becomes available to them. During this time 2 members of my party decided to call the Brightline customer service line where no one answered the phone. The rest of us attempted to try and speak with an associate to either book the next train, figure out how to received a refund, or what the heck to do since barely any communication has been provided. I kept checking my phone no texts from Brightline. I received 1 email at 11:47am stating my party has been rescheduled to the 11am train. One associate made me create an account to attempt to re-book for a later train (mind you this was after 1hr 45 minutes of waiting) to either re-book or receive a refund. The other associate kept apologizing because when we asked if the next train was actually going to come she could not provide an answer. After waiting around for some more time trying to see if there was an alternate solution we were told there is a train that is suppose to be departing from the WBP station at 12pm and is expected to arrive around 12:15-12:20pm and we should basically "rush" the train as seating will have to be first come first serve. Shortly after 12pm we asked the associate if the train left and she said she had not received any information which more than likely meant the train did not leave. When I asked for a full refund because we now had been waiting for over 2 hours and had to cancel our lunch reservations in Miami she said they only offer credits which is unjust in this type of situation. She apologized again and said I would be guaranteed to get a credit for the return ride since we couldn't get there when I call customer service. Called customer service again and no answer. I chatted with a representative today who was incredibly unhelpful and said the train delay was out of their control and it is not their fault, therefor they can only give me a credit that "may be more or less than the price I paid". I am EXTREMELY disappointed in Brightline and I think it is ridiculous they will only offer a credit on my departing ticket. I was also told I will not receive anything for missing my returning train because that train had no delay.
