Taking the Brightline Train from Orlando to Boca Raton: Here's What It's Like

I was really impressed by the waiting area—everything was so clean and well-organized. The train ride was absolutely lovely, with beautiful landscapes to enjoy along the way. It was even possible to take a relaxing little nap with complete peace of mind. They also had food service available to order, which made the whole experience even better. I truly enjoyed it and would definitely do it again!

Google
Everyone was amazing!!!! I have nothing negative about staff from arrival, to security, to anyone in uniform, bar, train, etc. Wonderful experience. Everything was clean. Comfortable. Enjoyable! The only thing that stressed me out was how quick you had to get off. Otherwise I highly recommend 👌

Google
Overall the train ride experience was amazing. This is coming from a person who’s never wrote a train before and I rode by myself for three hours to Orlando for my best friend‘s birthday. I was so nervous but everything was so easy the process, getting there, there was no lines nowhere no weight it went so smooth that I was worried that I did something wrong because I said this is too good to be true. I have now decided that I will never drive to Orlando I will always take the train.

The first time I used Brightline, I was worried I might not like it, but it turned out to be an amazing experience. The staff and security were super friendly and guided me through everything, making me feel comfortable. Even the train crew was kind and helpful. The timing was perfect, and everything ran smoothly. The bathrooms were fine—clean and functional, which added to the overall comfort. However, I found it to be quite expensive, and tickets weren’t always easily available. Despite that, I really enjoyed the journey.

Google
Took Brightline for the first time boarding in Fort Lauderdale as a Premium guest, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! The Premium lounge was a great way to kick things off—comfortable, stylish, and stocked with a delicious variety of food. The mac and cheese was a standout, and I loved the selection from charcuterie to fresh sandwiches and salads. Once onboard, the experience was smooth, clean, and exactly what I hoped for as a first-time rider. Staff were professional and attentive, and the whole vibe felt elevated and efficient. I’m already looking forward to my next ride!

Google
Love the train! Scheduling was easy. The train was always clean. The staff were friendly and helpful . Don't like the windows being obscured with ads...I ride the train to see the scenery, but I do understand that many use it for business and it is a wonderful way to get work done while traveling!!!

Andrea Knights

Google
The guy on the train didn't get his name, Hispanic male, his customer service was top teir. Restroom was spotless and train ride was fast and smooth. It made 2 stops Boca and West Palm Beach. I had a premium seat, I got unlimited free snacks and drinks. Including some alcoholic beverages. I traveled at night so they offered a dinner ticket was about $100.

Google
Friendly and polite service inside train. Enjoyed the snack, food offered. Cleanliness, VIP lounge.Tray tables very nice and convenient. Only issue was coffee machine was not working during breakfast hours and no one around stop correct it. Only person was a person that didn’t know what to do. So it was no coffee for me.

Yelp
Very impressed! I haven't used the train system in the US that often and I was a bit hesitant to book my Fort Lauderdale to Orlando trip. I could've very well booked a flight but I didn't want to deal with the drama of the airport. Booking my trip was easy and the price wasn't too bad. When I arrived at the station, I was impressed at how clean and open it was. You go upstairs and go through security which takes 0.0001 seconds. Once you're in there's a restaurant, lounge area, gift shop, and a premium lounge. Everyone boards about 15 minutes before departure and we all left on time. The seats were very comfortable and I had enough space to move around. Staff comes by to sell food and collect garbage. I actually enjoyed the view as we went by city to city and made our final destination to Orlando. I was pleasantly surprised that the station is connected to MCO airport, which is a plus. It was a great journey and I will try this again!

