I've been a customer at this store since it opened many years ago. Unfortunately, at times I've felt like a 'second class' customer just because I wasn't all dolled up, but this time took the cake. My husband tried to order earrings for me that were not in stock, so the Colo. Springs store ordered from another CO location. He was told he'd be contacted when they arrived, which he never was. He had to do all of the follow-up even when he was told he'd be contacted, and he said he felt like he was the second class customer every time he went in the store, a total of three or four times before and after Christmas. He's asked me to NEVER request Brighton jewelry on my gift list again because of this last experience.
