Brighton

I live out of state and was able to visit this store while on vacation last May. While shopping here I received the best customer service of my life. Since then, I have received various communications, including lovely thoughtful notes, a personalized birthday card, and a few phone calls, alerting me of special events and inviting me to participate. The ladies of this shop do it SO RIGHT, they make everyone else look like they’re doing it wrong. Keep it up! Can’t wait to visit again. 🥰

Had a wonderful experience at the store. Suzanne Danis, store employee, was very friendly and attentive, made me feel welcomed and was a great help overall Left happy and with beautiful jewelry pieces

They were very busy, but understandably so being the week before Christmas. Once I was helped, the staff took time to understand what I was looking for, and answered all of my random (and sometimes ridiculous) questions. The transaction process was quick and painless as it should be. Whoever manages this store is doing a great job hiring and managing. My Only advice would be to possibly hire an additional staff member during the holiday season, but I only had to wait maybe 6-7 minutes before I was helped. Would definitely shop here again, my mother absolutely loves your products!

i went yesterday afternoon because my parents had gifted me some beautiful brighton jewelry so i wanted some more. unfortunately when i went in one of the sales ladies was incredibly rude to my boyfriend and i. she made snide remarks towards us the entire time we were there and was generally nasty and unwelcoming the second upon our arrival. the other sales lady was considerably nicer. my boyfriend and i are young hispanic folks & sadly i think this incident may have been racially motivated because the other patrons (who were white) were treated noticeably better. this experience was very negative and unfortunately i don’t think i’ll come back due to this incident. spread love and always lead with kindness <3

Everything about this place shouts go now! Best customer service, wonderful sales associates. I even can have things put on hold for purchase without a credit card. Mind you, it may be that I am a VIP customer...no gift receipts or receipts needed. They take care of all of it. Best shop in Colorado Springs is Shops at Briargate.

I was fully prepared to pay $500 for a purse that I loved, but the sales associates – all three of them – were rude and condescending, so I left without making the purchase. I have always loved Brighton products, but their customer service and attitude leaves a bad taste in my mouth to the point that I will have to rethink ever shopping there again.

Disappointing staff. No respect for customers that stop in on a lunch hour. They are great about greeting you multiple times, and offering you water, but when you need to see charms that are locked up they will happily let you wait 10minutes before they help you. Charms are often out of stock and my last 3 visits their comment has been the same "our stock is really low right now". No thanks, the parking nightmare at this location is not worth "our stock is really low right now".

The items in the store are quite beautiful and I would have probably spent a full paycheck as I loved the selection! Problem was- The Employees! I am a person who dresses as I please. I don't dress up to go shopping. Being a "store for the snobs" as I now call it, I was ignored, looked down upon, then when they did acknowledge me and I asked for a specific item, I was told they didnt have it in stock. I then asked if it could be ordered online and was told no. Funny since I immediately took out my phone and found what I was looking for on their website! Was going to order it but at this point the taste in my mouth was too bitter! If they only knew how much cash (yes! Cash!) I was going to drop in that store! Shame on them!

I've always had over the top service at this location. They always go above and beyond. Although I live on the east coast, this is my go to location for my favorite store.

My husband has been buying overpriced gifts for me from there for about a decade. I picked up a pair of $75 flip flops (probably $7.50 to make) after being assured they were comfortable. After wearing them once it bore a hole in my foot. They refused a refund for them. I assumed post purchase customer service was important to them but apparently they haven't been to Nordstroms. When one pays a premium on costume jewelry and purses with zippers that break one expects really good customer service. Maybe they are going out of business.

Staff very helpful. As a man that's all thumbs when it comes to jewelry I was very happy to discover they have gift cards!! Problem solved and a happy wife for Christmas!! Great location in the Shops at Briargate. Just off the I-25, Briargate exit in Colorado Springs.

Bought a body lotion at this store and browsed all its merchandise; they have cool stuff. Love the decorations and overall style. My MIL gave me a handbag from Brighton and I love it. Recommend this store for creative and original gifts. I'll go back to buy a locket.

This was my 1st time walking into Brighton but normally walk past the store every week. However was ignored while shopping for a new purse, so I didn't buy anything. Also some of the merchandise had no tags.
