Superb location! Beautiful views, stunning rooms with super comfy beds, friendly staff. Enjoyed a cocktail in the bar. Food is nice. The subterranean spa is AMAZING but we felt that the extra charge to use it was a bit steep, especially as it was doubled because they weren't able to check us in early. Also worth noting it has communal (single-sex) changing rooms and the toilet in the changing room is quite small.

Stayed here for 1 night for my birthday and wow what a beautiful hotel! The rooms were absolutely immaculate, comfy beds and an amazing sea view. The hotel even provided a special happy birthday desert place when we arrived into the room which was a lovely gesture. Hotel is right on the sea front making it easily accessible to the beach/the lanes etc. staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. We even made use of the spa downstairs which was amazing, very clean and quiet. Honestly can’t fault anything about this hotel and will 100% be staying here again when we next have a night in Brighton. Thank you:)

I had a medical issue on my first night (no fault of the hotel) and when I asked staff for help they were very friendly and happy to help me. I am very grateful for this. On our second night we had an issue with our door which meant we couldn’t get into our room (these things happen) the staff at reception were brilliant. They resolved the issue and quickly moved us into an upgraded room. Very impressed with the service from the staff. Everything is clean and tidy. Rooms are beautifully designed. Definitely recommend.

This hotel is in a perfect location for a few days in sunny Brighton. We arrived earlier than check in but a warm welcome and a kind upgrade from a glimpse to sea view. The reception staff were all lovely. ||The hotel stored our luggage until the room was ready, but I was a bit alarmed when picking it up that they let you into the room for you to take any bag. As they'd name tagged them, I assumed they would manage them being collected. Thankfully ours were there. ||The room was lovely!! Spacious, clean, comfortable and well appointed with iron, hair dryer, fridge, air con and windows that open. Likewise the bathroom was all good. There's free gin but we didn't get round to drinking it unfortunately! ||We had the windows open as it's nice to have fresh air, but it wasn't as noisy as I'd expected. The one ask I'd make is black out blinds. ||We also had a drink in the bar and the staff kindly pointed us in the direction of bars that would be open late.

Lovely hotel with underground spa/ swim area. We had a fantastic deal as it was. Sunday. Did an upgrade when we got there as we preferred a sea view room. Fabulous staff, buffet breakfast which was delicious and well stocked. Drinks were made well when we had a night cap. Highly recommended this lovely place. There is no parking for this hotel but Churchill square is a 5 minute walk. It's also one of the cheaper parking spots so win win. My only moan would be that the shower wasn't great. The pressure was very low. Not that fussed to complain.

So I booked this hotel as it had good reviews and videos on social media. I booked a room with breakfast and asked for a fruit basket and a cake and a birthday card. I made sure I got confirmation several times, I contacted them through phone calls and social media and on email. Once I arrived I had my phone out to take a whole surprise video and was let down so badly as I was put in a horrible room with such a bad view and nothing was in the room as we planned so you can imagine the disappointment. I then went down to the reception and told them. I was told to wait so they can see what they can do. It was over an hour where time was wasted, I got offered a complimentary dinner at first then they changed there minds it was all so disappointing and so not organised. After we got a different room I got ready to finally use the spa facilities as I took 2 nights off for this I was told to give my number and they would call me when the spa is less full and at that point I had enough because already the day has been wasted and the spa closes around 7/8 so I complained and asked how long we would have to wait to use the spa and I was basically told that I would have to wait until it basically gets empty so if people don’t decide to leave the spa I basically wouldn’t of been able to use it which is not really fair as I paid for it with the room and breakfast. Even when I arrived there was other guests complaining about the maids and another guest was told her room was not ready and that was around 4 so I was already so stressed seeing all of this and it put me off, I honestly wanted to leave there and then. I even asked for a refund and I was about to travel all the way back. I was then told to pay a £50 deposit which I dont understand as it doesn’t state this in the booking. I got a offer after complaining of a room change which was at around 1:30 the day before I had to leave which was annoying because I could of had that room on arrival but gladly I paid for a massage treatment which was very nice out of the whole stay. Nat who works at harbar kitchen as very lovely and accommodating he was working very hard and was so pleased with his service. Out of all the hotel itself is lovely but honestly was so disappointing as time was wasted and nothing was agreed on which was very irritating so I would recommend anyone that has a room booked that they should make sure they get names and confirmations before arriving so it saves you any disappointments!

We had a great overnight stay at the Brighton Harbour Hotel. Fantastic room on 4th floor with a great view of the seafront, and added bonus of a bath in the room. Bottled water is supplied as is complimentary gin (and tonic) which is a lovely touch. Everything was spotlessly clean, the bed was huge - I slept great. No sound from outside, due to the secondary glazing, even though it’s on a main road. || The spa is lovely, accessed in the basement, within fantastic surroundings. A small pool, two hot tubs, a large hydrotherapy pool as well as sauna & steam room. The showers in the changing rooms are hot with really good pressure. The shower in our room was the same. ||Dinner was part of our package, where a good choice was on offer. The pork belly bites are some of the best I’ve tasted. Drinks were of good quality. The breakfast experience is wonderful. Such an array of goods on offer, as well as a cooked option, that is cooked to order. ||All the staff we spoke to were friendly and helpful. We encountered a problem during a previous visit, but this was dealt with by Natasha who went over and above to ensure this was rectified. Restaurant staff were very knowledgeable and friendly, especially Lily on the Sunday evening. The breakfast staff were all very cheerful, keen and efficient. | We’ll definitely be returning

The Harbour Hotel is a peaceful haven as soon as you step in through the front door. I've never met such an amazing collective of employees in one hotel. Smiling, happy in their jobs and so good at what they do. The hotel is immaculate. The music and atmosphere at all times of day is spot on. Very lovely place and the food, coffee, cocktails, whether breakfast or dinner is lovely. The spa is gorgeous. If the changing room is messy or crowded, towels lying around, it's because a messy group have just left...be patient, the staff are so hard-working and accommodating. They will do anything for you. Thanks to everyone at the Harbour Hotel, a few names from breakfast, thanks Jamie, Jess, Maria, Sandra and Vaios. The manager at the Harbour Hotel employs an amazing warm, helpful and friendly team. I can't praise all the reception staff and the spa staff enough. 11/10.