Yelp
To no fault of Brightline, I really despise having to take them when I live ten minutes from PBI which doesn't have direct flights to a lot of destinations during the summer! What is the reason??? I hate it... Hence, why I'm forced to go through FLL. Last year, I was driving from WPB, this year I'm hoping on the Brightline. And as high as the fare, it's about the same as me driving and having to pay to park my car for days. But at least with BL, my car can stay in my garage during the trip instead of blazing in the sun. BL is easy to navigate, scan your ticket through the app or website, go through security and I'm not paying for any premium upgrade. Then it's a waiting game to go downstairs for the train. Now, BL is always clean, new and it's nice. I have not ridden tri-rail but the fare is starkly different. Brightline charges way too much for a RT imo. And I say that as a person that gets a corporate discount. Geez! Luckily my return fare isn't that bad cause I take a really late train. But otherwise, the SMART fares are wild and the premium fares are crazy asl at twice as much as the SMART. And then to get off, exit the building and turn left for the shuttle to the airport, which has not been free since I've been riding, $10pp! BL would be awesome if the fares were not so damn high!

Yelp
Very clean and well managed station. The premium lounge was well worth the slight upcharge for the ticket. Self serve beer and wine along with a nice spread of food and snacks. The Lavazza coffee machine was also a nice touch. The train was also very clean and the service was attentive and friendly. Great selections for food and drink there as well. In the future I will not hesitate to buy premium tickets for an afternoon or evening ride.

Yelp
Had a lovely day trip to Ft Lauderdale from Orlando. Both train terminals were sparkling clean, cold, and stocked with helpful staff and servers. The on-train staff was attentive as well, and the car was clean and the chairs far more comfortable than economy on a plane. I recommend brightline to anyone who needs to get around Florida.

Jennifer P.

Yelp
Clean and organized. Only issue we had was the inattentive coffee server who was rude and seemed bothered that we spoke to her in Spanish we had to ask her to take our order. This was the Fort Lauderdale station, we had no issues in Miami.

Joe D.

Yelp
I'm consistently impressed by Brightline. The Fort Lauderdale station is especially well designed and sleek. It's an impressive modern design and orients the station so that it's a smooth transition up and over to get the passengers to the center of the railroad tracks. It's generally worth the extra to get their premium class. The extra cost includes a reasonably good buffet and bar (coffee/juice in AM and alcohol in PM) inside special waiting areas on both ends of the journey. The price also covers $10 Uber vouchers that get you the final leg to wherever you're going in the city. I haven't taken them, but I'm told by other passengers that Brightline also has free shuttles to the Miami and Ft Lauderdale airports. The only real drawback is the Ft L station hasn't had as much development adjacent to the station as Miami and West Palm. It still feels a bit like, well... the railroad tracks, with not many stores, restaurants, apartments etc nearby yet.

Daren R.

Yelp
Easy parking garage with a $10 fee. Walk into Brightline station and purchase tickets with a simple digital entry kiosk with friendly staff to assist. Walk upstairs to the waiting area and full liquor bar. The bartender not so happy and made the wife a double Bloody Mary but too spicey after warning her twice, drank it anyways $22.00 plus tip. Walked back downstairs to terminal and boarded the half empty Brightline train, which was great. You can switch seats as soon as it moves. The ride was a quick 40 minutes to West Palm Beach. Time for the beer crawl.

Jason B.

Yelp
Pretty spiffy place if u ask me. Very clean and tidy. The premium longe is nice as well

Shawnie P.

Yelp
I loved the entire experience of taking the Brightline in Florida except the pricing, which is why I gave it only three stars. This was my first trip on Brightline traveling from Fort Lauderdale to Orlando. The train stations and waiting areas at both locations (Fort Lauderdale & Orlando) were great. Comfortable and clean sitting area. They have a bar where you can order food & drinks including alcohol...win! This is a nice perk when waiting for your train. They allow you to start heading downstairs to the train loading area about 10 minutes before your departure time. It's assigned seating so no stress. There is a baggage area overhead for your bag and some seating has tables. They also offer a VIP section which I have not experienced which includes food and beverages. The seats are comfortable and the train is clean. It's nice to just sit back and relax, while traveling between cities, avoiding traffic, jams and accidents and the anxiety of those possibilities. The train is a bit faster than traveling by car, but not by much. My issue with taking the Brightline is pricing. I think it's way overpriced and hopefully will be lowered at some point. I was about to book Brightline again for this upcoming weekend, but noticed the pricing was too high so I'm driving. I hope in the future they have more trains and lower pricing and that would push me to give a five star rating.

