"Located at Orlando International Airport near Terminal C, it's the largest station for Brightline with amenities like a grab-and-go mart, a lively bar, and separate lounge areas for Smart and Premium passengers."

I highly recommend experiencing train travel. The spacious interiors are clean and tidy. I suggest bringing your snacks or food, as long as they are not overly smelly because the onboard food options could be improved. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. Skip the stress of driving and enjoy the comfort of traveling by train. Plus, they offer complimentary WiFi.

Clean, modern train station that's on par with many of the high-quality stations you would experience over in Europe or Japan. Great facilities starting off with easy passenger drop off and on-site parking and also being co-located with the Orlando International airport if you are traveling multi-modal. Brightline trains are also very modern and clean like you would experience traveling through Germany and Japan. Seats are comfortable and spacious and attendants were very friendly and professional. We traveled from Orlando to downtown Miami reaching speeds up to 127MPH, and it was a very smooth ride.

Took the train from Orlando to Miami and everything was great! Loved the entire Brightline experience from Orlando station to Miami station. Security was quick and there's a lounge and bar available while you wait. The train was clean and spacious, staff onboard were excellent, as were the snacks. Definitely worth the upgrade to premium. Highly recommend!

Google
What a great experience! Please ensure you get there early. As the train departs on time and does not wait for anyone. I would recommend if anyone can drop you off at the Brightline Orlando Station it would be great that way you don’t have to take airport shuttle to get to the Brightline station which overall it takes about 30 minutes. They have limited food selection in the train station and inside the Orlando Brightline train stop station. The train restroom is state of the art, I wished they made airplane restrooms this way as well! Overall we felt energetic and comfortable on the train ride. The Miami Brightline stop station was bigger than Orlando and it was very chic and artistic. We would do it again to avoid Miami’s traffic jams and hectic roads.

I’m on a Brightline train now making my way down to West Palm from the Orlando station. This was my first trip and I have to say I’m really impressed. The premium lounge and seating are fantastic. Had a great meal, a cold beer, and enjoyed a movie on the way down. I will definitely be riding again.

This was my first experience riding the train and it was amazing. I was unsure how the boarding process would be but it was super easy. The terminal signs were helpful and the announcements of what to do was easy to follow and understand. This is my new favorite way of traveling.

Google
STATION: Very nice station. First class lounge was small, but had comfortable seating and plenty of food on offer (meatballs, tortellini, hummus, greens, cheese, mini-eclairs). Limited soft drinks were in a small cooler (Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, water). TRAIN - FIRST CLASS CAR: Seating was firm, but comfortable in the first class car. However, despite announcements requesting passengers to keep their voices down, multiple people were on calls or speaking very loud and staff did not address it. Don't buy a first class seat thinking you are getting a quiet car.

Yelp
This is the way to travel! I needed to get to the Miami port for a cruise and couldn't wait to try out the Brightline for the first time. The whole experience was a breeze. You make your way to Terminal C. You can park in the lot right in front of Terminal C. The gate opens after scanning your cars E-PASS and will charge once leaving. It is a short walk into Terminal C, and you take the escalator that is right there up to the next floor, and BOOM, you are at the entrance for the Brightline. The security portion was a breeze. It was a quick process by placing your items on the security belt and scanning your phone for the ticket to let you in. Once inside the "station" there is a bar for coffee beverages and cocktails. A gift shop is available with clothing merchandise, sunscreen, snacks, etc. There were plenty of chairs and seating areas. The bathrooms were clean. There are water bottle fill stations. There are plenty of screens to see when the trains arrive. An announcement came over the speaker system to board, and it was really easy. I can't wait to travel on the Brightline again in a few months for my next cruise!

