We had an amazing overnight stay here on my birthday. We were kindly upgraded and able to check in slightly earlier. We were greeted with a happy birthday treat in the room which was a lovely special touch and the room was spacious and had a very comfy bed. ||We both thoroughly enjoyed our 60 minute treatment and left feeling relaxed and refreshed. The spa facilities themselves had everything we needed and we particularly enjoyed the underground look in the jacuzzi area. ||We had a 3 course meal and breakfast included in our stay. The 3 course meal was delicious and we were very impressed with the presentation, diversity and taste of the food. ||Overall, the staff were very friendly and we would definitely stay here & use the spa again. Would definitely recommend.

We booked for 3 nights at the hotel for an anniversary/birthday weekend. Overall it was a lovely stay. Every member of staff at the hotel we interacted with were friendly and happy to help. Breakfast was delicious and, again, the service was friendly and efficient. The bed was comfy and we had plenty of space. We had room service one of the nights which was quick to arrive and tasty - again, the staff were extremely accomodating and helpful. We felt that the noise was a slight issue for our stay, as I've seen in other reviews. I know the location and nearby clubs can't be helped by the hotel, but there was a lot of noise outside and from the corridors/neighbouring rooms. We could hear conversations in the next room word for word, so that even with earplugs provided by the hotel, I had disturbed sleep. Usually, I wouldn't be too upset by this, but the hotel is a advertised as a spa hotel offering relaxing getaways. A quiet undisturbed night should be part of the package. I understand that the hotel can't control outside noise, but I think that this could be reflected in a reduced price of the room. The spa was a standout (included in the cost of our booking as we booked directly) and we enjoyed it multiple times during our stay. Going at lunch was very quiet and meant that we had lots of the spa completely to ourselves, which was lovely. When it was busy, everyone was respectful and it was still a great environment to relax in. One minor issue was that there were some spa guests on their phones at times having small photoshoots etc. Trying to swim or relax knowing you might be in the background of someone's photo shoot isn't very relaxing and I'd expect a spa to be more private - I personally would expect the spa to have a no phones policy for it to be the best experience for guests. Overall, a great stay with just a minor noise issue that should be factored into the overall price if it can't be fixed or changed through maintenance.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Stay at Harbour Hotel Brighton From the moment we arrived at Harbour Hotel Brighton, we were blown away by the warmth and professionalism of the team. Every single member of staff we interacted with was genuinely friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly valued throughout our stay. Travelling with our two Frenchies, Clouseau and Cato, can sometimes be a challenge, but the hotel could not have been more welcoming. The thoughtful touches in the room including a beautiful birthday platter, a dog bed, and a toy made the stay feel incredibly personalised. It’s rare to find a hotel that goes above and beyond not only for guests, but for their pets too. A special thank you to Moji, who handled my reservation with absolute excellence and made us feel like VIPs from the start. And of course, credit must go to Billy, whose cocktails were genuinely out of this world some of the best we’ve had anywhere. Clouseau and Cato had the best time, and so did we. As someone who works in hotel management, I can confidently say that Harbour Hotel Brighton sets a high standard for hospitality, service, and guest experience. We will definitely be returning very soon. If you’re considering booking this hotel stop thinking and book it. You won’t regret it.

Sure, I can!, Here’s a clean, positive Google-Review in solid, natürlichem Englisch: Review: I had a great stay here. The hotel is very beautiful, extremely well kept, and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere. A special thanks to Paul — incredibly positive and genuinely helpful. He helped me a lot with a small ischial issue I had in the room, and he handled it quickly and professionally. Overall, a wonderful experience. Highly recommended.

I have recently stayed at Harbour Hotel Brighton for a few days. The hotel is very nice and beautiful, with perfect location, right next to the waterside. However, I was disappointed with my room. I have stayed in a “Cosy Double Room”. The room itself is really small and dirty, with stains on the carpet and the walls. The shower is tiny. It is really noisy in the hotel corridors. The walls are really thin, and I could literally hear people in another room taking shower and talking. I do not think that it was a good “quality-price” ratio. On the good side, the bed was very comfortable. I really enjoyed the hotel spa. It is a very relaxing place with quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The lights are dimmed, creating a pleasant vibe. The pools are kept clean, and water is regularly checked by the staff. The hammam and sauna are also really good. The gym is also well-equipped and kept clean. The “Habar Restaurant” is also a great place to eat. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options to choose from. The waitresses were welcoming and very friendly. The location is amazing. It is very close to the city centre and all of the attractions. Overall, I enjoyed my stay in the hotel, especially the spa. However, I’m really disappointed in the upkeep of the room.

It’s definitely possible to have a good stay here but entirely depends on which room you get. I would suggest that the management spend a night in a cozy - not in the least accurate to describe these - double over an extractor fan. These rooms are not habitable. The noise is horrible, lots of previous reviews testify as much. It’s an affront to charge for a stay in these circumstances, no amount of nice towels and some complimentary gin is going to make up for no sleep. Mine was also very dirty, the air con didn’t work and nor did the mini fridge - cooler, should I say. The receptionist tried to tell me I was wrong and it was actually cold. It wasn’t, it was broken as the maintenance confirmed. Good to have a man to assess the temperature of a fridge just to be sure|I did move to another much nicer room on the 5th floor for a second night but the secondary glazing was broken so it was as loud - road, and also very cold. After that I left although was booked in for 3 nights. |Just not acceptable |Spa is a bit pointless and was very busy |Bar is nice, staff must be sick of complaints about noise. Reconfiguring the accommodation to prevent complaints about the absurd noise levels would be transformative |Stay elsewhere in Brighton, I’d advise |Still waiting to hear back from the hotel having left today. Definitely not worthy of the harbour brand

I went in to view this hotel with the hope of potentially staying with my family over Christmas time. On arrival I was greeted by a receptionist who had a facial expression that suggested she did not want me to approach her. She did not smile and seemed deliberately obstructive, unfriendly and unhelpful. It felt more like I was visiting a doctor’s surgery than a hotel. The blonde girl on reception however appeared polite and friendly, and it seemed as though she wanted to help me, but did not want to go against what her colleague was saying. The reason for my visit was that I was hoping to view a room in person to assess the space and accessibility for my grandparents. I arrived at 2:30pm (before check in at 3pm) and was told by the receptionist, who was adamant, that they didn’t have a single room to show. Whilst at reception however, there was a couple who arrived saying they were supposed to be changing rooms. This was interesting, as surely that would have meant the room they were moving into would have been vacant? Similarly, when I left the hotel there appeared to be another couple who arrived with their luggage to check in. So, surely this room also would have been available to show as well?|I visited the bar area whilst there and observed other staff in there too, none of which appeared particularly happy or friendly either, which again did not sell the hotel to me.|I emailed regarding my queries, still giving the hotel a chance at this point, as I was not helped in person at the time of visiting. I also later followed the reply I received up, by informing them of the unprofessionalism and unfriendliness of the one receptionist, doing so in a polite way, in order to give them a head’s up. I have, however, not received a reply from them since, which is again disappointing, hence why I have decided to write this review.|Ultimately, we have chosen not to stay here over the Christmas period and are taking our business elsewhere, due to the poor customer service received, which is a shame as we had high hopes to stay here initially

Had a fab stay here. Cosy little room with gin, fever tree tonic water, a birthday treat, coffee machine with pods. Felt like we had everything we needed. Spa was one of the most unique I've ever been too, we managed to enjoy it twice during our one night stay. Location was amazing, right on the seafront. Staff were very friendly. Thanks for a memorable stay.