Yelp
The Brightline has found a new customer! Absolutely impressed with the station and the train itself. I felt like I was in Europe. The station was clean and bright and gone was the anxiety of traveling through an airport. Even though there is a security screening, it's much more calm and pleasant than TSA. The staff were friendly & very knowledgeable. Only thing I can really think of is the bartender forgetting an ingredient from a drink I saw on the menu, but just a quick reminder to him and it was all fixed. I'll never drive or fly to Orlando again! Keep it up, Brightline!

Georgette Q.

Yelp
Brightline Station is in a perfect location! Walking distance to Las Olas and The Warf! They offer a shuttle to the Airport-friendly helpful staff. Always clean and safe! I'm a true fan of Brightline! Convenient and stress free! Attentive and welcoming service! I highly recommend!!!

Kyle M.

Yelp
My brother-in-law and I enjoyed an EXCELLENT day trip from Orlando to Ft Lauderdale!!!!! I've take similar high-speed trains in Japan & Europe. Ours is JUST AS GOOD or better!!!

Iggy I.

Yelp
I've taken the Brightline a few times and love it. It's quick, clean, easy to use. The price can sometimes be a bit high but I guess it depends on the day and time. They come around selling snacks and drinks.

Howard G.

Yelp
Another fast, on-time train from Ft. Lauderdale to Miami for me to board my cruise on the new MSC Seascape this afternoon. The moment one walks into the Brightline station they can see and smell how clean everything is. The general waiting area is spotless with all different types of seating configurations. Whether you're traveling alone or with a party, there are comfortable booths, meeting-like tables and single areas with plenty of places to plug in your phone, laptop, etc and wifi is free both in the station and aboard the train. Today I got a deal for only $10! It takes away the headache of having to drive thirty-five miles to Miami, which could take sixty to ninety minutes, and then paying for parking, which is astronomical in Miami, whether downtown, SoBe or the cruise terminal. Brightline...if you haven't tried it yet, you're missing out!

Kim M.

Yelp
Upon arrival we were greeted and our bags were checked. We proceeded upstairs and went through security and it was a breeze. We paid extra for the Premium Lounge. It was quiet and comfy with snacks and drinks and we really liked it. Plenty of seating and areas to charge your cell phones. I went to use the rest room before our train arrived and tried three stalls before I could find one that would lock. One door wouldn't latch at all, another door would not close all the way to lock and luckily the handicap stall was available and would close and lock. Once on the train, we found our seats and there was a used water bottle on my seat and the seat pocket was filled with trash. I put down the tray table and it was filthy. I know the train is busy but the staff should atleast clean out the seating areas before re boarding. The train ride was smooth and the food and drinks were great. Overall it was a great ride and we would use it again.

Tiffany C.

Yelp
Very clean and seems well thought out. I was able to bring through my opened iced tea which was nice. I expected to have been told to throw it out but that's nice you can bring something with you as opposed to having to buy something and probably get charged astronomically. They have a bar that you can sit and have a drink at as well while you wait.

Kim M.

Yelp
I am writing this review after speaking to my niece who rode Brightline Fort Lauderdale to Orlando. My niece was traveling with her 7month old. As a mother I know that was not easy: stroller, luggage, and overnight bag. She told me how not one employee of Brightline assisted her, the other passengers were helpful. I find it very disgusting that no one assisted her. Where has the customer service gone with so many of these companies? Is it that people don't really want to work, so the workers they have do horrible work. I felt so disturbed that she had to experience this type of bad service. She will never ride Brightline again and I will never experience Brightline.

Stacey S.