Yelp
The Brightline is the train that takes you from Orlando to South Florida (all the way to Miami) and is our new favorite way to get to Ft Lauderdale. The Brightline Orlando station is located at the Orlando International Airport, C Terminal. There is an airport section as well as the train section. If you are taking the train, there is parking in their garage or offsite parking spots, same as if you are flying out of OIA. My wife and I have done both options and where parking onsite is easier, there is the chance there are no parking spots. We had a terrible time trying to find a spot the first time we took the brightline, we almost were unable to locate a spot. We do prefer to park off site, however, you will have a longer walk to the train station once dropped off. Getting dropped off, will require you to walk quite the distance. I would suggest finding an employee and asking how to get there. We had to make a few turns and head back into the parking garage. If you are doing this, give yourself plenty of time to walk and get over there. Brightline recommends about 30ish minutes before your train, but we prefer to go early as if we were flying. That is just us. Once you are in the Brightline station, there is an employee that can help you check in, check your bag and print your ticket. This is not required as all of this can be done on your phone. You also can carry your suitcase on board. There are spots above your head and a larger area in each car, to store your luggage. There is not an employee to assist you with your luggage unless you are checking it (there is a cost). You need to be prepared to carry all your belongings onto the train yourself. Tickets are only scanned to get into the actual terminal, then you do not need them again, unless you cannot remember your seat. Once you scan your ticket, you put your belongings onto the Xray machine to be scanned. It is very different than when you fly. No one assists you; you do not need to take shoes off, but you will need to empty your pockets. There is an employee monitoring so if you do have questions, they are there to assist. The actual terminal is pretty large, compared to Ft. Lauderdale, the only other stop we have been too. It has a new, fresh, clean feelings. It is very clean inside as well including the restrooms. There is a small gift shop (credit only, no cash), restrooms, VIP ticket area, a few seats and Mary Mary, the bar. This is where my wife and I hang out to wait for the train. We will find seats at the bar since they offer food options. We have been here a few times and have tried a few different options. I personally enjoy the breakfast sandwich with sausage, egg and cheese. It is served hot and is a really great breakfast sandwich. I also enjoy their empanadas, they are a tad small so you might want to order 2 if you are hungry, but they are served with a great garlic dipping sauce. My wife enjoyed the guava pastry, which is served warm as well. Since we take the train when we are on vacation, we also get a morning cocktail. I usually order an old fashion, depending on the bartender. There are a couple of bartenders that make these really good. If they are there, I will definitely get one. My wife likes to get a mimosa since it has OJ and its early. We have also tried one of their signature drinks- Mule Skinner- lychee syrup, vodka and ginger beer. This was so good; my wife and I have made it at home. If you do not want anything from the bar, then you are able to order snacks, drinks and sandwiches on the train, based off availability. To board the train, you will need to head downstairs to the platform. They will not allow you to enter the platform until your train has arrived and they give you only about 10 minutes to get down to the platform and onto the train. It moves quick, so be ready. I would reccomend if you are sitting at the bar pay attention to the time and make sure to pay ahead. The bartenders are really good about asking your train time, but I would suggest helping them and paying attention. The train will leave without you. Overall, the brightline is a great option to get to South Florida. When we visit family, we usually drive, and this is so much easier. It cuts the time in half; we get to relax and ride in very comfortable seats. This is great for traveling south, or even for a day trip. There are trains that leave every hour back and forth. I would also recommend signing up for the emails, there are lots of discounts they offer. Aces!

Yelp
The Brightline is fairly new for my husband and I. We were hesitant to take it to South Florida, however, it has become really amazing way for us to get to South Florida. The station is actually located at the Orlando International Airport, in the C Terminal. If you are taking the train, you can park in their garage or offsite parking spots. Just as if you were flying. We have done both, parking onsite in the C terminal garage poses a risk. The first time we had a terrible time finding a parking spot, I'm pretty sure we took the last parking spot available. The last time, we used an offsite parking spot, which drives you by shuttle to the terminal. I personally think parking onsite is easier because when you park, the entrance to Brightline is very close. You come in on the same level as the entrance and you do not have to walk too far. Parking offsite takes you to the first floor and we had to hike to the Brightline station. It took us up a few floors, past the car rental, back outside into the garage and then over to the Brightline. We did not realize how far it would be. So, my suggestion would be to decide which is better for you, it is usually cheaper to park offsite, and you can reserve a spot ahead of time so there is no stress in worrying about a parking spot. Once you are in the Brightline entrance, you can check in at the desk if you need to, want a printed ticket or need to check your bag. It is not necessary to do any of that. You are able to carry your luggage directly onto the train. To actually get into the station, you need to scan your tickets to enter the gate. You do all this yourself. You add your carry on and luggage into the scanner and then that's it. You do all of this on your own. It is very different than when you fly. The actual terminal is so pretty. It feels fresh and new, but it is not very big. There are a few seats in the waiting area, some of which have tables. They have restrooms, a small gift shop (they only take cards, no cash), and then a bar. Mary Mary is the bar and where we usually so to, while waiting for our train. Most people do not get there very early unlike when flying. They actually recommend only about 20-30 minutes before your train. However, that is way to close and stressful for us. We always go early. They will not allow you to enter the platform until your train has arrived. There is only about 10 minutes to get down to the platform and onto the train. It moves quick. So, you need to be ready. We like to sit at the bar because they do offer food options. There is food available on the train for purchase, but we always get something before. We have taken the train from here always in the early morning, so we have tried a few different breakfast items. The breakfast sandwich with sausage, egg and cheese is really good. It's a nice hot sandwich, really good. I also enjoy the guava pastry. It's served warm as well. Last time, my husband had one of their empanadas and he really enjoyed it. And since we are at the bar, we have to get a drink. Duh! I usually go for a mimosa since it's early. I like it because it is more champagne than OJ. Last time, they had a new bartender training, and she needed to learn how to make their signature cocktails. They gave us one for free! It was their Mule Skinner which had lychee syrup, vodka and ginger beer. It was so delicious that we have made it at home. Overall, this is a great place. I would highly recommend taking the Brightline if you wanted to go down to South Florida. It is easy, the actual train is really nice, comfortable, clean and quick. This will be our new way to travel when visiting our family. I truly hope they expand north towards Tampa as this would be a great option for a day trip. If you were thinking about it, do it. Sign up for the emails, there are lots of discounts they offer. Definitely check it out!

