My girlfriend and I decided to visit after I first came here on an emergency call-out for work. What a fantastic place! We had an amazing time in the spa – we enjoyed the pool, hot tubs, sauna, and the chill room, which was so relaxing. During our visit, we also had the pleasure of meeting Mark, a really friendly guy who worked in the spa area. He went above and beyond by offering my girlfriend and me a glass of champagne to celebrate my birthday. Such a thoughtful and kind gesture! I’d highly recommend this place to anyone – it’s absolutely amazing.

Embarrassingly we turned up with the wrong day booked but they were really nice about it and pulled out some stops to get us the last available room. Bruno was excellent and the drink tokens did soften the blow of having to downsize from what we had booked. Nevertheless the room was lovely, apart from the big gap under the door - didn’t make the room feel that private. The spa was top notch; booking directly via the hotel also meant the spa was free.

The rooms themselves are lovely but the hotel desperately needs to invest in some some soundproofing. You can hear everything, and I mean EVERYTHING. Lots of noise from the corridor, other people’s rooms and also drunk people outside. Could only sleep with the ear plugs provided. This really let the place down as otherwise the facilities were great, the staff are very lovely and attentive and the food in the hotel restaurant was amazing.

What a wonderful stay!|I booked this way back in January as a friend and I were going to a gig at the Brighton centre for my birthday.|I was extremely lucky that my room was upgraded as my friend mentioned it was my birthday. A beautiful tray of treats were left in the room! Unfortunately I didn’t eat them as I am allergic to but but apparently they were very tasty! |I called in the day to ask if I could check in early but that wasn’t possible, very cheeky of me! |This wasn’t possible but the staff were absolutely brilliant and went above and beyond to ensure I was looked after by keeping my bags secure ect.|The spa facilities were fantastic and significantly cleaner and less crowded compared to my last visit.|Bar service could have been quicker and a few items were not available but it didn’t matter as everyone was brilliant and friendly.|As a Brighton local I’m rarely taken aback by the views, looking out on the pier onto the beach. But it was really spectacular.|Everything was spotlessly clean, plenty of towels and robes. Bed was unbelievably comfortable. |Thank you so much to all the staff, I will definitely be back!

Stayed for 2 nights in November and had a great time. The bar is lovely with a great cocktail menu and bar staff. The restaurant is also lovely, and serves a fantastic afternoon tea. The room was quite cosy as other reviews say but it was comfortable with high ceilings which made it feel bigger. We were due to check in at 3pm and had to wait until 6pm for it to be cleaned. The staff were good and compensated with free drinks, twice over whilst we were waiting. We then had problems with the bathroom, but the staff were great and dealt with the problem quickly and professionally. The spa is nice, can get quite busy as the areas are quite small but have a lot of character. Overall, a lovely stay and would of been 5-star without the problems encountered

The hotel can not be better situated for the Brighton Centre (literally next door!) and the seafront. From the train station it's literally a straight line of a walk! We were greeted by a friendly receptionist and he explained where everything was and the wifi etc. |Our room was small- but that's not a criticism, as that's what I booked and I quite like a cosy small room. There was no way to control the heat in the room (that I could see) but I loved that we could open the window properly. We like a cold room and background noise so we were happy with our location.|Room was very clean, bathroom also clean and shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand wash and hand lotion all provided. As well as cotton balls, cotton buds, shower cap etc. The waterfall style shower didn't have the greatest pressure, but they never do! |The room had a lovely coffee machine, great biscuits, complimentary gin, hair dryer, iron, robes and slippers. All you could need!|We could not get the TV to work at all- and it needed an internet connection just to watch any channels. My husband is an IT engineer so it wasn't something we were doing wrong- the wifi that we connected to just didn't have internet! We didn't complain as we were only there for 1 evening. But Room 316 in case staff want to check it :-)|The bed, pillows and duvet were super comfy- I slept right through- something I usually never do in a hotel on the 1st night. |The bar was very relaxing. There was a glitch with the tills but the barman handled the pressure well. We ordered a club sandwich, pork belly bites and chips. These took as age to come out and the waitress seemed stressed so we didn't get a chance to ask for sauces and salt etc. But the food itself was lovely, We finished the evening with 2 excellent negronis.|We would 100% book here again when we are next heading to the Brighton Centre with no qualms whatsover!

The staff are genuinely a joy. Professional, warm and friendly while also efficient. Delicious food and champagne. Our 10 month old sausage dog was made very welcome.||(I am often near the Sidmouth hotel which is extremely unfriendly to dogs - why can’t they accept dogs too?)

Lovely hotel. The room was perfect, with a very comfy bed and great shower. The spa was amazing - very relaxing. In the middle of everything in Brighton, so great location. ||Would be 5 stars but for the noise outside, although the complimentary ear buds did help.