Yelp
I wanted to take a break from driving so I purchased two Brightline tickets from Fort Lauderdale to Orlando. I am in love with this service. It is very efficient and convenient. Everything was so simple except the parking payment option. Everything was self-service from parking to boarding the train. The only time you have to interact with someone else is when going through the security detectors, or if you decide to grab some drinks from the bar area. One thing that bothered me on the train is that other patrons were extremely loud. They held loud conversations from onboard to off board; if only the employees that work on the cart could ask them to be considerate of others when having conversations. Of course you can't control others, however, I don't think other customers should have to be subject to such uncomfortable conversations at 7 AM in the morning. I will add these unruly patrons bought tiny bottles with them and drinking for the first hour of the ride. When it comes to the parking, you are supposed to scan the QR code in the garage and add a card for payment. I scanned the code and knew I'd be able to pay when I got back. Gone for one day, it was a total of $30 to park at this garage. Hmph. The Brightline app says if I pay in the app it's only $10 a day, I will test this on my next 24 hour trip. The receipt does not break down fees or anything, it just showed a flat fee of $30. A little steep for one day parking. Otherwise, I definitely plan to use this service again.

Miso J.

Yelp
Clean! Nice staff and unlimited drinks (if you buy a premium ticket!) what a great addition to the city. Not to mention, when you get to Miami, you get a free Tesla ride within a 5 mile radius of the station. You can't beat it with a stick.

Steven C.

Yelp
Fantastic new station close to everything. I had a beer at the bar while waiting, great servers and selection. Check out the free shuttle to hotel areas. The environment is top notch. Ditch the car and travel in style. Most highly recommended.

Craig S.

Yelp
A great idea with a narrow vision, that's how I would describe (Not So) Bright Line. They started by courting commuter customers and over time built a loyal base. But once the opportunity to expand into distance travelers (Orlando), instead of adding to their business by catering to both local and distance travelers, they foolishly started ignoring their local customer foundation, raising prices, blocking distance seats that would remain empty, and reducing the number of train stops to accommodate the added trip distances. This business could have had it all by pivoting to a multi-traveler base but they only saw a binary outcome with distance travelers preferred. It's no wonder they struggle financially because shallow strategic thinking always leads to thin financial results. Interesting I received a response from Jason W who claims to be the owner, but that's not the case. Brightline president is Patrick Goddard, whom I spoke to about the decline in service when he was trying to persuade Broward officials to support his private train line.

Andrea T.

Yelp
Gorgeous and clean. I love the water bottle refilling station on the ground floor. Beautiful cashless shop, will need apple pay or a credit card to enter, super cool! Mary Mary bar with light sandwiches and breakfast. Super clean bathrooms. Easy to get an uber or taxi!

Eun Jee J.

Yelp
I'm from Chicago, and these trains are a LUXURY in comparison! First off, it smells AMAZING inside the stations and trains, like what?! They are so pristine! USB charging stations EVERYWHERE, you can self checkout snacks, and they have a bar as well! We went from Ft Lauderdale to Miami. Both stations (and train) were amazing!

Rainey P.

Yelp
When it comes to service, it is better to drive..upon showing up one and forty minutes before you schedule departure it is impossible to check your bags..even if you prepay for the service. Why offer a service if I have to carry your own bags on board..As I was going on a cruise, I thought it would be good idea to take brightline train to Orlando to Fort Lauderdale..showing up 2 hours before departure doesn't work either. The customer service agent reresponse was rude saying that they don't make reservations on check bags..my question why charge, when you don't have the service..and it takes a week for a refund. This train service need better customers service training. NEVER CHARGE FOR A SERVICE IF YOU CAN'T DELIVER..it keeps getting better we reserve seats and get on train and ours was charge also. Not giving us a view of our bags. Not feeling this service at all. I hope you realize that you should change you bags policy to a free for all..and not charge a customer and when there is change train..nofity the customer by email or on the app. I am never using this service again..I will rent a car or get a Uber service and strongly recommend to my family and friends NOT TO RIDE THE TRAIN

Dan G.

Yelp
Wonderful experience with the premium tickets. Highly recommend from FLL to West Palm Beach!

Tianna D.