Yelp
Brightline has completely changed the game for traveling between Orlando and South Florida. I will literally never make that drive again because the train makes it so convenient, easy, and stress free. The train station in located inside the beautiful Terminal C are Orlando International Airport. Security is quick and the lounge area is a great place to relax or get some work done with complimentary WiFi. I love that when I ride in Premium I get some snacks and drinks included too! Kicking off a trip with a glass of bubbly feels so posh and not having to worry about packing snacks is really nice too. Pro tip: Be sure to add your checked bag when you book your ticket if you plan to bring one. The checked baggage space is limited and it does fill up. Also sign up for their emails because Brightline has new promo codes all the time and you can save a bunch! I plan to ride the train multiple times in 2025 and I'm really looking forward to when they expand routes into Tampa and Brevard in the future. It's the perfect way to get to a vacation at one of Florida's awesome cruise terminals! I highly encourage you to check out Brightline if you haven't done so already!

Yelp
Super smooth and clean. Kind personnel on board. Even saw security and greeter waving goodbye when we left station. Just wish they were a little cheaper especially for Florida residents

Yelp
First timer on the brightline !!! (Myself, spouse and daughter) from Orlando to Fort Lauderdale- easy, convenient, comfortable, service was immaculate- great variety of food/snacks and drinks aboard the train and while waiting in lounge! Clean and affordable! Definitely traveling by brightline again soon (actually just booked a ride back to Orlando in a few days!!) no complaints !!

Daniel M.

Yelp
This was a super smooth round trip ride to/from Orlando on the same day to meet up with fam for Thanksgiving. It saved from the stress and exhaustion of a 6 hour round trip commute. We booked through the Brightline app and purchased parking in advance. We left from the Boca Raton station at 8:30am with a return trip at 9:30pm. The Boca station is much smaller but sleek, modern and comfortably fit everyone en route to Orlando. The ride was super scenic and smooth like the trains in Europe. Each seat has a QR barcode with menu offerings from drinks to light meals that are delivered to you. We saved our appetites for the Thanksgiving meal ahead but enjoyed a Bloody Mary on the ride back. The Orlando station is much larger and rightfully so with the amount of people boarding and de boarding. Very modern! Brightline made this long day bearable.

Diandra L.

Yelp
I recently took the Brightline on a round trip from Miami to Orlando and I was so impressed! First of all, this station is brand new and beautiful. It's super clean, security is a breeze and you can clearly see where you need to go. They have a bar and a convenience store if you want to get any food or snacks before you go. One thing to note, this is in the airport so account for airport traffic when you're making your way there. Also, It's a bit of a treck via escalator to get to the entrance of the station, so if you have a lot of bags I'd suggest the elevator. I had never considered taking the brightline from Miami to Orlando because honestly, it is pretty pricey (about $99-150 each way depending on the day), however because I signed up for their email alerts I was able to snag a cyber monday deal and get my fare for $29 each way! That is cheaper than a tank of gas, and no stress about driving. The train itself is comfy, offers amazing wifi, outlets and a decent menu featuring food and booze. I wish I planned ahead and brought my own food for the way down, but the menu offerings will definitely hold you over until you reach your destination.

Mike L.

Yelp
The Orlando Station has a bar and plenty of seating. Everyone is always so friendly and they always help new passengers. As for the trains? They are punctual, fast, and provide a smooth ride. Onboard amenities such as Wi-Fi, power outlets, and spacious seating make it easy to work or unwind. Plus, the convenience of being dropped off in the heart of major cities like Orlando is unbeatable.

Andi P.

Yelp
5 Stars for an awesome train experience to Miami. I recently took the Brightline to Miami and started off at the Orlando station. It's at Terminal C at the airport. This terminal is AMAZING and new, but it's a bit annoying to get through airport traffic on your way. I wish the station was in Downtown Orlando, but unfortunately no one consulted me (lol). The train itself was incredibly clean and new and had strong wifi. The wifi was strong enough for me to be on multiple zoom calls for work (I wore headphones, I'm not a monster), and work the whole way down. I didn't end up getting food or drink on the train, but they have this available. They also have options to buy VIP tickets that include F&B. One pro-tip is to get on the email list to wait for discounts as they come up fairly often!

Mary Ann C.

Yelp
The Orlando station was busier than the Ft. Lauderdale station. I enjoyed taking the Brightline train but the service at the bar was much better in Ft. Lauderdale. I liked the beef empanada so I got one here as well and it was over baked. The edges were rock hard and the filling wasn't as fresh. It was just a snack so I didn't mind too much. I ordered a glass of Cabernet and they served it in a plastic cup. I felt like the guy drinking a beer from a glass got the better deal. I spotted clean wine glasses behind the counter. I'm always about the experience. This one was not good.

Candy F.

Yelp
I took the Brightline to West Palm Beach. The entire experience was seamless. Enjoyed being on the train in relative silence while I read my book. The train was clean, as was the bathroom. Plenty of space for your legs and your luggage. My only negative was there was no announcement when the train stopped. So I had to ask. I wish they had the signs like the trains in France that tell you which station you're at and which one is next etc. You can order food during your ride via a QR code. Menu can be found in the seat back. The food is a little expensive. So honestly just pack your own snacks. Brightline is constantly running specials so my ride was fairly inexpensive. I would definitely take the Brightline again. I hope they get more stops in the future.

Jason B.

Yelp
Just chillin waiting for the to take us to Miami. I've been. On the train now no less than 30 times. This is easily the best way to travel imo. Premium class is the best

Robert H.

Yelp
The stations are spacious clean and sunny. The Brightline staff we encountered were all very professional. The cars have excellent legroom, and the bathrooms are large. It is nice to be able to order food and drinks via a QR code and have them delivered to our seats. It was a speedy way to get to Miami without the stress of driving. As a railfan, it was interesting to me that I could not really look out the windows at the remnants of Florida East Coast, as the train goes so fast, that one's eyes can not lock in on anything, and one ends up feeling nauseous, like a video game with excessive head bob. So think of it as fast transportation, not sightseeing. There was an unfortunate incident of a fatality of the tracks. Brightline sorted it out in record time, and sent employees out with free beverages and snacks, very classy move, as this was in no way their fault. There is an Avis on the Miami end, right across the street from the Brightline Station.

Isabella C.

Yelp
Very spacious! Very smooth! Highly recommend the brightline I also got a White Russian. Although the food on the train isn't the best

Mari H.

Yelp
It has very clean trains and the waiting lobby js nice and has good snack foods and a bar. If you can find discounted tickets then it's worth taking this train; but it's a bit overpriced at face value. It's also a bit on the annoying side that it's at the MCO airport (or right by it), because then you have to deal with all the airport traffic. And our whole thought process is, if we're dealing with the traffic anyway, why not just take the plane ride then? Overall though, it's a nice ride. I'd say 3.5 stars if I could.

Apple S.

Yelp
My first time using Brightline and quite curious. I was told to go early because it's a lot of walking and wow they were right! I was dropped off at the terminal, then you have to go 2 floors up - cross the bridge - go down - walk some more - enter the station - find the security check - go down for the train. It's time consuming! Getting in the train would be fast and easy it it wasn't for an employee slowing it down as if we are incapable of reading seat numbers. However the train left exactly on time, a miracle! It's very spacious, there's tables. Free wifi is my favorite and you can charge! Menu is reasonable and extensive! The cart came out as soon we took off. Very clean! The bathroom is spacious and full automatic. Air is good not too hot or too cold. Overall pleasant experience and easier than driving!

Delores B.