Yelp
We love taking the Brightline down to Miami for concerts and sporting events. Definitely beats having to drive and sit through traffic. We usually do Premium on our way down and Smart on the way up to save a few dollars. The Premium lounge in Fort Lauderdale is small but we've never had trouble finding a seat. They also usually keep the snacks and mini fridge stocked so we can grab a quick bite before the train arrives.

Sergio F.

Yelp
So I was on one of my regular WPB adventures, when I was delayed getting to the Miami station. Dreading I might have to drive, I pulled a Hollywood-worthy Uber ride to the Broward boulevard station. The chat operator on the support app said I had forfeited the train ticket being late to the Miami station. But since my Uber was already halfway up I95, I soldiered on. Getting to the station, I explained my situation to the attendant and she let me pass up to the concourse. My e-ticket wouldn't read? No problem; the security guard and manager still let me up and into my ride to adventure. That level of going above and beyond to accommodate a customer is very much the definition of 5-star!

Emily S.

Yelp
I truly love having the Brightline available for easy and quick travel throughout Florida. The stations are very clean and well-kept. I enjoyed the different seating options on the train and the availability provided. Many of my relatives live in Kissimmee or Orlando, and it's easy for them or us to jump on the train to visit.

Tori M.

Yelp
I have rode the Brightline twice, once in premium from FTL-ORL & once in smart from ORL-BOCA. Premium and smart both have the same seating the only benefits of premium are the lounge with complimentary beer, wine & some food. On board with premium you also receive quicker service and complimentary food and drinks. Both smart & premium are comfortable and quick ways to travel. Both times the trains were perfectly on time, boarding is efficient & the staff has always been extremely friendly. I would definitely choose the Brightline over air travel within the offered destinations!

Robert B.

Yelp
At one time this was a convenient service. They have shifted the way the train functions. You are not allowed to pick your seat , they do for you and to change your seat is a great hassle. People are treated like cattle. Unless this train saves you money or time- better off with Uber or driving. Picking your own seat is a real dead stop for me... If you want to work and need a plug - only one per two seats. Great looking, great idea, but people come second and there is no one to discuss it with. Plus the Wifi is awful...hit and miss. Plus - sitting near a screaming child and I am not allowed to move!!!!!!

Jason H.

Yelp
Brightline makes a cheap ass "airport experience" as their theme. Nobody cares if the train doesn't show and the people working here, on the phone, and the online chat all say "we don't know why the last three trains haven't shown. Please stay tuned to station announcements." If you ran over yet another person, just say so and we'll all go home. But you're either lying, completely uninformed, or both. All worth 0 stars. Expensive drinks and frigid stations don't fix anything if your core service, taking the train you paid for, is in an unknown location and absolutely no arrival information.

Jerry D.

Yelp
Jason. Not sure who Eric is - name is Jerry. But I did want to thank you for the reply. Just to update you - it has now been a week today since I wrote that and am still waiting for the phone call I was to receive from a "supervisor" who was promised would get back to me before end of business last Tuesday. So you can surely understand my reluctance to engage in any kind of chat/txt platform and try to re- explain everything to someone new to the complaint. But thanks anyhow.

Jeanine I.

Yelp
Love this modern fast clean mode of transportation!!!! We have taken Fort Lauderdale to West Palm Beach a few times and each time we have been impressed! Also parking garage is convenient!

Martha C.

Yelp
So easy to get from city to city in south Florida now. The Fort Lauderdale station is at the hub of redevelopment in Ft. Lauderdale. The station is clean and easy to navigate.

Michael A.

Yelp
Bright line is great. Everything efficient, smart, easy & clean. Came from WPB. Great trip.

Nicolette P.