Yelp
Stressless!!! Taking Brightline from Orlando to Ft. Lauderdale reduces the travel stress of a quick get away cruise. The station is bright and has plentiful seating. The train check in process is simple and doesn't require 2 hours of airport time. Using premium gets you a nice lounge and seats with lots of room onboard. I would say the price is great, compared to driving and paying to park at the cruise terminal. Give it a try and you want be disappointed, especially with Premium.

Alison N.

Yelp
Overall, the place is very clean. Travel in speed of 125 miles per hour. Bathroom is nice and has easy door access for wheelchair passengers.

Marc Aka Max H.

Yelp
The Brightline Terminal in Orlando is attached to the new Terminal C. It is huge. Very well lit. Immaculate with many staff walking around sweeping, dusting, mopping the floors and cleaning handrails and escalators. The signage is clear and abundant. You cannot get lost. My ticket was for premium seating so I immediately headed to the Premium Lounge, which opens 2 hours before departure time of your train. And not a minute earlier! You swipe the QR code at the turnstile and that is how you can entrance. Luggage can be checked or carried on and depending on class of service it is included in your fare or you pay per piece. Free alcohol - wine and beer - is served in the lounge. Along with all sorts of soft drinks, Lavassa coffee, waters, and snacks, candies, chips. They also offer cooked foods like mini empanadas (which were surprisingly tasty) and meat balls. There were cheeses crackers hummus. Pita. The trains are immaculate. The bathrooms are also very clean, but if you're a man and have to urinate I would strongly recommend you not attempt to do so when the train is moving real fast. It is impossible to do so without making a mess. On yourself. The floor. All over. But I've deviated away from the station. The station is simply, very impressive. Filled with lots of light, huge windows looking out onto parking lots, lakes and airport buildings. You will not feel closed in here. Enjoy.

William S.

Yelp
This is a good option if you are heading down the East Florida coast. Service is between Orlando and Miami. I rode to West Palm Beach because Delta didn't have a direct flight. I challenged my coworkers to a race to the hotel. I took a flight to Orlando and they took the flight to WPB. I beat them by 10-15 minutes and I got to see much of the coast line of Florida. BTW my travel was $100 cheaper!! We both started at same time out of RST The premium class lounge at the station is very nice and easy to find. The food service is ok but certainly not a 5 star restaurant but I was not expecting it either. Plenty of complimentary drinks, Pepsi products but no MTN Dew! The boarding process was very efficient and fast. We boarded about 10 minutes prior to departure and left on time. The on board experience in premium class rivals first class in the airlines. Comfortable seats plenty of power access and the food was not bad. The two hour trip went by very fast with plenty of sites to see and space to do work. We only stopped once and slowed a couple of times. Top speed, 108! I would definitely take this service again.

Yelp
On a last minute whim, I bought a ticket to ride this new high speed rail to West Palm Beach to visit some distant relatives. The Brightline Orlando Station was located near Terminal C at the Orlando International Airport. The highway signs were effective in directing you to the station. Unfortunately, to park at one of the nearby surface lots, an EPass or Sun Pass Plus was required which my rental vehicle did not have. An attendant told me to park at the Terminal C structure which was connected to the Brightline station. As I walked into the concourse, I was impressed at how cavernous and modern the facility was. The lack of passengers was a bit concerning, but it was a weekday mid-afternoon. Scanning the QR code on the ticket got you past the entry gates and then you had to place your bags through a security screening machine like at the airport. There were plenty of sofas, tables, and power outlets in the waiting area so juicing up electronic devices was not an issue. A full service bar was available along with vendor stalls that sold snacks and souvenirs. There was even a Premium Lounge for paying customers. Approximately 15 minutes before the departure time, an announcement was made as to whether the train would be leaving from Track 1 or Track 2. The boarding process then begun. There were at least five cabins, and your ticket told you which one to enter. The seats were spacious and had access to multiple power outlets. Brightline staff then wheeled a snack cart through the aisle of each cabin to see if you wanted to purchase any food or drinks. The route went due east from the airport towards the coast and then veered south parallel to I-95. At peak speeds, the train cruised at least 125 mph which it had to meet in order to be classified as high speed. It didn't feel that fast, but looking out the window, you could see the train was easily passing vehicles on the highway that were traveling at 70+ mph. In a little over two hours, we arrived at the West Palm Beach station which was furnished like the Orlando one. At least 30 minutes of time was saved by riding the train versus driving. One can unwind and relax or surf on the internet using the free WiFi. Ticket prices fluctuated depending on which departure time you selected. There was at least one departure every hour from Orlando, and I'm sure the same frequency occured at the other end from Miami. Brightline is in the process of trying to secure permits and funding to build a high speed train connection from Las Vegas to Rancho Cucamonga. If it ever comes to fruition, then I would consider taking this transportion mode from SoCal to Sin City.

Joe D.

Yelp
WOW I always feel like George Jetson on Brightline, especially when taking it all the way up to Orlando. 5 stars all around. The newish service takes you right into Terminal C. The station, staffing, food and drink are all great and well thought out. There were a couple of newly opened hiccups (remember to plug in the lounge furniture that has the recharging plugs : ), but definitely the fastest, nicest way to get to Orlando. If you hit one of their frequent specials, it also can be the cheapest option versus driving or flying.

Michael G.

Yelp
This train provides an awesome service between Orlando and South Florida. I have been using this train since their inaugural. Friendly staff and comfortable seating for the long haul. Just praise for there destinations and new destination possibilities

Michelle M.

Yelp
Oh my gosh - was this station worth the wait or what?!? My first trip to Brightline station at Terminal C here at OIA was positively dreamy. Super easy access and very helpful staff on-site. Premium is the way to go, my friends. Cute lounge with comfy chairs, light bites, beverages in an open, airy space with floor to ceiling windows and plenty of outlets for my tech travelers. I cannot WAIT to return and plan to book my next Brightline trip sooner than later. TYVM Brightline and Orlando Health!

Donna R.

Yelp
We experienced the Brightline for the first time and we have decided we will no longer drive but take the Brightline train for efficiency ,convenience, and comfort! We booked on a buy one get one free deal and experience, premium, and smart! Of course premium has its perks, but there is nothing wrong with smart because it fits the budget the MCO station very modern clean and the design is very open and aesthetically pleasing. If you are parking offsite, then coming back to Orlando will take you about 10 minutes to get back over to catch your shuttle parking ride. The premium lounge had one issue but was fixed within 10 minutes and the view is just amazing. Big bathrooms and this is cashless so be prepared for that and the kids area is a nice added, amenity in the smart lounge. The process here at (Orlando) is fast and easy as long as you are prepared before hand if not, it should not take you no more than 10 minutes to enter into the area to lounge before your departure. Visible signage of more additions to come to terminal C and I can't wait to experience it !

Sally R.

Yelp
Nice clean station. I appreciate that they have a nursing room for moms with babies. It was very comfortable. Plenty of bathrooms available. The premium lounge is small but nice. Only thing that I see that needs attention is the food in the lounge. They didn't keep up with it. Many plates were empty and the hot station was messy. The wine and beer machine was not easy to use. You have to make a profile on an app and on this particular day it was not working well or it was just too difficult to set up. It took a long time and it stressed me out. I understand they need to make sure the person is over 21 years old for the drinks but the system was complicated to set up in a short amount of time you have to enjoy the lounge. Hope is easier next time.

Trisha Isabel C.

Yelp
I've taken the Brightline a handful of times now to Miami and love it. The ride is smooth, the ambience is peaceful and the wifi is great. I love that they allow carry on luggage as well!

Yelp
Finally took the Brightline down to Miami! Takes about the same amount of time by car. Glad I didn't have to deal with the traffic! The station itself is pretty big! They Had a good sized waiting area with comfortable seats. There's a bar with food and cocktails to enjoy while you wait if you don't get into the premium lounge. They also have a snack and souvenir shop if the bar is not your style. The seats are really comfortable! Spacious, good leg room in Coach and premium! The snack and beverage services were nice too. The prices are fair as well! I highly recommend this for travel between south Florida and Orlando!!

Yelp
Great experience, the train station is convenient and easy access thru airport terminal C

Yelp
A train station in an airport! It's a US oddity that's a worldwide necessity. A 5-minute automated tram ride gets you from baggage claim to here. Inside this super-clean and new station, there's a bar/restaurant counter that has decent quick-service empenadas. Trains depart below, and announcements of departures are excellent. There is a mild security checkpoint to get into the train station, and a ticket is required. Nice work, Orlando and Brightline!

Yelp
Clean and convenient station near airport with convenient stops en route to Miami. The train drops you right off in downtown Miami.

Yelp
Brand new and it looks and smells it! Really big with lots of space. Security was quick since they didn't seem to check like a plane. Nice little waiting area with a full bar and TVs.