Yelp
My feelings about Brightline are mixed. Definitely has the potential to be a great service but certainly has many hard to swallow misses at this point. First the app is very glitchy, besides buying a ticket which even glitches it's basically useless. I tried multiple times, on multiple phones to order a ride from the Fort Lauderdale airport and it continued to fail. When you have a premium ticket an Uber ride is complimentary if within We ended up taking the "Brightline Shuttle" which picked up every 15-20 mins. They charged us ten dollars per person and stated even though they wore the Brightline name they were a private entity and our premium class meant nothing to them. Upon arrival at the station we we're greeted by friendly and true Brightline employees. They directed us where to go since we already had tickets and let us know of our trains arrival status. Security was a quick breeze, scan of your bag and off we headed to the premium lounge. The lounge had a nice seating area and small continental breakfast available. Bagels, cold cuts, pastries, fruit, yogurt, coffee, and tea. But my favorite part the self serve wine and beer. Rosé after a long five hour red eye flight, yes please. Our train arrived ten minutes late but it was announced prior to and once the train was within 5 minutes of approach an announcement to begin heading down to the platform was made. So communication within the station is great. On board we found someone else in our seats which was a Brightline error because they too were booked for the same seats. It was a small annoyance because I booked my tickets and seats weeks prior and yet the same couple was able to purchase the same seats that morning. This is a common error that hasn't been addressed but if you're charging a premium fee it should be corrected sooner than later. On board service was great friendly conductors. Snack service begins pretty immediately a few minutes after departure. You can literally get as much as you like I opted for popcorn, small cheese board, and margarita. Announcements on board were prompt with enough time to begin gathering your belongs prior to arrival. Yet once again the app to order an Uber in Miami was a fail. So we headed down to customer service which was a little bit of a wait to have an Uber ordered. Thankfully they were nice and took care of the ride order and apologized for the inconvenience. All in all Brightline staff are excellent, helpful, and friendly. Now if Brightline the company could fix their issues (overbooking and promising services they can't offer) they would have a winning product.

Lisa F.

Yelp
I give, overall, a 4.5 star review: Due to recent weather in Miami/Ft. Lauderdale, our flight into Miami was canceled and we had to fly into Orlando. Our travel agent booked us Brightline tickets from the Orlando Airport station to Ft. Lauderdale, where we originally needed to be. First, the train station in Orlando is phenomenal. It's very clean and spacious, with a nice waiting area and light food/beverage options. Security was a breeze. The train itself is very clean and seats (we were in coach) very comfortable. The staff was very communicative, letting us know every step of the way why we had to slow or stop, and got us from Orlando to Ft. Lauderdale in less than 2.5 hours. The only reason I deducted .5 of a star is for both internet and food. While you do get wifi service, it is spotty. Don't count on it to get that major project done for work! As far as the food goes: they do have a fair menu selection: sandwiches, salads, snacks and beverages, but the prices are pretty high and they tend to run low. We paid 14.00 for a pre-made, partially soggy 5 inch turkey sandwich. We were grateful for it because we were hungry, but suggest you pack a picnic lunch () of a Jersey Mike's or similar sandwich and stock up on Dollar Tree snacky stuff! Also, our seat-mates (we had a table for 4 in coach) tried ordering one of their salad offerings, but they had run out of most of those . All in all, despite these minor issues, this was a great experience. We were running on empty sleep-wise, so we were grateful for the smooth, comfortable ride.

Yelp
Brightline is basically like the Acela Express (the 150-mph train between Boston-NY-DC), except on Brightline: 1. Stations are much nicer than Amtrak stations. 2. The track is a lot smoother than Amtrak track. I had no problem writing on some documents (I was working during my recent Brightline trip) as the Brightline train was at top speed. 3. The food on Brightline is classier and healthier (and better-tasting) than on Amtrak. 4. Best of all, the Brightline employees are generally very nice and helpful (unlike some Amtrak employees; unfortunately Amtrak just has a lot of nasty crew members).

Robert S.

Yelp
The Brightline station in FLL is really nice, clean, airy and roomy. We purchased our tickets on the app and quickly walked up the escalator to the waiting area Our train to MIA arrive right on time and there were staff personnel around the platform in case anyone had a question. Also, when the train arrived, there was someone helping direct riders to the proper car. The experience was great! About 30 minutes, in a clean train car from the FLL train station to the MIA station. I would definitely use it again. Being express you need not to worry about stops. They have monthly passes as well as packs for 10 rides that come out to be about $14.50/ride vs $17. These packs have a 90 day expiration.