Yelp
So I'm revising the premium lounge since it's the first time I've been at this location. The first time I went to the lounge in WPB there was a stocked fridge with bottles of wine, champagne and beer (loved that). Now this lounge in Orlando has a touch screen to get beer/wine/drinks. Cocktails are an additional fee. After spending $149 for a one way to Miami, I'd pass next time on the upgrade. The cappuccino machine has zero milk in it so just regular coffee, the wine dispenser is not user friendly (you have to scan your ID through your phone and it didn't work for some people). I would say just go to the bar and get a Smart ticket.

Yelp
Brightline is great! This train station is very clean, spacious, and modern. I came from out of state and trains are usually outdated back home. The new facilities and trains were a nice surprise. If you are getting dropped off at the MCO airport, this train station is a 2 min walk from the inside of Terminal C. Just follow the signs for Brightline. You scan your train ticket before getting into the station and your bags will be scanned through security. Getting inside was fast and convenient. The bathroom was clean. Boarding starts ~10 min before the train departure time. My only complaints were that the train arrived late to my destination by ~25 min because of train traffic. Also the worker offering drinks/snacks ignored me (skipped over me). Otherwise it was a good experience. Still giving this review 5 stars since these were problems with the train and not the station.

Yelp
I came here for a work team building event. We were in the smart lounge, it was comfortable. The station looks nice and clean. I used the Airport Parking C to get to the Station and it was a short walk. They could use a bit more signage to direct you to the station. I got breakfast at the Mary Mary inside the Brightline Station. There was one man taking all the orders and making the food/drinks. I understand they were short staffed but there was a few snide comments made that I didn't appreciate. I got the Hot Chocolate, it tasted like lukewarm milk. It wasn't hot and it wasn't chocolatey. I also got the Ham Egg and Cheese it was meh, I've had better gas station food. Combine the poor service and bad food, not a good experience at the Mary Mary. I would recommend you get food elsewhere before coming here. The Train Ride to West Palm Beach was nice. The seats were comfortable and there's a bathroom on the train. They serve food and drinks on the train as well. The staff on the train were so friendly. I would use the Brightline again as I did enjoy the train ride. However I would not recommend the Mary Mary inside.

Yelp
Great and super clean station. I wish they opened the tracks sooner so it's not a rush to get on the train-- this felt like an accessibility issue for ppl in wheelchairs and strollers to make it onto the train. I loved that this station had a play area for kids and was really spacious. We had an almost 2 hour delay and the staff handled this well. It would be great for the train to comp in some ways for the delays. We got bottles of water but only some people were provided snacks. I didn't like the food on the train but I can understand the limited options. Overall, if it's just you or a partner traveling i would recommend. With kiddos, come prepared for delays!

Yelp
EASY EASY EASY! The new terminal building, home to international flights and the bright line station is beautifully clean, quiet and easy to navigate. The premium lounge has nice seating, a selection of beverages and snacks and WiFi. Only downside is that it doesn't have its own bathroom. Boarding train was super easy and a quick 2 hr ride down to WPB. I will definitely use this service again instead of driving up to Orlando to see family! Food on the train was plentiful in premium cabin as well. Lounge could use a little better food offering.

Yelp
I thoroughly enjoyed my first time on the Brightline! The waiting area and bathrooms were super clean. The train was immaculate and I noticed the workers on the train sanitizing seating areas when we got off at our final stop. I cant wait to do this again! They have a "premium" ticket and it includes food and alcoholic beverages. I will be purchasing that one the next time.

Yelp
This is a nice station. It's clean and comfortable. I didn't get to explore it as much as I would have loved to, but enjoyed seeing all the Christmas decorations while traveling for the holidays. They do have the Mary Mary bar, which is nice especially if you'd like to get a drink or something to eat. I did find this to be a bit of a walk unlike the other stations I've been to. This is located at the airport, so not sure if there was a shortcut to take to get to the station faster, but it definitely wasn't like other stations where you go in and there is the station. Aside from that though, I enjoyed the station and can't wait to go back on the brightline!

Yelp
Beautiful and clean! I was really in awe walking into the station Everyone is extremely friendly and I was greeted on all touch points including the front desk agent when I walked into the station as well as the people who checked tickets and did the security. Even the bartender was friendly and asked if I wanted to order anything when I stood and looked at menu. Very impressed with the staff. The station itself is so pretty and very clean which is always nice to walk into. They had a nice long bar at the every back as well as the smart lounge and a superset premium lounge for those with the special access. They also had a sleek looking market place and a friendly worker there as well. There are plugs everywhere to recharge devices and plenty of chairs to relax while the train comes in. They even had a kids area which is nice for those young ones to entertain themselves before the ride. The conductor announced where we needed to be and I walked down the escalator and hopped onto the brightline! All in all a very good station with friendly people

Yelp
We all have been anxiously waiting for this alternative mode of transportation connecting Orlando and to Miami! The hassle of having to deal with the airport or mind numbing drive are now gone! I just so happened to have a convention in Miami the first week they opened; that gave me an excuse to book a ticket. The app is straight forward and user friendly! It's similar to an airport. Therefore if you have checked bags or oversized items keep in mind that there will be a charge but also aerosols and lithium battery's are all good because you don't have to worry about pressurization! I booked premium and it was a neat experience. The introverted side of me liked that that the Apple wallet ticket granted access to the premium lounge and you could avoid any further human interaction beyond security. The premium lounge had fresh fruit, a coffee machine, several beverage options so it definitely meets the standard expectation of a travel lounge. As the Brightline becomes more popular a few areas of concern would be that the lounge in Orlando does NOT have its own set of bathrooms and I did not experience a dedicated security line. Outside of that it was an enjoyable experience with almost every seat having a plug on it or within the vicinity; making setting up for work accessible and convenient! The WiFi is strong and premium cabin is spacious and comfortable. I got so much work done on the 3 hour and 33 minute trip! Another really cool feature is that you do get one bag free with your premium ticket and a free 5 mile ride share from the station that you off board! Overall I couldn't think of any better way to travel between Orlando and Miami! Now I hope they can expand North to the beautiful Emerald Coast and into Atlanta! That way we can further reduce our carbon footprint while enjoying the trip! Accessibility is something people don't think about here are the deets: there are oversized elevators and escalators to enter the terminal. It was also the bathrooms are wheelchair accessible and have handles to help you off the golden throne! A lot of the mechanicals like flushing the toilet and washing/drying your hands are motion censored.

Yelp
Amazing new state of the art station, clean and organized at all times, brightline is awesome and premium is a must

Steve L.

Yelp
Maybe I'm biased but it just felt the Miami Central Station was nicer and more spacious. But in its defense it does have one thing that none of the other Brightline stations have, and that is an airport. The fact you can hop off the plane in Orlando and grab a train to South Florida is amazing. Regardless check in was super easy and overall a pleasant place to wait.

Yelp
Took the brightline from Orlando to West Palm. The train was on time, had decent food service and the ride was smooth. Nice waiting area in Orlando also.

Craig S.

Yelp
Of all the poorly run Brightline stations, Orlando has the worst customer service agents of all. Even a little training would go a long way from the unprofessional and uninformed workers there. As we ran up to catch the 6:50pm train, the sign changed from Now Boarding to Boarding Closed. The agents were nasty and rude when we expressed our frustration and only offered book us on a train at 4:30am.

Yelp
Right in the brand new terminal C. The station itself is easy to find. Easy to get in and out of. I don't really like the train but the station is very nice.

Yelp
This Brightline station is connected to the airport. Because of this, it's a little more congested. It's not a pull up and get dropped off ordeal. It's a pull up and wait in line for your car to get close enough to get dropped off, just like a busy airport. I am not sure where the parking garage would be located here, but I am sure that it's available. Other than that, it's very efficient and self-service as well. I had to wait an hour for my train depart time, and was very comfortable while waiting in the smart lounge. There are a charger ports on the seats, a nice size TV to watch, and the areas were very clean. I also like how the security continued to circle the area, made me feel safe.

Yelp
Very nice station. It's clean. Easy to access and use. Once you reach security, you scan your ticket, place your bags on the conveyor belt and walk through. The waiting/lounge area is immediately after you pass through security. For items and beverages can be purchased there. An announcement is made when to proceed to head downstairs and for which track. The train itself is also very nice. I expected plusher seats. Restroom was very decent in size with automatic doors although I don't feel it was necessary bc you have to kinda stand there waiting until the door finally shuts and it does so slowly. The #1 thing I was very upset about were the windows. I was so excited to look out the window during the ride but they all had this very annoying cover that disrupts the view. You can't remove it. I don't know the exact name for it but you can see it in my photos. You'd have to look out through a window across the aisle to see better but looking out through window closest to you required some effort to look past it. Despite this, I would definitely use Brightline again if I'm traveling alone but for a family I believe it's best to drive as it can become costly. Btw check with your school district, employer, etc for discount. I received discount through signing up for my Brightline account using my work email.