Toph E.

Yelp
A waste of money. The prices fluctuate with demand but the trains are 70% empty. A commuter train that doesn't allow bicycles is as smart as a plane that doesn't allow luggage. Another great example of bad management, poor decision making and a desire to profit on people who simply want to get around.

Jenny P.

Yelp
My best friend and I decided to be tourist in our own city. We took the train from Miami to West Palm beach. We got the VIP experience, wasn't too expensive. While you wait for your train in the VIP lounge area they have complimentary bites and drinks. Drink include beer, wine, water, and sodas. Bites are small but they're yummy. On the train we also received a free 21 and over beverage with a small snack box which included mini cheese bites, grapes and small round pieces of ham, sort of like an adult lunch able meal. Heads up if you need transportation when you arrive to your destination make sure you pre book the Uber so it's able to pick you up directly from the station.

Nina T.

Yelp
I really like everything so far about the brightline. I can not wait until they are going all over the state! Customer service is excellent, and the bar and lounge are nice and inviting. You can take your food and drink from a bar on the train. Seats could be a bit more comfortable for the coach. Prices are affordable; amenities are nice.

Emeliz C.

Yelp
Awesome way to get around! They offer awesome discounts every now and again! I love being able to explore my neighboring communities while being green.

Alex G.

Yelp
This is a review for the Brightline train system as a whole. The trains are gorgeous, the stations are clean and modern, and the employees are pretty darn friendly. The routes are super quick - I can get to work in Boca in 16 minutes! These are more like trains that you find in Europe and parts of Asia, and having one locally is terrific for the members of our community. One of the best train experiences I've had, seriously. Definitely give this a try!

Javier R.

Yelp
Amazing staff, amazing seevice! Get the premium so you can enjoy the lounge and get some drinks is so worth it. I was running late in Miami and they waited for me before train left! Amazed!!!!

Andrea K.

Yelp
Never again... I arrived on time ready to take the train to my job 1.5 hours away. They delayed us then made us exit the train letting us know it was canceled. I had a suitcase and other gear for work, I had to scramble to call an Uber which cost me $70 one way. As I was running out, I asked the ticket office if I could get a refund since they canceled my train. Not delayed CANCELED!!! They said yes as I ran off to my Uber. I emailed 3 weeks later Brightline responded saying I'd only be given a credit. Now clearly I'm not concerned over $22 it's the principal of the matter. You canceled my trip I deserve a full refund. I was late to work and had to pay $70 for an Uber. I called and emailed again, it's up to "Corpoate" they told me. I'm a NYCer I'll never use Brightline I want a refund! After doing more research I discovered that Brightline is not dependable. Don't use this train because they cancel and delay all the time. I'd love to see this go down on in the Northeast. It would never. Just take an Uber, or the other train line, Brightline is a rip off and has shady business practices.

Yelp
I cannot complain at all about the stations or the service on the train and at stations. What I am extremely disgusted by is how the BLine was affordable only 7 months ago, and now the same trip that cost under $100 now costs over $150. I dred driving from Ft. Lauderdale to West Palm Beach, but I'll get over it. I can't believe how Brightline has taken advantage and has increased prices more than 50%.

Yelp
Elizabeth Maya Andread? (May have spelled his name wrong. They are so kind!! Maya has a good pour. We know companies measure shots but these things are expensive along with the tickets and the event your even going to do a slight over pour will always be appreciated

Yelp
Never again!! First time using the Brightline train. Terrible experience, particularly regarding the shuttle service from the airport and the shuttle service returning from the station. Poorly marked, not timely, should be free of charge for patrons to begin with. But besides that fact, they left minutes before we got downstairs and we came right down the escalator right out of the train as soon as the doors opened. They need to wait for people headed to the airport. It's pretty damn simple. Plus the people at the service counter could care less.
